En este proyecto se recoge una investigación sobre como las administraciones públicas realizan marketing público, comparándo entre el pasado y la actualidad. A continuación, se analiza la evolución de la teleadministración y el entorno 2.0, hasta llegar a una conciliación con redes sociales tales como el blog, Facebook, Twitter o LinkedIn entre otras. De esta manera conoceremos los motivos y beneficios de su presencia en las instituciones. Junto a estas plataformas se investigan otras de gran utilidad para la gestión y monitorización de las cuentas y perfiles oficiales. Esta tarea será llevada a cabo por la figura del Community manager, concepto en el que profundizaremos con el fin de conocer sus funciones y las habilidades que debe poseer. La segunda parte de este informe aborda un ejemplo práctico y real de cómo la Diputación de León gestiona sus páginas webs corporativas. Hablaremos tanto de la propia como la de uno de los ayuntamientos de la provincia que coordina y finalmente de su presencia en la red social Twitter. Con ello analizaremos quien es su público objetivo, sus puntos de acceso, el volumen de receptores y las páginas más buscadas

Valoración del impacto paisajístico de proyectos de parques eólicos en la Cordillera Cantábrica =Assessment of the landscape impact of wind farm projects in the Cordillera Cantábrica

La preocupación por el cambio climático ha llevado a la búsqueda de un modelo energético más sostenible y con un menor impacto medioambiental, sobre todo en cuanto a las emisiones de CO2. Por ello, se ha apostado por las energías renovables limpias no contaminantes. En la Montaña Central Leonesa, un lugar con un alto valor natural, se han proyectado 4 parques eólicos por dos empresas; Naturgy Renovables S.L.U. y Green Capital Development I y II. S.L. Para conocer su impacto paisajístico antes de su posible asentamiento, se ha realizado mediante los Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG) y el software ArcGIS Deskotop 10.8.1. un análisis de visibilidad, siendo el resultado que los proyectos son visibles desde una parte significativa del área de estudio, especialmente al sur. Además, se han realizado simulaciones 3D desde diferentes puntos turísticos donde el impacto visual es notable, poniendo en cuestión el alto valor geográfico, biológico, natural y turístico

Generating critical reflections through readings related to students’ sociocultural background

Este proyecto fortalecerá las bases de la investigación educativa debido al rol de los estudiantes quienes son agentes de cambio mientras crean un impacto positivo en ellos mismos. Se espera que la comunidad educativa sea positivamente afectada por estas prácticas literarias desarrolladas en las clases de inglés como lengua extranjera. Trust in Leadership and Perceptions of Justice in Fostering Employee Commitment

In a period of uncertainty, trust in leadership and perceptions of fairness have emerged as pivotal factors for fostering employee identification and affective commitment. Drawing from authentic leadership theory, this leadership style is identified as a crucial antecedent of affective commitment, examining the mediating role of distributive justice and the moderating role of interactional justice. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing data from 302 questionnaires completed by Spanish retail workers. For data analysis, SPSS v.25 was used to generate descriptive statistics, while partial least squares structural equation modeling was applied to test the proposed hypotheses. Our findings revealed that authentic leadership is positively associated with the development of affective commitment, with distributive justice acting as a mediating factor between the two. Furthermore, interactional justice negatively moderates the relationship between distributive justice and affective commitment. Contrary to initial expectations, the second moderation, between authentic leadership and affective commitment, was not found to be significant

Synthesis and reactivity of oxametallacyclic niobium compounds by using α,ß-unsaturated carbonyl ligands

Reduction of mono(cyclopentadienyl)niobium complexes\ud [NbCpRCl4] [CpR = C5Me4H (1), C5H4SiMe2Cl (2),\ud C5H4SiMe3 (3)] with Na/Hg in the presence of methyl methacrylate\ud [MMA, CH2=C(Me)C(O)OMe (a)], methyl acrylate\ud [MA, CH2=CHC(O)OMe (b)] and mesityl oxide [MO,\ud CMe2=CHC(O)Me (c)] afforded the corresponding derivatives\ud [NbCpRCl2(LL)] [CpR = C5Me4H, LL = MMA (1a); CpR\ud = C5H4SiMe2Cl, LL = MMA (2a), MA (2b), MO (2c); CpR =\ud C5H4SiMe3, LL = MMA (3a), MA (3b)] in variable yields depending\ud on both the cyclopentadienyl and the ¿,ß-unsaturated\ud carbonyl compounds. The reactivity of these complexes\ud was studied toward protic and Lewis acids. Aryl-imido niobium complexes with chloro-silyl and aryl-η-amidosilyl cyclopentadienyl ligands: X-ray structure of the constrained-geometry compound [Nb(η5-C5H4SiMe2-η1-NAr)(NAr)Cl](Ar=2,6-Me2C6H3)

Reactions of the magnesium imides [Mg(NAr)(THF)]6 (Ar = 2,6-Me2C6H3, 1a; Ph, 1b) with [NbCpClCl4] (CpCl = η5-C5H4(SiMe2Cl)) afforded the imido complexes [NbCpClCl2(NAr)] (Ar = 2,6-Me2C6H3, 2a; Ph, 2b) in good yield. Compound 2a reacted with excess LiNH(2,6-Me2C6H3) to give the silyl-η-amido complex [Nb(η5-C5H4SiMe2-η1-NAr)Cl(NAr)] (Ar = 2,6-Me2C6H3, 3a). Hydrolysis of the Si–Cl bond of compounds 2a and 2b yielded the dinuclear complexes [{NbCl2(NAr)}2{(η5-C5H4SiMe2)2(μ-O)}] (Ar = 2,6-Me2C6H3, 4a; Ph, 4b), respectively. Cepillado dental inmediato/prorrogado y su relación con desgaste dental erosivo y caries dental. Scoping review

33 p.El cepillado dental es una recomendación universal para el cuidado de la salud oral. Sin embargo, las recomendaciones sobre el momento de su ejecución son conflictivas, especialmente al enfrentarnos a pacientes con riesgo de desgaste dental erosivo (DDE) vs. caries dental. Nuestro objetivo fue identificar y resumir la evidencia disponible con respecto al momento de cepillado en ambas patologías. Realizamos una búsqueda sistemática de literatura en bases de datos Medline vía PubMed, SCOPUS y Web of Science, basada en pregunta de investigación formato PCC. Incluimos estudios clínicos, in-situ o in-vitro utilizando diente y saliva humana, con uso de soluciones fluoradas posterior a un ataque cariogénico o erosivo. Realizamos selección y extracción de datos de forma independiente y en duplicado y los comparamos con recomendaciones internacionales. De 1.900 títulos encontrados, incluimos 15 artículos. Un 100% fue relacionado a DDE. El uso de soluciones fluoradas mostró efecto protector independiente del momento del cepillado, respaldando que no es necesario retrasar el cepillado para disminuir DDE. Cuatro estudios sugieren retrasar el cepillado hasta 1 hora; sin embargo, distan de condiciones reales. Sólo dos estudios recomiendan individualizar al problema del paciente. En conclusión, la evidencia no respalda retrasar el cepillado, ya que utilizar soluciones fluoradas no aumentaría el riesgo de DDE. Además, el cepillado inmediato tendría mayor impacto en caries dental, lo que debe ser demostrado experimentalmente. Sugerimos actualizar las recomendaciones internacionales y generar nueva evidencia para determinar el mejor momento para la ejecución del cepillado dental. // ABSTRACT: Tooth brushing is a universal recommendation for oral health care. However, the recommendations on the time of its execution are conflicting, especially when dealing with patients at risk of erosive tooth wear (ETW) vs. dental caries. Our objective was to identify and summarize the available evidence regarding the timing of brushing in both pathologies. We performed a systematic literature search in three databases: Medline via PubMed, SCOPUS and Web of Science, based on the PCC format research question. We include clinical, in-situ or in-vitro studies using tooth and human saliva, with the use of fluoride solutions after a cariogenic or erosive attack. We perform data selection and extraction independently and in duplicate. Data was compared with international recommendations. From 1,900 found titles, 15 articles were included. A 100% was related to ETW. The use of fluoridated solutions showed a protective effect independent of the moment of brushing, supporting that it is not necessary to delay tooth brushing to reduce ETW. Four studies suggest delaying it up to 1 hour; however, those studies did not replicated conditions. Only two studies individualized the recommendations to the patient's problem. The evidence does not support delaying brushing, as using fluoride solutions would not increase the risk of ETW. In addition, immediate brushing would have a greater impact on dental caries, which should be demonstrated experimentally. We suggest to update the international recommendations and to generate new evidence to determine the best time to perform tooth brushing

Aproximación a la discapacidad en una población de la cultura de El Argar

A new research fi eld is being developed on disability in Archaeology and Physical Anthropology, which is investigated in this article in the context of the Argaric Culture. More than 200 skeletons, coming from sites in Granada province (Castellón Alto, Fuente Amarga, Cuesta del Negro, Terrera del Reloj and Cerro de la Encina), were studied, fi nding four with signs of physical impairment: one male and one female who must both have used a walking aid, and two males with shoulder dislocations. All four individuals were buried according to Argaric Culture rituals, beneath their dwellings, indicating that they were not socially rejected. Nevertheless, further insight into disability in this culture is hampered by the limited biological and archaeological data available.La discapacidad, entendida como la consideración de una persona con invalidez por parte de su comunidad, constituye un nuevo campo de investigación en Ar queología y Antropología Física. Aquí se investiga este concepto en el marco de la cultura de El Argar. Se han estudiado más de 200 esqueletos procedentes de yacimientos de la provincia de Granada (Castellón Alto, Fuente Amarga, Cuesta del Negro, Terrera del Reloj y Cerro de la Encina) entre los cuales cuatro muestran señales de invalidez: un hombre y una mujer que debieron haber requerido ayuda para caminar y dos varones con luxaciones de hombro. Los cuatro individuos fueron enterrados según los rituales de la cultura argárica, bajo sus propias viviendas, lo que indica que no fueron rechazados socialmente. Sin embargo, no se puede profundizar sobre la concepción de la discapacidad en esta cultura puesto que los datos arqueológicos y biológicos son muy limitados
