Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, lockdown across the globe has resulted in a major depression among the people making children and adolescents the most vulnerable group. E-Learning has also put pressure on them not only physically but also psychologically. The over usage of electronic gadgets will lead to disturbing and alarming side effects in the long run. Stress and increased usage of modern gadgets due to the pandemic times can lead to sleep deprivation ruining a healthy living. In this article, we put forward the ways in which lifestyle has become deteriorated during this pandemic and what we can do about it to overcome the hardships so that we can build a healthier lifestyle without becoming the victims of psychiatric and psychological disorders. &nbsp

Purpose: This research focuses on understanding the consumer perception and scope of hospitality services provided to patients and their attendants, getting admitted for treatment at internationally accredited multispecialty hospitals. The study also gives insights into the relation among these service elements and their role in the overall satisfaction of patients coming to Delhi NCR as a medical tourist. Methodology: Literature review and interviews with hospital staff, involved as service providers, to find the hospitality services and facilities provided to patients coming to Delhi NCR as a medical tourist. The study adopted survey through questionnaire method to collect primary data, which is analysed through SPSS to study the perceptions of patients/attendants and its relationship with overall patient satisfaction. Main Findings: This research finds that the majority of the JCI accredited hospitals in Delhi-NCR, show fairly good focus on patient care and hospitality centric service style was in place. Hospitality aspects are considered as an opportunity to enhance service excellence and the same is supported by management to bring better patient satisfaction. However, the research found some neglected desires of patients and few areas of poor service delivery. Applications: Hospitals benefiting with medical tourism where attention to nonclinical services is magnified due to a higher expectation of the guest, will benefit from this research. This research would be valuable to healthcare organizations in doing their best to achieve greater patient’s satisfaction, which will improve our image as a destination for Medical Value Travel.  Novelty/Originality: This study explores hospitality services and their relative importance in patient satisfaction. This study describes higher patient satisfaction as an outcome of excellence in non-clinical services. The research outcome is based on primary data and offers a first-hand view of patients perceived hospitality service quality and its constituents

Capital market has been strengthened due to because of increase in investment in mutual funds by small and medium investors. Most of the investors are having awareness about mutual funds and its benefits like tax benefits, less risk, cost etc. The mutual fund industry in India has undergone a most successful phase in the last 15 years. The growth in number of schemes offered by Indian mutual funds from 403 schemes in 2002-03 to 1294 schemes in 2011-12 has shown the inclination of investors towards mutual funds. The resources mobilized by public sector funds is Rs. 314706 crore in 2002-03 and reached to a high of Rs.10, 019,023 crore in 2009-10 of which the share of public sector mutual fund is around 80 percent of the total fund mobilized. The present study is an endeavour to know the awareness of investors about mutual funds

A NOVEL REFACTORING APPRAOCH TO REMOVE THE SMELS PRESENT IN PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES

Mash ups are the one which is created as a new source by using the knowledge of already existing sources. The Mash ups are used to create and develop new innovative ideas from the already existing knowledge’s. However the mash up creation by users may tend to some deficiencies which need to be concentrated to avoid the complexity. There may be a possibility of creation of smells during the mash up creation process which need to be addressed well in order to avoid the software failure. This is avoided by introducing the methodology called refactoring approach which tends to find and eliminate the possible smells which may occur at the time of mash up creation. However in programming cannot support the programming languages with different object behavior in different places. The refactoring cannot be applicable for the smells identified in the new type of programming language. It is overcome in our work by analyzing the object behavior when it is used in different places. Based on this knowledge, refactoring has been applied with the consideration of the moving the objects across different classes and modules and predict the behavior changes occurred in the programming languages. By doing so, efficient refactoring can be done which can be used for any type of programming languages in order to avoid the smells at the time of mash up creation. The experimental conducted were proves that the proposed methodology lead to better performance than the existing approach in terms of mash up creation

The present study addresses the potential of Landsat-8, Landsat4-5 data for estimation of Land surface temperature in parts of Kumta Taluk of Uttara Kannada District region. The area lies between 14.427°N and 74.418°E with the total area of 55,512 hectares. The NDVI map for the year 2017 was prepared and the results indicated that there are five classes and NDVI varies from-0.162 to 0.549 and NDMI map for the year 2017 was prepared and the results indicated that there are five classes and it ranges from -0.264 to 0.392. The Land surface temperature map for the study area indicated that the temperature ranges 24 °C to 39.58° C. The NCEP Reanalysis data download and the data is downscaled to a regional scale from grads software, the results show that annual temperature for the year 2017 ranges from 18.93 °C to 34.97° C and the annual Relative humidity, runoff and soil moisture is 22.37 %, 2.61kg/m2, and 0.23kg/m2 . The results show that surface temperature was high in the barren and settlement regions whereas it was low in the thick vegetation cover region. As from the Single Window algorithm, the LST derived using them were more accurate and reliable. So the result concluded that as temperature increases the relative humidity also increases and soil moisture decreases. Forest regions play the very important role in temperature reduction in the global warming and for the sustainable rural or urban development. The mapping of, LST and NDVI, NDMI was done using ArcGIS Software

The Unaccounted Voice of Women in Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's Purple Hibiscus

In our society, values of life is neither constant nor equal to all. Apart from economic conditions, the importance of women in under developing countries still suffers from blind gender disparity. Their voices are always suppressed in family as well as in society. The only solution to raise their importance is at the hand of law. The liberation of women in under developing countries is moving slow like a snail’s journey. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's Purple Hibiscus realistically portrays the suppressed voices of African women through the characters Beatrice Achike-the Mama, Aunty Ifeoma, and Kambili Achike. Dissent is never entertained and taken on the right spirit by any government in the world. And therefore, the emotions and the desires of African women are taken unaccounted. This perhaps is the effect of poor literacy, lack of awareness found in under developing territories of Africa. This theme of the unaccounted voice of women is to be discussed in this research paper
