OPERATIONAL STRATEGY OF SMEs IN BUSINESS COMPETITION THROUGH ENVIRONMENT BASED PRODUCTS / SERVICES IN SOUTH MERUYA – WEST JAKARTA
This community service is carried out to encourage the community to be creative and independent with entrepreneurs. Activities can be carried out by partnering, building partnerships will make it easier and more excited. The community of South Meruya village has partnered with PKK and RPTRA Menara, also to help one of the DKI Jakarta government programs. Residents have carried out production activities, if there is a desire or order, for that the scale of production and marketing needs to be increased. These community activities can be expanded to reach products and services that begin with environmental problems that require involvement in conservation as well as having economic potential. It is expected that the community understands the importance of environmental sustainability as an economic resource that can be a source of income for the community. SMEs need to expand business alternatives while simultaneously becoming agents of pollution prevention and improving the quality of life together through a clean environment. The real pressure of pollution and environmental awareness issues has opened up new products that can be marketed. SME business people consider environmental aspects because their awareness of environmentally conscious consumers has increased. After the training and assistance of the SMEs South Meruya community together with PKK will better understood the potential and strategies of a sustainable environment-based business
A Framework of Green Contruction Supply Chain
The construction company in a highly competitive environmentare trying to survive by continuing to find ways to create efficiencies and cost-effectiveness, innovation, expertise and timely execution of work. SOCIALIZATION OF PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVING THE MSMEs COMPETITIVENESS IN MERUYA SELATAN - WEST JAKARTA
The development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is increasingly rapid, this requires the existence of integrated handling in order to compete in the business world. Increasing competition makes SMEs must have an effective strategy. One strategy in the field of production management is good management of maintenance. Community service activities carried out in the South Meruya attended by 24 participants, the activity took place with an explanation relating to the Socialization & Training of Maintenance Management in Production at SMEs. Material related to Production Maintenance Management and production maintenance management processes. This training is an activity related to community economic empowerment through maintenance strategy training in SMEs business competition. In order to support the economic empowerment efforts of community counseling and training on Operational Strategies in SMEs business competition through residents who live in partner villages, it will help partner citizens know how to create maintenance strategies in SMEs business competition to improve community welfare. For this reason, this activity will provide training and assistance in operational strategies in SMEs business competition, so that partners are able to apply them in managing their business activities. They must increase their production capacity and product quality of palm oil raw materials. Farmers need to make changes so that they can produce quality palm oil. Also, oil palm smallholders need to form a business entity to have strength and selling points in the palm oil processing industry. Farmers are the main actors involved in crude palm oil's environmentally friendly supply chain. This study aimed to examine the impact of green training and environmentally sound behaviour on the availability of green supply chains in a sustainable palm oil industry. This study uses quantitative methods through data collection using questionnaire sheets to 82 oil palm farmers who participated in Oil Palm Cultivation Technical Training in Palembang organized by Badan Pengelola Dana Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit  (BPDPKS), Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan and Best Planter Indonesia (BPI). Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modelling software (Smart PLS 3.3.3). The results show that Green Training and Environmentally Friendly Behavior significantly affect Green Supply Chain Management. Green Training implemented in Green Insight Behavior will encourage farmers to take initiatives and take environmentally friendly actions to minimize the impact on the environment. Environmentally Friendly Behavior positively affects Green Supply Chain Management, especially on Integrated Pest Management. This study develops a comprehensive empirical model that examines the co-effect of Green Training and Farmer Environmentally Friendly Behavior in achieving a sustainable oil palm agribusiness industry
PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DIMEDIASI OLEH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) ( Studi pada karyawan CV. PRIMA MOTOR )
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan di CV. Prima Motor. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Koitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, OCB berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, OCB tidak memediasi Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan OCB tidak memediasi Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan analisa dan hubungan antara pengaruh suatu variable bebas yang masing-masing terdiri dari variabel motivasi (X1), variable kepuasan kerja (X2) dan variable kedisiplinan karyawan (X3) baik secara masing-masing variable ataupun secara keseluruhan terhadap turnover karyawan (Y) sebagai variable terikat. Kelanjutannya, tujuan dari beberapa penelitian yang mengamati antar hubungan variable-variabel motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan kedisiplinan karyawan diharapkan dapat mengembangkan tujuan –tujuan penelitian selanjutnya
The Effect of Celebrity Endorsement, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Customer Satisfaction to Purchasing Decision
This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement, electronic word of mouth and customer satisfaction on consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Miting Lobster visitors in Jakarta, the number of samples used in the questionnaire was 140 respondents. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that there is a significant influence between celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions, there is no influence between the electronic word of mouth with purchasing decisions and there is a significant influence between customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions. Turnover Intention in the Hotel Industry: The Employees' Perceptions
The hotel industry is rapidly expanding, needing more employees. The high demand for employees may lead to tighter competition in the job market, increasing employee turnover. This study aims to provide statistical evidence about the role of job stress, job insecurity, and compensation in explaining turnover intention among hotel employees. Primary data related to hotel employees' perceptions were collected using an online survey. The survey involved 135 employees of Jakarta's five-star hotels. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test three research hypotheses. The analysis results show that job stress and job insecurity positively relate to turnover intention in the hotel industry, whereas compensation is negatively associated with turnover intention. The finding could provide insight for hotel managers on reducing employee turnover. It also contributes to the upward literature on the hospitality and tourism industry
Sustainability Entrepreneurship Supply Chain in Family Business
A Family business is a company whose majority shareholder is a family, and the position of manager (management) is controlled by family members and it is expected that the family descendants will follow in their footsteps later as managers. In this context, the application of the concept of sustainable supply chain management in the operation strategy of small business seems to be an important function. This supply chain also covers all three aspects of sustainable development: business, environmental, and social. The purpose of this article is to present the current state of the research in sustainable development in relation to managing the supply chain of family business, as well as the empirical findings in this area. This research supposed to analysis of the comparison of Entrepreneurial supply chain and sustainability of family business in China and Indonesia. This research done with Quantitative Method using SEM / Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GeSCA) program by visiting and interviewing with Family business China and Indonesia. The population in this study was a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique is random sampling. This research proves: 1). Leadership, Culture and Innovation have a significant effect on the Entrepreneurial supply chain in Indonesia and China; 2). Leadership and Innovation have a significant effect in Family Business Sustainability. 3). The Entrepreneurial supply chain, Culture and Innovation have a significant effect on the Sustainability of the Family Business, whereas the Leadership is not significant on the Sustainability of the Family Business in China; 4). Entrepreneurial supply chain does not mediate the influence of Leadership, Culture and Innovation on the Sustainability of Family Businesses in Indonesia; but Entrepreneurial supply chain mediates the influence of Leadership, Culture and Innovation on the Sustainability of Family Businesses in China
