    THE REALTIONSHIP BETWEEN CLASSROOM LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND BULLYING OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

    The goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between bullying and the learning environment in the classroom. Population of the research were the students from Lahore city elementary schools. The sample size was 100, 50males and 50 females. The sample selection was random. Questionnaire was adapted to collect the relevant data from the students.  It has been determined that a variety of elements, including instructor cooperation, teacher focus, friendliness, quiz preparation, school climate, etc., may affect students' learning. At the elementary level, there is a significant mean difference between how male and female pupils perceive the learning environment in the classroom (p 0.05 threshold of significance)

    RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' SELF-ESTEEM AND TEACHERS' ATTITUDES TOWARDS THEIR TEACHING

    This study aimed to examine the correlation between teacher attitudes and student self-esteem at the secondary level. The survey method was chosen as the most effective way to explore this relationship. The study population consisted of male and female secondary schools in the Lahore district. To ensure the reliability and validity of the self-developed questionnaires, a pilot study was conducted with a small group of rural and urban teachers and students. The Cronbach alpha was used to assess the questionnaire's reliability. The researcher collected the data personally, with permission from the school authorities. The questionnaires were returned within a specified timeframe, as agreed upon with the participants. Students were given ample time to complete the questionnaires. SPSS version 16 was used for data analysis. A five-point Likert scale was used to code the data for smooth progress and analysis. The feedback from both teachers and students was entered into SPSS. Percentage, Pearson Chi-square, and two-attribute comparison were employed to determine the relationship between teacher attitudes and student self-esteem. The results revealed a significant and strong positive correlation between teacher attitudes and student self-esteem

    IMPACTS OF STUDENTS’ INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP ON THEIR ADJUSTMENT AT UNIVERSITY

    The primary purpose of this research is to ascertain how students think about their adjustment in university and interpersonal relations. The study was statistically quantitative and a survey was used. A total of 300 students a public university was included in the sample and analysis. The research sample was selected at random. A total of 300 students were included in the sample. Questionnaire was used. Each quiz has a five-point Likert scale. The first section of the questionnaire covered basic demographic information. Expert review and preliminary testing of the instrument confirmed its validity and reliability in local context. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. To get a sense of the distribution of students across a demographic variable, we used mean and standard deviation calculations from descriptive statistics. Independent sample t-tests and One-Way ANOVA (analysis of variance) of differences, and pearson r used for inferential statistics. The results showed that the mean scores of students’ adjustment in university is higher than interpersonal relations, as well as there was no significant relation was existed on the basis of this study between interpersonal relations and adjustment in university

    Behaviour and attitude are both fundamental components of human nature. Some behaviours are innate, while others can be modified through various instrumental and psychological conditioning. This study emphasizes exploring the association between teachers and students on the basis of managing strategies. A researcher has used quantitative analysis to analyze the items of both teacher and student questionnaires. The tool for data collection was a survey of different proportions of public and private schools. To approach the target population, convenient sampling has been used to select the audience. In this research, only female students from the secondary level have been selected as respondents. The sample size has been different for both teachers as 50 and students as 300. Moreover, the objectives of the study were surrounded by managing strategies used by the teacher and the students' behaviour regarding these approaches to analyze whether they were effective for class management or not. This subject has its importance and findings showed that for all public and private schools to update and make necessary improvements in the context of teaching strategies that help the education system progress at the secondary level

    The study was conducted to explore the perceptions about workplace spirituality among the government school sectors teachers. The purpose of this study was to explore the spirituality among the teachers and their workplace. In order to conduct the present research, a questionnaire was formed and distributed among the government school sectors in Lahore Cantt, and the data used for this research paper was collected through random sampling of 100 teachers. The sample of the study was comprised of 50 male and 50 female teachers of secondary level. The data collected was analyzed through SPSS and represented in the form of tables. It was concluded that majority of the teachers do feel connected spiritually to their workplace and this connection is formed with many different aspects of their personal and professional lives. Most of the teachers before filling the questionnaires had some misplaced idea about spirituality of the workplace but in the end, majority of the teachers’ answers indicated towards the fact that their connection with their workplace is helpful, motivational and encouraging. At the end of the research paper discussions and recommendations were made to enhance the idea of spirituality in workplace.&nbsp

    A STUDY ON THE PERCEPTIONS OF PARENTS AND TEACHERS ABOUT ELEMENTARY-LEVEL PARENT-TEACHER MEETING

    The purpose of the study was to identify the role of parent-teacher meeting perception of parents and teachers at elementary level. The nature of the study was quantitative. The present study was conducted in district Lahore and population of the study was all schools of elementary level of district Lahore. The sample for this study was 200 parents and 200 teachers of elementary level selected randomly. Rating scales for parent and teacher were developed by the researchers. The opinions of the participants were taken on 5-point likert scale. Reliability of teachers’ rating scale was .784 whereas parents’ rating scale was .853. Findings of the study revealed that perceptions of teachers and parents have no significant mean difference about parent-teacher meeting at elementary level in terms of gender and academic qualification. It is recommended that if seminars and conferences should organize for parents and teachers then understanding between teachers and parents will be developed by communicating to each other

    Elementary Students’ Difficulties in English Learning: A Case Study of Elementary Schools in Pakistan

    The study explored the elementary school student’s perception of improvement in the English language. The research was quantitative. The main objective is to investigate what techniques students use to improve their English. Moreover, find the difference of opinion between males and females regarding English improvement. Moreover, find the differences of opinion among public and private elementary school students. The study's population was elementary school students in Lahore, selected by a convenient sampling method. The study sample was 300 male and female elementary school students from Lahore. The researcher uses a self-developed questionnaire for students. For data collection, a questionnaire was used. The questionnaire was adapted to explore secondary school students' perception of improvement in the English language. The tool consisted of a six-point Likert scale. The questionnaire was divided into two parts; the 1st part consisted of demographic variables (gender, types of schools, and age). Data were analyzed through SPSS by applying descriptive frequency distribution, one-way ANOVA, and t-test. Based on data analysis, it was found that a significant percentage of students engage in various self-directed English learning activities, such as reviewing their work (29.3%), seeking opportunities to use English outside of class (22.8%), and practicing pronunciation through reading aloud (26.7%). Additionally, many students use strategies such as looking up words in dictionaries (24.4%) and paying attention to errors when writing or speaking (26.4%) to improve their language skills. Moreover, there was no significant difference between secondary students categorized on a gender basis and also not found a significant difference between students of private and public schools. However, significance was found between different groups of age

    The main objective of this research study was to find out the impact of work family conflict on the job satisfaction and life satisfaction of female teachers in district Nankana Sahib. The population of this research study was female secondary school teachers in district Nankana Sahib. The sample of this research study was selected through purposive sampling. The sample size of this research study was 400 teachers. The data was collected through questionnaire by using survey method. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for administered for data analysis according to the objectives of the study. The findings of the study revealed that there was a positive and significance impact of work family conflict on job satisfaction and life satisfaction of secondary school female teachers. This study is stepping stone for the development of the job and life satisfaction of the secondary school teachers regarding work family conflict

    Critical thinking is an ability that is a part of mental processes and evaluation. It is a sensible thought that concentrates on determining what to believe. This research aims to explore the views of teachers regarding students’ interest in the subject of match. Qualitative research was conducted. The qualitative data collected from these selected educators reflected their personal beliefs and teaching practices. The obtained data was transcribed, coded, analyzed, and synthesized in order to uncover patterns. The primary source of data collection for this research study came from interviews. The interviewees were experienced educators in Lahore. There was flexibility in the construction of the interview and the report was developing between the researcher and interviewees by using interviews to collect data. Findings from the study showed that critical thinking results in the ability to draw the right conclusions more often. Improving students' critical thinking ability has a knock-on effect on their problem-solving ability, openness, creativity, organization, planning, and ability to make good decisions in life
