The article examines the structure, function and origin of elementary social rituals. Any social action consists of different elementary landmark­semantic structures, which are based on elementary behavioral language. Elementary social rituals are the primary structures that underlie the behavioral language. Through their reproduction is formed intersubjective symbolic meaning communication space, there is reproduction structure of society. Human society exists only in the constant reproduction of their structures, based on socio­cultural codes of traditional culture. Elementary social rituals are formed on the border biopsychological congenital programs and traditional socio­cultural behaviour inherited and played as a living tradition. These rituals are necessary for the formation of the primary intersubjective of sign­symbolic space between individuals. Through the behavior of individuals these rituals create emotional communication space. Own behavior and the behavior of another is a sign. Broadcast certain emotional state of elementary social rituals directed at the other, with the aim of not verbal show willingness to conduct active or passive communication.В статье рассматриваются структура, функции и происхождение элементарных социальных ритуалов. Любое социальное действие состоит из различных элементарных знаково­смысловых структур, которые строятся на основе элементарного поведенческого языка. Элементарные социальные ритуалы являются теми первичными структурами, которые лежат в основе поведенческого языка. Через их воспроизводство формируется интерсубъективное знаково­смысловое коммуникационное пространство, происходит воспроизводство структуры общества. Человеческое сообщество существует только в постоянном воспроизводстве своих структур, основанных на социально­культурных кодах традиционной культуры. Элементарные социальные ритуалы формируются на границе биопсихологических врожденных программ и традиционного социокультурного поведения наследуемого и воспроизводящегося как живая традиция. Эти ритуалы необходимы для формирования первичного интерсубъективного знаково­смыслового пространства между индивидами. Через поведение индивидов эти ритуалы создают эмоционально­коммуникационное пространство. Собственное поведение и поведение другого – это знак. Трансляция определенного эмоционального состояния элементарными социальными ритуалами, направлена на другого, с целью невербально показать готовность для проведения активной или пассивной коммуникации. В статье рассматриваются структура, функции и происхождение элементарных социальных ритуалов. В статье рассматривается влияние маркетинга на трансформацию традиционного общества с его традиционными ценностями в обществе потребления. Развитие капитализма неизбежно ведет к изменению социально­политического уклада всего современного мира. Это приводит к тому, что исчезают традиционные элементы культуры, ремесла, танцы и песни, обряды, разрушаются традиционные нормы и ценности, верования, моральные и нравственные ценности. Взамен традиционной культуре формируется массовая культура, развивается общество потребления и товаром становится все, что можно продать. Маркетинг является одним из инструментов для формирования общества потребления, но он выполняет и другую менее заметную функцию – трансформирует традиционное общество в общество потребления с его ценностями, мифологией, нормами и моральными принципами.В статье рассматривается влияние маркетинга на трансформацию традиционного общества с его традиционными ценностями в обществе потребления. Анестезиологическое обеспечение торакоскопических операций на легких и органах средостения

The objective of the review: analysis of innovations in the conceptual justification and methodological support of anesthetic protection of thoracic surgical interventions.Results: optimization of methods of anesthetic protection should be aimed at solving both surgical requirements such as creating conditions for surgical comfort and at the same time, ensuring the maximum achievable level of protection efficiency and patient safety. When solving the problems of patient protection in thoracic surgery in general and thoracoscopic surgery in particular, the special attention is paid to ensuring effective gas exchange and optimal anesthesia methods corresponding to them within the framework of the multi-component concept. It is important to consider that weaning from mechanical ventilation and the careful collapse of the operated lung are absolute indications for thoracoscopic surgery. This approach is used due to the need to provide space in the pleural cavity for instrumental manipulations during surgery.Цель обзора: анализ инноваций в концептуальное обоснование и методическое обеспечение анестезиологической защиты торакальных хирургических вмешательств.Результаты: оптимизация методов анестезиологической защиты должна быть направлена на решение как хирургических требований, таких как создание условий хирургического комфорта, так и одновременное обеспечение максимально достижимого уровня эффективности защиты и безопасности пациентов. Основное внимание при решении проблем защиты пациента в торакальной хирургии вообще и в торакоскопической в частности принадлежит возможностям обеспечения эффективного газообмена и оптимально соответствующих им методов анестезии в рамках концепции многокомпонентности. Важно учитывать, что выключение из вентиляции и тщательное коллабирование оперируемого легкого имеют абсолютные показания для торакоскопической хирургии. Такой подход продиктован потребностью в обеспечении пространства в плевральной полости для инструментального выполнения хирургических действий

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH TO HUMERAL BONE FRACTURES COMPLICATED BY PERIPHERAL NERVE TRAUMA

On the basis of treatment results of 28 patients, the authors suggested that the clinical method of diagnostics allowed performance of topical diagnostics of injury using bedside test. It would help to choose a therapeutic approach in each clinical case

METHOD OF OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF SUPRACONDULAR FRACTURES OF THE HUMERUS

A treatment of fractures of distal metadiaphysis of the humeral bone remains an actual problem of modern traumatology at present time. This is associated with immediate proximity of the radial nerve and risk of iatrogenic injury in external fixation, presence of short distal fragment, comminuted nature of fracture, complexity of treatment method selection, need of extensible approach. Biomechanical features of different fixators were analyzed in consideration of presence of short distal fragment, traumatic of external fixation and risk of iatrogenic injury of the nerve. The authors suggested the method of osteosynthesis of the humerus by using blocking osteosynthesis with preliminary extension of intra-medullary canal of distal fragment for obtaining stable osteosynthesis (priority № 2014105323 from 14.02.2014). The proposed method allowed avoiding the iatrogenic neuropathy of the radial nerve, providing the stability of fixation higher, than in case of external fixation. It excludes the need of external immobilization and combines the period of bony union with the period of rehabilitation and socially integrates the patient in minimal terms
