Quality Management of Information and Digital Training Students of Vocational Pedagogical University By Methods Pedagogical Qualimetry

В статье рассматриваются вопросы оценки и повышения качества информационно-цифровой подготовки будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в условиях реализации целей цифровой экономики. В качестве возможного решения проблемы предложено внедрение в структуру и содержание информационно-цифровой подготовки методов педагогической квалиметрии. Детально рассмотрены основные положения и особенности квалиметрического мониторинга информационно-цифровой подготовки, а также разработана структурно-функциональная модель ее осуществления на основе интеграции методов педагогической квалиметрии.The article is dealed with the issues of assessing and improving the quality of information and digital training of future teachers of vocational training in the context of implementing the goals of the digital economy. As a possible solution to the problem, it is proposed to introduce the methods of pedagogical qualimetry into the structure and content of information-digital training. The main provisions and features of qualimetric monitoring of information-digital training are considered in detail, and a structural and functional model for its implementation is developed based on the integration of methods of pedagogical qualimetry

Структура и оптические свойства покрытий алмазоподобного углерода

Using a hybrid method of cathodic arc (PVD) and chemical (CVD) deposition from the gas phase, a new type of coatings containing high amount of sp3 bonds of carbon, capable of absorbing effectively light has been developed.This thin film material is a promised one for optical devices operating in open space environment as antireflective coating  for photoreceiver bodies. The hybrid method permits to obtain effective light absorbing coatings having excellent mechanical and tribological properties and is able to sustain temperature cycling in a range from plus 150 to minus 100 oC.  The optical characteristics of DLC coatings were studied depending on the content of sp2bound content. The combined physical and chemical deposition of DLC coatings allows to achieve a sufficiently high light absorption (a~10 5 cm–1) and low reflection with a relatively small coating thickness about 1 mm. It has been established that the antireflective properties of such coatings depend on the conditions for their preparation, first of all on hydrocarbon gas pressure С использованием гибридного метода катодно­дугового (PVD) и химического (CVD) осаждения из газовой фазы разработан новый тип покрытий с большим содержанием sp2­химически связанных атомов углерода, способных эффективно поглощать видимое оптическое излучение.Аморфный тонкопленочный углеродный материал является перспективным для нанесения поглощающих антибликовых покрытий на корпусные детали фотоприемников оптического излучения, работающих в открытом космосе. Гибридный метод позволяет получать сильнопоглощающие покрытия, обладающие также высокими механическими и трибологическими свойствами и способные выдерживать термоциклирование от + 150 до – 100 °С.Проведено исследование оптических характеристик АПУ покрытий в зависимости от содержания sp2­связанных атомов углерода. Полученный комбинированным способом физического и химического осаждения АПУ в виде тонких слоев позволяет достичь достаточно высокого поглощения и низкого отражения при сравнительно малой толщине покрытия (a ~ 105 см–1). Установлено, что антибликовые свойства таких покрытий зависят от условий его получения, и прежде всего – от давления газа углеводородов

Differential expression of HSPA1 and HSPA2 proteins in human tissues; tissue microarray-based immunohistochemical study

In the present study we determined the expression pattern of HSPA1 and HSPA2 proteins in various normal human tissues by tissue-microarray based immunohistochemical analysis. Both proteins belong to the HSPA (HSP70) family of heat shock proteins. The HSPA2 is encoded by the gene originally defined as testis-specific, while HSPA1 is encoded by the stress-inducible genes (HSPA1A and HSPA1B). Our study revealed that both proteins are expressed only in some tissues from the 24 ones examined. HSPA2 was detected in adrenal gland, bronchus, cerebellum, cerebrum, colon, esophagus, kidney, skin, small intestine, stomach and testis, but not in adipose tissue, bladder, breast, cardiac muscle, diaphragm, liver, lung, lymph node, pancreas, prostate, skeletal muscle, spleen, thyroid. Expression of HSPA1 was detected in adrenal gland, bladder, breast, bronchus, cardiac muscle, esophagus, kidney, prostate, skin, but not in other tissues examined. Moreover, HSPA2 and HSPA1 proteins were found to be expressed in a cell-type-specific manner. The most pronounced cell-type expression pattern was found for HSPA2 protein. In the case of stratified squamous epithelia of the skin and esophagus, as well as in ciliated pseudostratified columnar epithelium lining respiratory tract, the HSPA2 positive cells were located in the basal layer. In the colon, small intestine and bronchus epithelia HSPA2 was detected in goblet cells. In adrenal gland cortex HSPA2 expression was limited to cells of zona reticularis. The presented results clearly show that certain human tissues constitutively express varying levels of HSPA1 and HSPA2 proteins in a highly differentiated way. Thus, our study can help designing experimental models suitable for cell- and tissue-type-specific functional differences between HSPA2 and HSPA1 proteins in human tissues
