Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Dalam Membeli Daging Sapi Di Pasar Ternak Gunung Medan, Kabupaten Dharmasraya, Sumatera Barat
This research aims to know the attributes of the beef into consumer preferences or favorites at Dharmasraya and know the attributes that most consider consumers in the decision of buying beef at Dharmasraya. The basic method used in this research is descriptive method. Site selection research was done deliberately in Dharmasraya. Location of study is located in livestock markets of Gunung Medan Dharmasraya. The number of samples in the study was 100 respondents. The type of the data are used the primary data and secondary data obtained through the techniques of recording, interviews and observation. The analysis used was chi square analysis and analysis of the attitude of multiatribut Fishbein. Beef attributes needs to considerate of consumers in purchase decisions Market in beef Gunung Medan, Dharmasraya among of them consecutively from the most considered until a less up to considered are the color of the meat, the meat section, and fat content. This research is expected to deliver educational information against producers and consumers as well as related parties, so that the manufacturer can finally meet the availability of beef in accordance with the preferences of the consumer
Improving the Aerobic Stability of Whole-Crop Cereal Silages
Whole-crop cereal silages, such as wheat, sorghum, and maize are susceptible to aerobic deterioration, especially in warm climates. This is because aerobic yeasts are the most active at 20-30°C (Ashbell et al., 2002). Therefore, it is very important to find suitable additives that inhibit fungi and protect the silage upon aerobic exposure. Propionibacterium acidipropionici is propionic acid bacteria (PAB), which produce propionic and acetic acid in silage. Results with these micro-organisms in laboratory studies were promising with regard to aerobic stability. Aplikasi Teknik Ruffle Terhadap Busana Ready To Wear
Saat ini dunia fashion mengalami banyak kemajuan, hal ini dilihat dari banyaknya desain yang menggunakan material dan teknik yang lebih variatif atau belum pernah digunakan sebelumnya oleh para designer maupun perusahaan retail dikarenakan adanya kemajuan teknologi. Aplikasi yang digunakan pada busana wanita pada umumnya berupa pita, renda, payet, dan salah satu diantaranya menggunakan manipulating fabric yaitu ruffle. Dalam penelitian ini teknik yang diambil yaitu ruffle. Ruffle adalah sepotong kain yang panjang diambil dari arah serat serong lalu dikerut agar menimbulkan gelombang, dibuat dari selembar bahan atau dobel bahan. Di Indonesia desainer dan lokal brand telah banyak yang mengolah teknik ruffle, namun pengaplikasian dari ruffle ini sendiri kurang maksimal. Hal ini dilihat dari koleksi desainer Indonesia selama 5 tahun terakhir yang menggunakan ruffle hanya sebagai aksen baik koleksi ready to wear maupun haute couture, dan aplikasi ruffle yang kurang bervariasi pada busana. Serta pemilihan material yang kurang beragam, sehingga penggayaan aplikasi dari ruffle tidak dikembangkan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan alternatif komposisi dan desain dari pengaplikasian teknik ruffle terhadap desain ruffle yang telah ada sebelumnya, menghasilkan eksplorasi teknik ruffle dengan optimal dan baik dari segi fungsional dan estetika, dan menghasilkan busana wanita dengan aplikasi teknik ruffle. Bakteriyal İnokulant ve Organik Asit Kullanımının Düşük Kuru Maddeli Küçük Balya Mısır Silajlarının Aerobik Stabilite ve Yem Değeri Üzerine Etkisi
Bu araştırma, bir homofermantatif laktik asit bakteri (LAB) inokulantının ve formik asit temeline dayalı bir koruyucunun (FAT) düşük kuru maddeli (KM) küçük balya mısır (Zea mays L.) silajının aerobik stabilite ve yem değeri üzerine olan etkisinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Mısır süt olum döneminde hasat edilmiş (%26,4 KM) ve yaklaşık 2,0 cm boyutunda parçalanmıştır. Araştırmada LAB inokulantı olarak Pioneer 1132 H/M F, FAT olarak KemiSile 2000 adlı ticari ürünler kullanılmıştır. Katkı maddeleri mısıra sırasıyla, LAB 106 cfu/g; FAT 3, 4 ve 5 g/kg; LAB+FAT 106 cfu/g+3 g/kg, 106 cfu/g+4 g/kg, 106 cfu/g+5 g/kg düzeyinde katılmıştır. Kontrol ve katkı maddeleri ile muamele edilen mısır her uygulama için 3’er tekerrür olmak üzere 30 kg kapasiteli plastik torbalara silolanmıştır. Silolamadan 60 gün sonra açılan silajlarda kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik analizler yapılmış, silajlara 5 gün süre ile aerobik stabilite testi uygulanmış ve ayrıca silajların in vitro organik madde (OM) sindirilebilirlikleri ve metabolik enerji (ME) değerleri saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, homofermantatif LAB inokulantı, FAT ve LAB+FAT kombinasyonu düşük KM’ li mısır silajlarının aerobik stabilitelerini etkilemezken, in vitro OM sindirilebilirliklerini ve ME değerlerini düşürmüştür

For decades, there have been numerous cases between domestic servants and the employers such as poor performance of the domestic servant and the severe cases where the employers abused the domestic servants. In Malaysia, various organizations such as TENAGANITA and Malaysia Trade Union Congress suggested that the government should implement a one paid off day weekly for domestic servants. Essentially, domestic servants are not recognized as workers and they do not enjoy the privileges and protections. Recently, the Malaysia government had announced that they intend to implement a weekly day off for domestic servants as compulsory. There are several interviews which have been completed to obtain this information. The target groups of interviewees chosen were the Ministry of Human Resource, the Deputy Director of Immigrant Sector of Immigration of Malaysia, the Commissioner of Human Rights Commission of Malaysia and the Program Director of TENAGANITA Sdn. Bhd. In this research, we may see that there are more advantages towards the domestic servants and employers when a one day off for domestic servants implemented
