Este artigo é parte integrante de um estudo do estado da arte sobre a gestão da escola pública, sua autonomia e o funcionamento de seus órgão colegiados, com base na produção acadêmica das teses e dissertações, eventos e artigos de revistas científicas classificadas no Qualis/Capes/Ministério da Educação no período 2000-2008. Nesse contexto, o artigo constitui recolha da produção e contribuição discente no período em questão, a partir de 406 redes e dissertações realizadas dos cursos de pós-graduação sobre a gestão de escolas, órgãos colegiados e de seu papel na constituição da autonomia escolar

Bionomic Aspects of the Solitary Bee Tetrapedia diversipes Klug, 1810 (Hymenoptera: Apidae: Tetrapediini)

The study aimed to describe bionomic aspects of Tetrapedia diversipes Klug, 1810 in order to allow the conservation or breeding of these bees. The nesting biology was studied using trap nests made with cardboard-paper tubes and plastic straws during the period between December 2014 and September 2015, in the Bee Unit of the Federal University of Ceará, Brazil. A total of 135 nests were obtained with 593 brood cells, from which emerged 448 adults and individuals of two parasitic species. The proportion of females (n = 297) was higher than that of males (n = 151) resulting in a sex ratio of 1.97:1. The total mortality in the nests was 24.45% and the majority of deaths recorded occurred at the pupal stage (33.1%). During their reproductive life, females of this bee species were able to construct up to 16 brood cells. The trap-nests removal and transfer to the laboratory shortly after finished by the bees reduced the attack of natural enemies

Bionomy and Nesting Behavior of the Bee Epanthidium tigrinum (Schrottky, 1905) (Hymenoptera: Megachilidae) in Trap-Nests

About 85% of pollinating bees are solitary, but few are used for agricultural pollination. The Anthidiini tribe looks very promising in Brazil, in the light of ecosystem utility, but  it is still a species with poorly scientific research[EdM1] . To fill this gap studies on the bionomics of this species may collaborate on future studies on use of Epanthidium tigrinum as pollinator. Presented research results aims to describe the bionomy and the biological cycle of the bee E. tigrinum (SCHROTTKY, 1905) in pre-existing cavities. Conventional trap-nests inserted in wooden blocks were placed in covered spaces and daily observations of spontaneous nesting as well as individually tagged bees and nests incubated in B.O.D. were carried out during 11 months in Fortaleza-CE. The results showed that the competition with other species of bees for the pre-existing cavities and the lack of food resources or nest building materials are limiting factors for the establishment of E. tigrinum populations. However, once these problems were remedied, the bees showed multivoltine behavior, nesting throughout the experimental period. Data from 16 nests studied showed that bee foraging began on average at 7:50 a.m., foragers collected pollen in the morning and resin in the afternoon, took on average 15 days to complete a nest and there was a negative correlation with the temperature for the number of nests and for the number of cells constructed. The offspring took 43 days for the emergency, presented sexual ratio of 1.2: 1 (n = 66 emerged bees) and a mortality rate of 18.5%. The number of nests constructed per female ranged from 1 to 4 with an average size of 7.97 mm. It is concluded that E. tigrinum shows potential to rational rearing in trap nests aiming crop pollination. [EdM1

Desafios no ensino da fotografia nos cursos de comunicação da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte

Six disciplines linked to photography are included in the curricular structure of the three Bachelor's courses at the Department of Social Communication (Decom) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). The research intends to investigate what are the main challenges in teaching faced by the teachers responsible for the subjects of Photographic Language (30h), Photographic Language (60h), Photography (60h), Photojournalism (60h), Advertising Photography (60h) and Photography (60h) for the Journalism, Audiovisual and Publicity and Advertising courses — the department's three undergraduate qualifications. A questionnaire containing four questions was applied to Decom's teachers and responsible for these components. As a result, we obtained answers about the difficulties and particularities of teaching photography in contemporary times in the context of UFRN. Articulating the information collected on the challenges to readings on teaching and learning, we prepared the following article."Seis disciplinas relacionadas a la fotografía están incluidas en la estructura curricular de los tres programas de licenciatura del Departamento de Comunicación Social (Decom) de la Universidad Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). La investigación tiene como objetivo investigar cuáles son los principales desafíos en la enseñanza enfrentados por los profesores responsables de las asignaturas de Lenguaje Fotográfico (30h), Lenguaje Fotográfico (60h), Fotografía (60h), Fotoperiodismo (60h), Fotografía Publicitaria (60h) y Dirección de Fotografía (60h) en los programas de Periodismo, Audiovisual y Publicidad —las tres especialidades de pregrado del departamento. Se aplicó un cuestionario con cuatro preguntas a profesores del Decom responsables de enseñar estos componentes. Como resultado, se obtuvieron respuestas sobre las dificultades y particularidades de la enseñanza de la fotografía en la contemporaneidad en el contexto de la UFRN. Um questionário contendo quatro perguntas foi aplicado para professoras e professores ligados ao Decom e responsáveis por ministrar esses componentes. Como resultado obtivemos respostas sobre as dificuldades e particularidades do ensino da fotografia na contemporaneidade no contexto da UFRN. UM ESTUDO COMPARATIVO DAS HABILIDADES SOCIAIS E DO ESTRESSE ENTRE PROFESSORES UNIVERSITÁRIOS E DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

Este estudo comparou as habilidades sociais e o nível de estresse de 65 professores do ensino fundamental e 62 professores universitários atuantes no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Foram utilizados os Inventário de Habilidades Sociais e de Sintomas de Estresse para Adulto para avaliar as variáveis da pesquisa. Os resultados mostraram que apenas a habilidade de autoexposição a desconhecidos ou a situações novas apresentou diferença estatística significativa entre grupos. Além disso, foi verificado a maioria dos docentes apresenta bons repertórios de habilidades sociais e baixo nível de estresse. Isso mostra que o contexto de trabalho dos professores são fontes de desenvolvimento e prática das habilidades sociais

O estudo tratou da avaliação do instrumento utilizado na Pesquisa de Satisfação da Faculdade de Engenharia de Resende, Brasil. Como fundamentação teórica elegeu a avaliação centrada na Administração (STUFFLEBEAM,1985). A metodologia priorizou os fins, os meios, o intencional, o real, aliados aos quatro tipos de decisão de gestão. A orientação de Triviños (1987) norteou a identificação e análise das falas indicadoras que enfeixaram as categorias relativas ao processo decisório. As conclusões pontuaram a importância do instrumento avaliado, do processo coletivo que o valida, da participação dos envolvidos firmando sua utilidade e necessidade de atualização e aprimoramento

GENETIC PARAMETERS IN SEED CHARACTERS OF Ormosia discolor UNDER DIFFERENT AMBIENT CONDITIONS

Ormosia discolor Spruce ex Benth. is a native tree of the Amazon with has fast growth and nodulation capacity, whose seeds are used for craftwork. The objective of this study was to estimate genetic parameters in seed characters of O. discolor at different ambient temperatures and to indicate superior matrices to compose seed lots. Seeds of 20 progenies selected from a population in the state of Amazonas were collected. Three experiments were performed under different ambient temperatures at the Seed Center laboratory/UFAM. Experiment 1 was performed at constant temperature of 30 °C. In experiment 2, seeds were submitted to a temperature of 35 °C. In experiment 3, after five months of freezing, the seeds were submitted to a temperature of 30 °C. The experimental design was completely randomized, consisting of 20 progenies, four replicates, and 25 seeds per plot. The germination characters evaluated were germination rate, mean germination time, and synchronization and speed germination indexes. Genetic and phenotypic variances and correlations, broad-sense heritability, and genetic gain through direct selection were estimated. O.discolor progenies showed significant genetic variability for most of the characters evaluated. High heritability and accuracy values (> 90%) were found for germination rates at all ambient temperatures. Matrices 2, 7, and 16 were superior for germination characters at all temperatures tested, being indicated for seedling production. Eighteen O. discolor seeds are sufficient for biometric analysis with accuracy of 95% in genotype selection.

VIOLENCIAS Y PAZ EN COLOMBIA: CONSIDERACIONES A PARTIR DE LA POLÍTICA PÚBLICA CÁTEDRA DE LA PAZ

Las consideraciones de este artículo se construyen a partir de uno de los desafíos que enfrenta la sociedad colombiana: el trabajo que trae consigo el pos-acuerdo que resulta en Colombia después de la firma de la paz entre el Gobierno y las FARC–EP bajo la perspectiva que ofrece el estudio del Ciclo de Políticas de Stephen Ball. Para ello, la educación es considerada Institución clave para este proceso, vista como espacio de reconstrucción social, de diálogo y reconocimiento del otro (AYALA; SÁ, 2019) recibe en específico la política pública Ley 1732, llamada Cátedra de la paz, que desde nuestra lectura busca propiciar la reflexión, el conocimiento de la história colombiana, favorecer las prácticas de reconciliación y el perdón a partir del dialogo de saberes. Entender la política como texto - writerly -, discurso - readly - o explorar otras posibilidades a partir de los estudios del campo curricular, permitirá hacerle frente a las violencias en Colombia, que por años representa aceptar que la zozobra y el miedo se han instalado en pequeños y grandes contextos tanto urbanos y rurales

Protagonização do enfermeiro na educação em saúde da gestante adolescente

The aim was to understand the role of nurses in the health education of pregnant adolescents. This is an integrative review research, it includes the theoretical concepts of approach, the set of techniques that enable the construction of reality and the divine breath of the creative potential of the investigated. Related to the period from 2015 to 2019, 15 articles in Portuguese were evidenced, related to the theme of the study. For a better understanding of the study, it was decided to divide the topic in question into three different moments for discussion, which are Nurses' role in health education for pregnant adolescents; Role of the nurse as an educator in the health of pregnant adolescents and Nurse's guidelines regarding the prenatal care of pregnant adolescents. Health education is essential for the prevention of early pregnancy in Brazil and in the world. It is noteworthy that education should not be the competence of only one professional category, but of the entire multiprofessional team.Objetivou-se compreender a protagonização do enfermeiro na educação em saúde da gestante adolescente. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa, inclui as concepções teóricas de abordagem, o conjunto de técnicas que possibilitam a construção da realidade e o sopro divino do potencial criativo do investigado. Relacionado ao recorte temporal de 2015 a 2019, foi evidenciado 15 artigos em português, relacionados à temática do estudo. Para maior compreensão com respeito ao estudo, optou-se por dividir o tema em questão em três momentos distintos para discussão, que são: Protagonização do enfermeiro na educação em saúde da gestante adolescente; Papel do enfermeiro como educador em saúde da gestante adolescente e Orientações do enfermeiro frente ao pré-natal da gestante adolescente. A educação em saúde é fundamental para a prevenção da gravidez precoce no Brasil e no mundo. Ressalta-se que a educação não deve ser competência apenas de uma categoria profissional, mas, de toda a equipe multiprofissional
