Objective: The present study aims to design a research network model of Research Institute of Petroleum Industry. Method: This study is applied in terms of the target type, and based on approach, is a hybrid research method. In this research, a semi-structured interview was used to collect the required data on the modeling of the model, and a questionnaire was used to collect quantitative data. In the qualitative method, semi-structured interviews have administrated to 9 managers and experts of the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry who selected through purposeful sampling. Thematic analysis method was used for analysis the interviews and explanation of related dimensions and components. Then, 226 key projects managers were asked to answer a number of specific questions to collect quantitative data. Findings: According to the data analysis, 9 dimensions of the knowledge network (the strategic dimension, structure, background, environmental factors, and knowledge sharing culture, the content of knowledge network, infrastructure, motivation, and mission) identified. The variance of exploratory factor analysis of 75% showed that 9 factors of knowledge network constitute the Petroleum Industry Research Institute. Based on the identification of the dimensions of the knowledge network, its initial model depicted. The results of confirmatory factor analysis also indicated that each of the nine dimensions of the knowledge network has a very favorable overall yield of between 0.77 and 0.61, and the model has fit. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the multidimensional nature of the knowledge network of the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry has linked to the mental models of the interviewees and in joint action, has led to the successful knowledge management at the research institute. The results of the research for the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry provide the opportunity for the managers of the organization to prevent the damage caused by the failure of the plans by the adoption of solutions for the creation or reform of the infrastructure due to the weakness of each of the factors. A Study of the Concept of Fear in Risalah Al-Qusyairiya Based on Kierkegaard’s Considerations

One of the specific aspects of Kierkegaard’s thought, as one of the founders of existentialist philosophy, is the paradigm of anxiety, which has a very special position in the concept of faith. He believed that it is the most important way to receive the product of faith, and even considered it in the same level of importance as the faith itself. On the other hand, in Islamic mysticism, including Risalah al-Qusyairiyah, a similar approach in the reading of the concept of khowf (fear) is observed. Placing emphasis on the concept of anxiety as an innate matter, Kierkegaard views it in three interdependent scopes which are: freedom, possibility and paradox. These can be called the motifs of anxiety, which bear structural similarities with Abu al-Qasim al-Qusyairi opinions in his Risalah al-Qusyairiyah if considered through a comparative reading. Al-Qusyairi too puts stress on the dependence and correlation between the concept of khowf in mystical system and the topics of possibility, freedom and eternity. This research tries to prove this hypothesis

Re-Conjugation of Single Paradigms of Middle Period in the Modern Period (A Historical Evolution in Persian Language)

There is a process in Persian language in which Middle period's single paradigm are not recognized as a paradigm, but are accepted as a simple element, and not derived, in the verbal system and are re-conjugated. The reason is that with the loss of some verbal features in Persian such as verb determinates, several paradigms constructed by using those features, and still existing in language, have turned into simple and fixed words; the features constructing those paradigms are also unknown. On the other hand, affected by the analogy rule, irregular paradigms gradually move toward regulation. This historical process can be observed at two levels: 1. Lexical- Morphological level, 2. Morphological level. In Lexical-Morphological level two third person singular single paradigms, and the imperative verb of "to be" (bƫdan) have been considered as stems and re-conjugated in the new period: 1. hast, 2. bāƥ. In Morphological level, two verbal constructions, in general, and not from a specific infinitive, have been re-conjugated: 1. third person singular of the implicit verb; 2. optative verb

A qualitative quantitative mixed methods study of domestic violence against women

Abstract Background Violence against women is one of the most widespread, persistent and detrimental violations of human rights in today’s world, which has not been reported in most cases due to impunity, silence, stigma and shame, even in the age of social communication. Domestic violence against women harms individuals, families, and society. The objective of this study was to investigate the prevalence and experiences of domestic violence against women in Semnan. Methods This study was conducted as mixed research (cross-sectional descriptive and phenomenological qualitative methods) to investigate domestic violence against women, and some related factors (quantitative) and experiences of such violence (qualitative) simultaneously in Semnan. In quantitative study, cluster sampling was conducted based on the areas covered by health centers from married women living in Semnan since March 2021 to March 2022 using Domestic Violence Questionnaire. Then, the obtained data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. In qualitative study by phenomenological approach and purposive sampling until data saturation, 9 women were selected who had referred to the counseling units of Semnan health centers due to domestic violence, since March 2021 to March 2022 and in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted. The conducted interviews were analyzed using Colaizzi’s 7-step method. Results In qualitative study, seven themes were found including “Facilitators”, “Role failure”, “Repressors”, “Efforts to preserve the family”, “Inappropriate solving of family conflicts”, “Consequences”, and “Inefficient supportive systems”. In quantitative study, the variables of age, age difference and number of years of marriage had a positive and significant relationship, and the variable of the number of children had a negative and significant relationship with the total score and all fields of the questionnaire (p < 0.05). Also, increasing the level of female education and income both independently showed a significant relationship with increasing the score of violence. Conclusions Some of the variables of violence against women are known and the need for prevention and plans to take action before their occurrence is well felt. Also, supportive mechanisms with objective and taboo-breaking results should be implemented to minimize harm to women, and their children and families seriously
