Pengalaman Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat Orang Lanjut Usia
Although some research related to the influence of therapeutic communication to patients has been carried out in Indonesia, research trying to explore the experience of the elderly nurse communication has never been done. Though the geriatric is a practitioner who has interacted daily with elderly patients thus have therapeutic communication experience that deserves to be explored. By using phenomenology, the study describe the experience of five geriatric nurse in conducting therapeutic communication activities for elderly patients in Sasana Tresna Werdha Jakarta. Data was collected through interviews. The informants of this research are interviewed about 45-90 minutes. In the interview the informant's provide their personal experience that contribute to the success of their therapeutic communication. Based on this study, we found ten important themes in therapeutic communicate with elderly patients, namely: the planned communication, to find out, observation, appreciation and humor, taboo communication, respect, caring, clarity, empathy and build rapport. The ten themes above we made to three (3) things that become the main learning and the essence in this study. 3 (three) it was planned, caring, and empathy are the answer to the research question
Pengaruh Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Keluarga Berencana Jakarta Barat
Observation of mixed anisotropy in the critical susceptibility of an ultrathin magnetic film
Measurements of the magnetic susceptibility of Fe/W(110) films with thickness
in the range of 1.6 to 2.4 ML Fe, show that in addition to the large response
along the easy axis associated with the Curie transition, there is a much
smaller, paramagnetic hard axis response that is not consistent with the 2D
anisotropic Heisenberg model used to describe homogeneous in-plane ferromagnets
with uniaxial anisotropy. The shape, amplitude, and peak temperature of the
hard axis susceptibility, as well as its dependence upon layer completion close
to 2.0 ML, indicate that inhomogeneities in the films create a system of mixed
anisotropy. A likely candidate for inhomogeneities that are magnetically
relevant in the critical region are the closed lines of step edges associated
with the incomplete layers. According to the Harris criterion, the existence of
magnetically relevant inhomogeneities may alter the critical properties of the
films from those of a 2D Ising model. Experiments in the recent literature are
discussed in this context.Comment: 9 two-column pages, 6 figures. This replacement has a new title and

Dynamical signature of a domain phase transition in a perpendicularly-magnetized ultrathin film
Domain phases in ultrathin Fe/Ni/W(110) films with perpendicular anisotropy
have been studied using the ac magnetic susceptibility. Dynamics on time scales
of minutes to hours were probed by quenching the system from high temperature
to the stripe phase region, and varying the constant rate of temperature
increase as the susceptibility traces were measured. The entire susceptibility
peak is observed to relax slowly along the temperature axis, with the peak
temperature increasing as the rate of heating is decreased. This is precisely
opposite to what would happen if this slow relaxation was driven by changes in
the domain density within the stripe phase. The data are instead consistent
with a simple model for the removal of a significant density of pattern defects
and curvature trapped in the quench from high temperature. A quantitative
analysis confirms that the relaxation dynamics are consistent with the
mesoscopic rearrangement of domains required to remove pattern defects, and
that the experiment constitutes a "dynamical" observation of the phase
transition from a high temperature, positionally disordered phase to the low
temperature, ordered stripe phase.Comment: 8 two column pages, 5 figures, full article with extra data figure
The Student Experience of Two-Way Text-Message College Advising: A First Glimpse
This study examines the experiences of students enrolled in a text-messaging advising program in order to understand the conditions for impact in this rapidly proliferating intervention model. The program under study was a 15-state text-messaging college advising trial that attempted to increase the college enrollment outcomes of over 30,000 students who attended U.S. high schools with large percentages of low-income students. Data came from 3600 advisees who responded to text-message queries about their experiences in the texting program. The content of the queries was informed by focus group responses from 18 program participants. Results indicate that text-message college advising offered students a combination of information, assistance, nudges, and emotional support that many students perceived kept them on track for a successful college process. Text-message advisees who were disengaged or critical of the program mistakenly believed that the advising was fully automated, had sufficient support elsewhere, or were not receiving the texts because of incorrect contact information. Study findings suggest that text messaging is best suited to providing advising on financial aid and other topics requiring specific information and concrete tasks. Students’ reports of their experience in the program provide potential explanations for the mixed results that are beginning to be reported for texting programs and suggest implications for more effective designs. The study is useful as one of the first investigations of student responses to virtual advising, but its modest response rates suggest the need for new approaches to collecting evaluation data from participants in text-message advising campaigns
