Expanding borders of communication and collaboration through the network: digital competence as a means to promote academic interculturality

Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación han permitido el establecimiento de espacios virtuales que modifican el modo de interacción social. En este trabajo se analiza la percepción de los futuros docentes del grado de Educación Infantil sobre el uso de redes digitales para fomentar la interculturalidad académica. Se ha utilizado una metodología cuantitativa, basada en la aplicación de un cuestionario construido ad hoc. Entre los resultados se resalta principalmente el uso social que los estudiantes hacen de las redes digitales por encima del académico para la comunicación y colaboración entre iguales. Viabilidad del uso de la radiación solar concentrada al proceso de sinterización de cobre

En la actualidad, el proceso de sinterizado, así como la práctica totalidad de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en la industria, depende de las energías convencionales. Este trabajo pretende demostrar la viabilidad del uso de una fuente de energía renovable como es la Energía Solar Térmica en el sinterizado de cobre. Con objeto de realizar en el futuro una evaluación de las fuerzas conductoras y de la trayectoria del material transportado en función de las características del sistema y de la radicación incidente, se opta por diseñar distintos dispositivos experimentales de empaquetamiento basados en modelos de partículas ideales, en este caso cilindros, con los que se pretende simplificar la geometría del sistema real basado en partículas compactadas, siendo evaluados experimentalmente en el Homo Solar de la Plataforma Solar de Almería. Las muestras tratadas en atmósferas ligeramente reductoras, desarrollan cuellos bien definidos y muestran una reducción de porosidad, lo que permite demostrar la viabilidad del proceso

La enseñanza del deporte es un contenido importante sobre el cual se discute constantemente en nuestra área de conocimiento. Dentro de él son numerosos los tópicos que continuamente son abordados por profesionales de prestigio, pero también son abundantes las discrepancias. En ese sentido, pensamos que es muy necesario dejar claro la perspectiva desde la que abordamos la enseñanza: formación o rendimiento. Al tener clara la orientación que le damos a la enseñanza, seguramente las discrepancias serán menores. Nuestra apuesta es clara, el deporte se debe utilizar como un contenido de vital importancia en la formación motriz del alumnado de primaria y secundaria, a la vez que se convierte en el hábito extraescolar preferido por los escolares.Sports teaching is an important content that is debated constantly in our area of knowledge. Bullying among Teens: Are Ethnicity and Race Risk Factors for Victimization? A Bibliometric Research

Bullying is a problematic situation that negatively affects thousands of children and adolescents in today’s world. The multicultural society resulting from globalization has caused different reactions throughout society. In the school context, some authors indicate that ethnicity and race are risk factors for being victims of bullying. Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to analyze the scientific production on racial or ethnic bullying with the greatest impact at present, considering nine variables: Publication date, authors, organizations, countries, journals, type of document, area of research, language, and reference with more impact (cites). We conducted a bibliometric study through systematic review, documentary quantification, and data visualization techniques. We analyzed 831 documents, with a notable increase in recent years (2011–2019), highlighting the production from Dewey Cornell (University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, USA). On the other hand, the results showed that ethnic identity constitutes a differential factor in harassment appearing, accompanied by very poor socio-economic and cultural levels favoring depressive tendencies and drug consumption in the ethnic harassed. In short, bullying has a negative impact both physically and psychologically on the victims. For this reason, we must continue to work from the school context to eradicate the situation that is affecting more and more people

Análisis y explotación mediante modelos económicos multisectoriales de la matriz de contabilidad social de Andalucía para 2008

Partiendo de la Matriz de Contabilidad Social de Andalucía del año 2008 (MCSAN-08), elaborada para el Instituto de Estadística y Cartografía de Andalucía, con gran cantidad de información desagregada y con un elevado grado de fiabilidad, es posible realizar análisis suficientemente sólidos como para servir de soporte en el estudio de la situación social y económica de la región, así como para la toma de decisiones de política económica en el corto, medio e incluso en el largo plazo. El objetivo del trabajo consiste, básicamente, en la explotación de esta base informativa para realizar un análisis en profundidad de la economía andaluza, mediante en el uso de los modelos lineales provenientes de la metodología Input-Output, pero incorporando las amplias posibilidades de obtención de información relevante que permite la estructura de una MCS.Starting from the Social Accounting Matrix of Andalusia 2008 (MCSAN-08), developed for the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia, with lots of disaggregated information and a high degree of reliability, it is possible to perform analysis strong enough to provide support in the study of the social and economic situation of the region and for making economic policy decisions in the short, medium and even long term. The aim of the work is basically exploiting this information base for in-depth analysis of the regional economy through the use of linear models from the Input-Output methodology, but incorporating the wide possibilities of obtaining relevant information that allows the structure of a SAM

MODELO DE FUENTES: PROPUESTA PARA LA JERARQUIZACIÓN, INTEGRACIÓN Y REPRESENTACIÓN DE LAS FUENTES DE INFORMACIÓN EN LA GENERACIÓN DE MODELOS VIRTUALES DE EDIFICIOS HISTÓRICOS

Different sources of information are required to build up a virtual model of a partially or totally disappeared building. These sources have different characteristics and properties, which make it necessary to use information selection criteria as well as a procedure to preserving the origin of the data. Pre-competitive anxiety in U12, U14 and U16 paddle tennis players

The main aim of this research is to analyze the level of precompetitive anxiety in female paddle players and male paddle players of Castilla y León in the categories U12, U14 and 16 before the beginning of the competition. Thus, 221 players participated in the study: 100 female athletes and 121 male athletes. The results showed that the level of self-confidence of athletes is higher than the levels obtained in the cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety, respectively. In relation with the sex of the athletes, male players showed higher levels in self-confidence and somatic anxiety, while the female players counted higher on cognitive anxiety. Finally, depending on the category in which they compete, U12 players are those who have more confidence in themselves, whereas U16 players are those who counted higher in the variables of cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety.El objetivo principal que se propone con este trabajo de investigación es analizar el nivel de ansiedad precompetitiva en los jugadores y las jugadoras de pádel de Castilla y León en las categorías alevín, infantil y cadete, en los minutos previos al comienzo de la competición. Para ello, participaron 221 jugadores: 100 deportistas de sexo femenino y 121 del sexo masculino. Los resultados demostraron que el nivel de autoconfianza de los deportistas es mayor que los niveles obtenidos en las variables ansiedad cognitiva y ansiedad somática, respectivamente. En relación con el sexo, los jugadores mostraron niveles superiores en autoconfianza y ansiedad somática, mientras las jugadoras puntuaron más alto en ansiedad cognitiva. Por último, en función de la categoría en la que compiten, los alevines son los que más confianza tienen en ellos mismos, mientras que los cadetes son los que puntuaron más alto en las variables de ansiedad cognitiva y ansiedad somática

Importance of technical-tactical and physical condition training in the training process of the Spanish Olympic judokas

In order to know how the technical-tactical and physical condition training has been carried out during the process of sports training of Spanish Olympic judokas, a semi-structured interview was conducted to 20 judokas – 12 women (60%) and 8 men (40%). The results show that the Olympic judokas consider that tactical aspects have not been training adequately during their sports career, besides there is no unanimity regarding the age in which the technical aspects should be worked intensively. On the other hand, all of the interviewees give great importance to physical training. Most of them believe that this training should be done in an integrated way, completing it with specific physical training sessions. They consider strength as the most important physical capacity at early age categories, while endurance and strength were considered the most important at the elite level

Reasons to take physical education teachers choose the content that in sport in secondary education

El presente trabajo forma parte de un estudio en el que se pretendió conocer el tratamiento del deporte dentro de área de educación física en la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria de la Provincia de Huelva. En este artículo nos centramos en los aspectos que los docentes tienen en cuenta a la hora de elegir los contenidos deportivos. Para ello se analizó un total de 63 profesores a los que se les suministró un cuestionario. Los datos fueron analizados usando el paquete estadístico SPSS (13.0). Entre los principales resultados encontramos que el deporte es el contenido que mayor presencia tiene en nuestras clases, siendo los deportes colectivos los más desarrollados. En cuanto a los principales motivos de elección encontramos que las instalaciones y los materiales son determinantes. Otro aspecto que también se tiene en cuenta es que los contenidos sean motivadores y novedosos, el interés y la demanda de los alumnos, y el propio conocimiento y dominio del profesor sobre los diferentes deportes.This article forms part of a study in which treatment was sought in order to know the area of sport in physical education in compulsory secondary education in the province of Huelva. In this article we focus on aspects that teachers have in mind when choosing the sports content. We examine a total of 63 teachers who were given a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS (13.0). The main findings are that the sport is content that has greater presence in our classrooms, being team sports the most developed. As for the main reasons for choosing facilities and find that materials are crucial. Another aspect is also taken into account is that content is motivating and innovative, interest and student demand, and self-knowledge and command of the teacher about the different sports
