    : Synthesis of Barium M-Hexaferrite (BaFe12-xNixO19) nickel metal doping have been done with co-precipitation method and its effect on temperature changes and substitution dopants. Basic materials used in the synthesis of BaCO3, FeCl3.6H2O and nickel metal. This study used a variation of calcination temperature of 80, 400, 600 and 800°C for 4 hours with a variety of dopants 0; 0.4; 0.7 and 0.9.     Has successfully carried out the study synthesis of materials M-heksaferit with doping metal Co using FTIR. The study was conducted to see the phase that forms on M-hexaferrites material by adding a transition metal element cobalt (Co) with the mole fraction x 0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0 done drying with T 80°C for 2 hours and calcined the T 400, 600, 800°C for 4 hours.     : Barium M-hexaferrite (BaM) is a permanent magnetic material which is relatively hardmagnetic but it is not appropriate for some applications that need to be engineered to degrade the nature of magnetism to be softmagnetic. This study aims to determine the effect of calcinations temperature on Zn doped BaM using FTIR measurements. Synthesis of BaM using coprecipitation method by varying the concentrate of dopan 0,0; 0,3; 0,6; dan 0,9 and varying the calcinations temperature 80oC, 400oC, 600oC dan 800oC. After synthesis of BaM and than the samples were studied using FTIR (Fourier Transform Infra Red). This study has success to synthesis of BaM and the product is a brown powder. Based on the test result of FTIR has been obtained peaks in wave number 3447cm-1, 2345cm-1, 1615cm-1, 530cm-1, 470cm-1 indicated a functional group O-H, Ba-O, Fe-O dan Zn-O on the powder sample. The peak on O-H shrinking indicates that the bond of functional groups are weakened or even disappear.The result of FTIR said that calcinations temperature has effect to BaM synthesis process. It is found that water and CO decrease with increase in calcinations temperature, it is showed the product BaM can be used to softmagnetic

    This study aims to determine the effect of structured inquiry learning model with scientific approach on student's critical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes of class X in SMAN 1 Gerung in academic year 2014/2015. The study uses a quasi experiment with design untreated control group design with pretest and posttest. The sample was selected by clauster random sampling and obtained class X-3 as the experiment class using structured inquiry learning model with scientific approach and class X-6 as the control class using expository learning model. Data post-test were tested for normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis test. Hypothesis test using t-test polled variance with 5% of significance level. The results of the study were obtained: (1) there was the effect of structured inquiry learning model with scientific approach on student's critical thinking skills and (2) there was the effect of structured inquiry learning model with scientific approach on student's physics learning outcomes This indicates that the structured inquiry learning model with scientific approach is better than the expository learning model. Expected to do further research on structured inquiry learning model with scientific approach that measure the other of higher order thinking skills

    Analysis of Validation Development of Learning Media of Microscope Digital Portable Auto Design to Improve Student Creativity and Problem-Solving Ability

    Abstract: This study aims to produce a valid product in the form of learning media of a microscope digital portable auto design, using the Dick and Carey development model. Media portable digital microscope learning auto design was developed to enhance the scientific creativity and problem-solving abilities of students in light material and optical devices. However, at this writing focused on the process of validation testing through validation tests on the development of learning media. The final result of this research is to produce a learning media development product in the form of a valid portable digital design microscope. Based on the results of the validation test by 3 material experts and the validity media, the media were at an average of 97.78% with very good criteria. Keywords: Learning Media; Microscope Digital Portable; Problem-Solvin

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Perolehan Konsep Berbasis Masalah terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah dan Pemahaman Konsep Fisika Peserta Didik Kelas XI Mia Man 1 Mataram

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran perolehan konsep berbasis masalah terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik kelas XI MIA MAN 1 Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent control group design. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA 1 sebanyak 37 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIA 2 sebanyak 38 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan berupa model pembelajaran perolehan konsep berbasis masalah sedangkan kelas kontrol diberi perlakuan berupa pembelajaran konvensional. Tes uraian digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika peserta didik berjumlah 5 butir soal dan tes pilihan ganda untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik sebanyak 10 butir soal yang sudah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda dan tingkat kesukarannya. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan uji MANOVA. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00. Taraf signifikan yang digunakan ialah 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan 0,00 < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran perolehan konsep berbasis masalah terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik kelas XI MIA MAN1 Mataram
