Supersymmetric partners of the trigonometric Poschl-Teller potentials

The first and second-order supersymmetry transformations are used to generate Hamiltonians with known spectra departing from the trigonometric Poschl-Teller potentials. The several possibilities of manipulating the initial spectrum are fully explored, and it is shown how to modify one or two levels, or even to leave the spectrum unaffected. The behavior of the new potentials at the boundaries of the domain is studied.Comment: 20 pages, 4 figure

Estandarización de proceso de retro lavado en filtros larox

119 p.En la empresa CODELCO, específicamente en la división Chuquicamata, existen tres filtros clarificadores (pertenecientes a la Subgerencia de Refinería) para el tratamiento del electrolito utilizado en la etapa de electro refinación. Cuando los filtros dejan de cumplir su función específica, debido a la obturación que presentan por el material en ellos depositado, se les efectúa un retro-lavado (con un flujo en la dirección opuesta al flujo normal), para provocar el desprendimiento del material depositado y así recuperar sus características de operación. Los cambios tecnológicos hechos en los últimos años en el área de fundición han modificado las condiciones de producción de los ánodos, lo que ha provocado que el material particulado liberado hacia el electrolito en la etapa de refinación haya ido cambiado. Debido a esto, en el transcurso de los años se ha podido observar una disminución en la vida útil de los materiales filtrantes que utilizan cada filtro. Este hecho indujo a una intervención en la programación del retro-lavado. A pesar que la intervención se hizo en beneficio de aumentar la eficiencia de los filtros, la vida útil de las telas filtrantes disminuyó aún más de la que tenían antes de este cambio. Pese a los esfuerzos realizados, no se consiguió recuperar las condiciones que tenían previamente al cambio tecnológico. Además, se apreciaba que los filtros actuaban de manera desigual en la etapa de lavado automático de las telas. Con el fin de solucionar la problemática presentada, la que correspondía a una corrección de la lógica de funcionamiento y una estandarización, se dio lugar al desarrollo de la presente Memoria. El trabajo realizado no sólo logró su objetivo, sino que -como resultado adicional- se estableció una política de estandarización del proceso de uso para los tres filtros, pasando por el diseño de una nueva secuencia lógica de operación, una mejora del programa para el manejo automático del retrolavado de los tres filtros clarificadores y recomendaciones o propuestas de mejoras operacionales y tecnológicas para todo el sistema./ ABSTRACT:At CODELCO, specifically in the Chuquicamata division, there exist three purifying filters (belonging to Refinery Sub-management) which are used for the treatment of electrolyte used in the electro-refinery stage. When the filters no longer fulfill their specific function, due to clogging up which arises due to material becoming deposited in them, it causes wash-back (with the direction of flow being the opposite to that of normal flow), in order to cause the deposited material to dislodge and thus recover their operational characteristics. Technological changes during recent years in foundry have modified the onditions of anode production, which has caused particulate matter which is freed towards the electrolyte in the refinery stage to be changed. Due to this, over the course of the years one has been able to observe a reduction in the useful life of the filtration material used in each filter. This fact, induced an intervention in wash-back programming. In spite of the intervention carried out with a view to improve the filters' efficiency, the useful life of the filtration fabric decreased even more than that which they possessed prior to this change. In spite efforts, it was not possible to recover the conditions possessed previous to this technological change. Furthermore, it was noticed that the filters acted in a different manner in the automated washing stage. In an effort to solve the problem at hand, which corresponds to correct the logic of the operation and standardization, this situation gave rise to the development of my current thesis. The work carried out not only achieved its objective, but also - as an additional result - established a policy of standardization in the usage of the three filters, beginning with the design of a new logical operation sequence, an improvement in the automated wash-back program of the three purifying filters and a recommendation or proposal of operational and technological improvements throughout the whole system

Depuración algorítmica de vistas SQL

La falta de herramientas de depuración para lenguajes de acceso a bases de datos supone una limitación importante para el desarrollo de aplicaciones en términos de tiempo, obligando al programador a realizar la depuración mediante prueba‐error. La principal razón de esta falta de herramientas es que los depuradores habituales utilizados en otros paradigmas de programación, no son válidos en el caso de los lenguajes de las bases de datos relacionales, debido al alto nivel de abstracción de los mismos. La herramienta implementada para la consecución de este proyecto, trata de utilizar técnicas de depuración algorítmica para SQL, con el objetivo de detectar vistas erróneas en un sistema de múltiples vistas correlacionadas entre si. El sistema parte de un conjunto de vistas, que tras la ejecución de la vista principal han devuelto un resultado inesperado y construye internamente un árbol representando la dependencia jerárquica entre las diferentes vistas. Cada nodo del árbol representa una vista o una tabla y la relación entre ellos se representa mediante las aristas que las unen. Este árbol se recorre con el fin de localizar la causa del error. El usuario dispone de varias estrategias para llevar a cabo la depuración de las vistas. Él mismo clasifica los nodos como válidos o no válidos, repitiendo el proceso hasta encontrar el nodo crítico responsable del resultado erróneo del que partimos. [ABSTRACT] The lack of debugging tools for database access languages is an important limitation for the development or general systems in terms of time. This implies the programmer must perform the debugging process by trial and error. The main reason for this lack of tools is that the usual trace debuggers used in other paradigms are not available here due to the high abstraction level of the language. The implemented tool proposed in this project, uses algorithmic debugging techniques for SQL, with the goal of detecting erroneous views in a multiply correlated view system. 5 Therefore, the system starts with a set of views, such that the main view has returned an unexpected result. Then the debugger internally builds a tree that represents the hierarchical dependency between the different views. Each tree node represents a view or a table and the relation among the nodes is represented by the edges which join them. The system runs through the tree with the goal of locating the cause of the error. The user has several strategies to carry out the debugging of views. The nodes can be classified as valid or invalid, repeating the process until the critical node that is the main cause of the initial error is found

The Masoretic notes that appear alongside the biblical text written in geometric or figured shapes are little studied to date. The few existing studies usually focus on the form without paying attention to the content. The biblical Hebrew manuscript BH Mss1 (M1) has a huge number of Masoretic notes in figured patterns and while the existence of figured Masorah has been addressed, their designs have not been described and studied in relation to their content. This paper focuses on the figured Masorah notes, their location, shape and content. From a joint analysis of the form and content it is possible to conclude that the main purpose behind writing the Masorah in figured patterns in M1 is a practical one: to record all the information in the available space.Las noticias masoréticas escritas en formas geométricas o figurativas que aparecen junto al texto bíblico han sido poco estudiadas hasta la fecha. Los escasos estudios existentes se suelen centrar en la forma, sin tener en cuenta el contenido. El manuscrito bíblico BH Mss1 (M1) contiene un gran número de noticias masoréticas en forma figurativa que, si bien ya habían sido mencionadas, sus diseños no han sido descritos ni estudiados en relación con su contenido. El presente trabajo se centra en las noticias de Masora figurativa, su localización, forma y contenido. El análisis conjunto de la forma y el contenido de las noticias permite concluir que la razón principal para escribir la Masora en forma figurativa en M1 es práctica

El concepto de diversidad vegetal desde la etnia mapuche a la enseñanza formal en Chile

El estudio de la terminología botánica en la lengua mapuche revela la gran importancia que la diversidad vegetal ha tenido para sus tradiciones y usos. Un colectivo de estudiantes de enseñanza media de origen mapuche conserva entre sus conocimientos de biología vegetal un rico aporte de esta información etnobotánica; sin embargo estudiantes que inician estudios universitarios de ingeniería forestal y agronomía muestran un nivel de conocimiento muy inferior. La enseñanza formal chilena puede aprovechar este potencial cultural para incorporarlo en una educación científica intercultural que favorezca la protección y respeto de los ecosistemas del Chile Central gravemente amenazados por los intereses de las grandes multinacionales que explotan sus recursos naturales

The rise of the radical right in Iberian countries

Spain and Portugal were prominent examples of party systems with no far-right options represented in the Parliament, but something has changed in the last few years. In the April 2019 elections, the Spanish radical right-wing party, Vox, obtained 10.3 per cent of the votes and 24 seats. A few months later, a radical right-wing party, Chega, entered the Portuguese parliament for the first time since the end of the Salazar dictatorship. At present, Vox is the third party in the Spanish parliament in votes and seats after the repetition of the elections in November 2019 while Chega already has 12 seats in the Portuguese parliament after the latest elections held in January of 2022. In addition to parliamentary support for several centre-right governments at the regional level, Vox achieved executive power in one region after agreeing to form a coalition government with the Popular Party in Castilla y León in March 2022. This paper aims to analyse the reasons for the mentioned delay in the representation of those parties and the exceptionalism, if any, of the Iberian cases compared to other countries in Europe. In addition, this paper tries to identify potential differences and similarities between the two Iberian cases. For that, hypotheses from the demand and supply sides will be tested using a comparative approach. This paper argues that the current difference in votes of the radical right in Spain and Portugal is due to the succession of two crises that mobilize identity issues such as national unity and immigration in Spain, especially the first one. This, together with the advance of feminist and LGTBI movements, and the growing political polarization around the country’s authoritarian past, has pushed the political debate in Spain to pivot more around socio-cultural issues than in Portugal, which it is still more focused on socio-economic issues.Universidad de Málaga.
