In addition to counseling and patient-education programme, an enhanced methods of intervention is needed by pharmacist to increase patient adherence and commitment in taking antihypertension medicine. Motivational intervention has not been widely used by pharmacist in conducting pharmaceutical care to patients. Objective: This research is aimed to understand the effect of motivational counseling and short text messages (SMS) with adherence and behavioral changes in outpatient with hypertension at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul, Yogyakarta. Methods: Sixty patients who meet the inclusion criteria was divided into two groups, which were experimental group (n=30) who received motivational counseling and SMS, and control group (n=30) who received usual care. Data was collected by interviews, behavioral questionaire, adherence questionaire using Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS), and blood pressure measurement according to the medical record. Results: Trans theoretical model (TTM) was used in this research. Stages of behavioral changes were divided into pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, and action. Result showed that pharmacist intervention, using motivational counseling and SMS as reminder, contribute to an increase of patient adherence and action stage of behavioral changes in the experimental group by 50% compared to 20% in the control group (p=0,035). Increase of adherence as much as 83,33% was seen in experimental group (p=0,000). A bigger decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP) was also seen in the experimental group compared to control group (SBP=15,37 vs 1,27mmHg), (DBP=6,73 vs 0,43 mmHg) on their second visits. Conclusion: Based on these results, it can be concluded that motivational counseling with SMS as a reminder and motivation by pharmacists in hypertensive patients give a positive influence on behavioral changes that improve adherence, and increase of systolic and diastolic blood pressure control

South Tangerang City become the highest contributor of dengue in 2014 in the province of Banten. The increasing of dengue cases in this city indicates that transmission still ongoing and the vector controlsless optimal. The aim of this study is to assess the transmission risk of dengue in endemic regions based Maya index and Entomology index. This cross sectional study was conducted in three health centers which highest dengue case at last three years that is Benda Baru, Bakti Jaya and Pondok Jagung in June2015. The survey larvae in containers has conducted in 100 houses in each area of the health center,so that the total sample taken is 300 houses. Containers were observed categorized into containers of controlled / Controllable Containers (CC) and containers used / Disposable Container (DC). Datawere analyzed descriptively to determine the proportion of the number and types of containers. Mayaindex obtained from categorization ratio of Breeding Risk Indicator (BRI) and Hygiene Risk Indicator(HRI). Container Index (CI), House Index (HI), Bruteau Index (BI), House Pupa Index (HPI), Pupa Index (PI) were calculated to assess the density of larvae. The results showed 833 containers with 785 containers belonging to CC and 48 included in the DC. The largest of positive Controllable Container inSouth Tangerang City is a bucket (22.7%), bath up (15.5%) and water reservoirs in dispenser (12.4%),while Disposable Container most positive larvae are buckets former (10.3%) and used goods (7.2%).Value Container Index (CI) was 11.7%, House Index (HI) 27.3%, Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ) 72.7%,and Bruteau Index (BI) 32.3%. The number of pupae depicted with PI 29.3% and HPI 2.7% which is relatively low. Based on Maya index and Entomology index South Tangerang city has a moderate risk level in the transmission of dengue

The application of green building concept is one of architect's response to decrease action of global warming reduction. It is associated with improved behavior and technology that applied to roof model of Kampus PT Dahana building. Green building concept of Kampus PT Dahana proven in one application of the conservation of rain water treatment. Aspects of the problems found in the distribution of rain water that can be captured by the model of the roof by using the treatment and rain water treatment system, so get the final result of the recycle water can be used for building operations, such as the use for toilet flushing, cooling tower, and watering the plants. This study aims to determine the relationship between a roof model of green building with rain water treatment systems. The analysis is performed by means of descriptive and analytical approach based on the theoretical of roof model of green building concept and rain water treatment systems. Results of the study showed that the roof model of Kampus PT Dahana can accelerate the rate of rain water with the help of an intermediary medium in the form of green roof material which is located on the roof of the building

Introduction. Major adverse cardiac events (MACE) are important causes of mortality in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients. There are several predictors of the occurence of MACE in patients with ACS, including depression and anxiety. This study aimed to determine the association between depression and anxiety with major adverse cardiac events within 7 days in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods. A prospective cohort study to examine the association between depression and anxiety with MACE within 7 days was conducted using HADS questionnaires among ACS patients undergoing treatment at ICCU and hospitalized in Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital, Jakarta during January-May 2018. Bivariate analysis was performed to calculate the risk ratio (RR) of MACE occurrence within 7 days in the depression and anxiety group using SPSS program. Results. Total of 114 subjects were included in this study. Depression was obtained in 7% of subjects, anxiety was obtained in 28.95% of subjects, and MACE in 9.6% of subjects. In the depression group, MACE 7 days occurred in 12.5% of subjects. In the anxiety group, MACE 7 days occurred in 21.2% of subjects. In bivariate analysis, anxiety increased the risk of MACE within 7 days in patients with ACS, with relative risk (RR) of 4.2 (IC 95%: 1.34–13.70). Conclusions. Anxiety in patients with ACS is an independent predictor of MACE within 7 days and increases the risk of a 7 day MACE. There was no correlation between depression and MACE within 7 days in patients with ACS
