The purpose of the study is to develop methodological basis as to the justification and selection of personnel marketing strategy based on logical analysis and systematic approach. The strategy is suggested to be developed taking into consideration external personnel marketing strategy and internal one. The former is based on the capacity of an employer to meet expectations of potential personnel and is aimed at forming enterprise’s external attractiveness as an employer. The latter is based on the capacity of an employer to satisfy expectations of existing personnel and is aimed at forming enterprise’s internal attractiveness as an employer. The choice of strategy is based on the Matrix determining the generalized level of enterprise’s attractiveness as an employer. This Matrix allows identifying nine types of personnel marketing strategies. The content of each type of personnel marketing strategy was substantiated. The main actions contributing to the improvement of level of enterprise’s attractiveness as an employer internally and externally were developed based on the 7Ps personnel marketing mix. Results of this study have theoretical and practical significance. They can be used as basis for further studies, while developed recommendations can be used by a management team for implementation within an enterprise that seeks to develop its employer attractiveness

The water-holding ability and forms of connection in fish&plant semi-products were experimentally studied using derivatograph Q-1500 D by «МОМ» of Paulik-Paulik-Erdey system (Hungry). Using the methods of thermogravimetry methods in experimental samples was synchronously measured the temperature (Т), change of mass (TG), speed of temperature change (DTG) and change of thermal capacity (DТА). According to derivatograms the volume of the mass loss (Δm) and derivative change of DGT mass of the studied sample at correspondent temperature were determined. The thermal resistance of samples was assessed by the methods of thermogravimetry (by admissible mass loss that takes place at certain temperature) and differential-thermal analysis (by thermal effects that attend the chemical transformations of macromolecules, which intensity depends on temperature). According to the results of thermogravimetric and differential-thermal examination there was carried out the comparative characterization of the quantity of absorption- and capillary bound water in studied samples of fish&plant semi-products and also determined the value of activation energy of water molecules at different temperatures of water removing. The dependence of DTG samples was divided in peaks using Gauss distribution. According to the analysis of DTG peaks the quantity of osmotic- and absorption-bound water was determined in the samples of minces, produced on the base of complex of raw and preliminary thermally processed muscular, connective and bone tissues of Azov goby (Neogobius melanostomus). The received results give a possibility to understand better the structural changes that take place in the process of drying of fish&plant semi-products. They can be used for optimization of the process of drying of fish&plant semi-products and prognostication of their technological behavior in the different food systems and at storage.&nbsp

The article deals with the issue of tutors’ psychological readiness for professional activity in the system of Ukrainian higher education. The concepts that are defined are psychological readiness, tutor, professional tutors training, tutor activity, competence, and innovations in the educational system; and the core activity of the Center of Excellence at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University is described. Innovative strategies for the development of the international community lead to the creation of such a system of education which will enable the growth of creative potential of the individuals, and their spiritual and moral characteristics. The cultural and educational institutions have the task to organize the educational process in such a way that the educational-dominant theory and practice of developmental education will focus on methodologies and methods of self-development of the individuals, on the one hand, and the program of expanded professional (psychological) support of self-education of the individuals, on the other hand. The purpose of the article is to determine the update on the problem of tutors’ psychological readiness for professional activity in the system of higher education of Ukraine. The analysis of the respondents’ answers, and the comparison of the results of teachers training for the tutor activity at the start and end of the experimental work give grounds to fix quantitative and qualitative changes in the formation of psychological readiness for tutor activity in teachers. The level of future tutors’ psychological readiness for the tutor activity in the experimental and control groups at the formative stage of the experiment has been increased due to a qualitatively prepared certification program «professional tutors training»; active participation in practical trainings including discussions, round tables, thematic conferences devoted to introduction of excellence tutoring; and conducting training exercises for the development of innovative skills, research and experimental work

The purpose of the study is to check the HIV awareness of the first-year university students in Melitopol, Ukraine experimentally to substantiate its importance (particularly about the way of its transmission and prevention) as a health-preserving factor. The study was conducted among the first-year university students in Melitopol, Ukraine. A total of 163 students (42 male and 121 female) participated in the survey in order to ascertain the students’ HIV awareness and develop particular methods of filling the gaps in their knowledge about HIV/AIDS, as well as promote preventive measures against HIV spread in Ukraine. A questionnaire was developed for the survey, and it consisted of two blocks: the first one contained the questions concerning the students’ HIV awareness; the second block was aimed at determining the sources of information from which the students received knowledge about HIV. The results of the survey demonstrated that the students have low HIV awareness that can lead to HIV infection. It has been found out that educational activities at universities and schools are the most effective means of HIV awareness formation and HIV infection prevention among youth (37.4%). Formation of preventive programs should be aimed at reducing the risk behaviour of young people. The existence of a correlation between the level of awareness and the probability of HIV infection has been revealed. It was found out that educational activities on HIV/AIDS should be understood as a set of timely provided knowledge about the ways of HIV infection and methods of its prevention. It was proved that the acquired knowledge influences the first-year students inner motivation to change behaviour which is a health saving factor

"Dwelling" and "un-dwelling" into auto-ethno-topographic performance

© 2016 Dr. Olena FedorovaIn this thesis I explore questions about home through two important philosophical groupings: “dwelling” and “un-dwelling.” Tuan’s notion that place is a “pause in movement,” a “dwelling,” invites us to see migration and exile as “un-dwelling,” as a loss of home. My childhood exposure to the Chernobyl disaster and subsequent migration/exile to Australia is personal, and it creates for me a sense of displacement and the loss of my former self. Through performance practice and dissertation this research is a practical and theoretical investigation into complex ideas about home, “dwelling” (an attachment to place) and “un-dwelling” (loss) in relation to the self and others. The study engages with philosophy, geography, memory studies and environmental ethics, which open up a wider political, social and philosophical engagement, paying attention not only to the politics of place, but also to the political potential of performance. Drawing on these ideas, I propose a concept of an auto-ethno-topographic model of performance/installation and, through this model, argue that this mode of performance can be political and social. Applying qualitative, heuristic and practice-based research methodology, I theorise my use of this new mode through particular dramaturgical strategies: installation, immersion and audience participation. The relationship of the creative work to the written dissertation follows the “Research Question Model” – where both the dissertation and the performance address the research question in complementary but different ways. My creative work 4383 days of the child (December 2014) investigates how home, “dwelling” and “un-dwelling” can be “re-created” (Heddon, 2008) through live performance/installation. In the practice I attempt to create a haptic, visceral and experiential performance that can convey personal story in a powerful and resonant way, identifying and giving access to a connection between my own story and “social identity” (Tilley, 2008) and between my memories and the memories of audience members/participants

Development of conceptual bases of the employee life cycle within an organization

The purpose of the study is to review and integrate various definitions of the employee life cycle (ELC) and to develop new conceptual bases of ELC by applying logical analysis and systemic approach. In this article, we suggest the employee life cycle has a “client-based” approach. Therefore the development of the ELC is similar to the development of the client life cycle and each stage of this process requires adoption and use of external and internal personnel marketing tools. At the same time, it implies simultaneous various activities of employees and employers alike. A customer-centric process on the labor markets (external and internal) is initiated by the personnel marketing product. It is defined by three levels aiming to attract and retain employees. The model of the ELC proposed hereafter shows the bilateral mechanism of the employee-employer interaction. Through the activities of external (employee attraction) or internal (employee retention) personnel marketing the organization can build its “perceived” or “received” Employer Value Proposition (EVP). The refined definition of the ELC is based on the theoretical foundations of personnel marketing and takes into account the employee and the employer’s perspectives; our definition identifies the ELC time frame and defines indicators of the ELC measurement for further empirical studies. Suggested ELC stages were developed in a way to reflect characteristics and actions for the employer and the employee simultaneously. To maintain or renew the employee engagement level a set of measures were suggested for implementation at each stage of the ELC
