    The online hotel management system was designed for the client hotel green, colombo, sri lanka. Currently, the client uses a manual system for management purposes where employees handle large amounts of data manually. The proposed system allows users to store and manipulated all the data in their database making their data handling process very effective. The proposed system is developed to cover the process of the hotel such as employee management, resource management, food management, rooms management, and user account management. The admin adds and updates the available rooms and foods, and customers can check the available rooms and order foods through the system. Admin adds, updates, and deletes employee details. Admin can mark the attendance of the employees. Admin can search relevant details. Admin can view details of all customers. The customers register and log in to the system.  Customers can update and delete their accounts. A web application was developed to ensure that the customers of the hotel can make orders and reservations online. The system reduces data manipulation errors in the current process, resulting in considerable development in human resource utilization. It improves the client's relationship with their customers gaining profit for the business. The system is user-friendly, reliable, and efficient and its statistics all the customer requirements

    Application to Connect the Stock, Suppliers, and Deliverers via Inventory Management System

    IPax is a 200-person IT firm situated in Sri Lanka. Due to the huge number of personnel, the decision was made to keep this inventory management system. Within the organization, employees require certain products for everyday usage. By generating orders through the system, employees may request from the warehouse manager the things they want. After an order has been created, the warehouse manager can see it as an order. If the requested item is in stock, the stock manager can accept and forward the request to the employee. There are several vendors that furnish the organization with the necessary products. When the warehouse manager changes the status of the order to "placed," the corresponding supplier is instantly notified and given the option to accept or reject the request. The warehouse manager is responsible for managing the available inventory and received inventory for each item that is purchased. This study can aid "IPax" in order to improve the company's manufacturing service level. Consideration of inventory simulation is advocated for the establishment of various supplier demand management scenarios

    The hospital's management system includes improved profitability, improved administration, and better patient care. The goal of this study is to create a digital management system that will boost the hospital's effectiveness and systems integration standards. It was able to produce a module that would provide some facilities, like booking doctors, booking lab test slots, pharmacy services, and getting health programs. This system consists of an admin handling part, which means admin can manage users, pharmacy systems, health program management, and manage booking of doctor's appointments and lab tests. And through this system, the admin can generate multiple reports according to his needs[7]. A module that would manage the admission bills and pharmaceutical payments; and a module that could monitor the medicine inventory of the hospital pharmacy. Problem statement because hospitals are associated with ordinary people's lives and daily routines the manual handling of the record is time-consuming and highly prone to error. The purpose of this project is to automate, or make online, the process of day-to-day activities. Each phase guided the researchers in the development of the study and helped them organize the workflow of each task. In conclusion, the researchers found that the system could speed up the working progress and productivity of hospital employees. It could also generate hospital reports that could help the users to provide an overview of the hospital transaction within specific date. It also provided the facility for searching for the details of the inquiring patient in the receptionist module. The system could reduce the workloads in the hospital, resulting in better management and working performance. In general, the study resulted in a better improvement of hospital transactions. It has been recommended that there is a need to enhance the frontend design of the system

    Design and Implementation of an Automated Hospital Management System with MERN Stack

    A hospital is a place that needs more effective and efficient management of information, people, and assets. This paper demonstrates the design and implementation of an autonomous system with mern stack that can manage doctor information, patient information, inventory information, and administrative functionalities in a hospital environment. This was written with the intention of eliminating the problems of manual hospital management systems such as data redundancy, data inaccuracy, poor accesibility and lack of data security. The paper addressed the problems of time consumption of storing, retrieving, updating, and processing hospital data, generating ambiguous and inaccurate reports, and poor access control to sensitive information in manual paper-based hospital management systems and provides an intuitive and modern approach to solving those problems using an autonomous web application to improve the overall efficiency of a hospital environment. The tools used to implement the proposed system are reactjs library with redux, expressjs, nodejs, and mongodb as the online cloud database. Google oauth 2.0 is used as the authorization protocol. This proposed solution provides an excellent way of authentication and authorization, generating reports for statistical and information gathering purposes, managing administrative tasks, and improving information storing, manipulating and retrieving infrastructure

Members can request an instructor. When members login into their individual user log they will be given a planned workout plan and a diet plan, which is provided by the instructor. Those workout and diet schedules for members were updated from the instructor login accordingly. For better service and ease, there is an online store for buying products related to maintaining health and diets. Users can do payments online. Members or customers can buy products from the online store by adding to the cart. This fitness training center is equipped with all the modern types of machinery and provides information about machinery data stored in the center. Services provided by the fitness training center are handled by the system administrator

Garment factories are type of complex systems with several divisions that cannot be managed manually. Today in Sri Lanka, most of garment factories are conducted their processes separately in division wise. In this proposed system, stock, employee, supply and suppliers, and delivery management can be done together in a single system. Getting the appropriate material, in the right quantity, at the right time is a primary objective of supply and suppliers management. It confirms the supplier's stability and dependability. Purchasing is a critical and specialized role within a garment firm. This system provides a feature to store placed orders and their confirmed delivery date, and the procedure that is computerized. In essence, the receiving, storing, and distributing of supplies fall under the purview of the stock management. After stores the items while preventing deteriorations or harms that can be occurred, this division releases the stock also.[6] the proposed web application for a garment factory management system developed using mern stack (mongo db, express js, react js, node js). The system has four main functionalities for employee management, supplier management, inventory management, buyers, and delivery management. The system is proposed after identifying the problems in patients and the hospital staff to cover areas of human resources, marketing and finance. One of the main goals is to provide a system which can automate a manual process that is used in day-to-day life. The proposed system which is known as “Hospital MS” is a web application which contains the necessary functionalities of the stakeholders of this system. Mainly this system can manage the patient, doctors, recipients, lab assistant and the system administrator to maintain and manage the system. Since we can provide a platform to every person who is interacting with this system, there are lots of advantages for everyone. Another aim of this system is to provide the patient with a way of interacting with the hospital. With this proposed system a particular patient can make the appointments to a doctor, and once the appointment is completed, the patient can keep the interaction with the doctor by sharing information like prescriptions. One of the other concerns that this system is going to look after is the centralized database to manipulate the data in a more reliable and efficient way

    Problems Faced by the Agricultural Sector and Solutions for the Impending Food Crisis in Sri Lanka

    The purpose of this research was to pinpoint the challenges faced by Sri Lankan farmers as a result of the financial crisis, as the country's government failed to boost domestic production of organic pesticides and fertilizers or offer farmers subsidies to purchase them. Crop yields were destroyed by the unexpected policy change. Average yields of rice, a staple food in Sri Lanka that was previously produced successfully and even exported, were reduced by about 30%. The Department of Census and Statistics Agriculture and Environment Statistics Division gathers, analyzes, and disseminates data pertaining to this crisis. The Division compiles statistics on the extent and production of paddy as well as other temporary and seasonal crops, livestock, and production costs. The main goal of this study is to provide solutions to the problems that Sri Lankan farmers face, such as those related to production, marketing, and finances. The “AgroPro” website, which we have implemented, is one of the best solution providers in Sri Lanka for the aforementioned crisis. The purpose of this website is to provide solutions and sample techniques, after investigating the goal, primary data was gathered from the farmers. Findings: To learn about the farmers' experiences with production, marketing, and financial issues. This study aids in boosting agricultural productivity and encourages farmers to produce more goods. originality and value.
