    Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh model pembelajaran blended learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model pengajaran langsung pada mata pelajaran elektronika dasar kelas X Teknik Elektronika Industri di SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto; (2) keterlaksanaan penelitian menggunakan model blended learning pada kelas X Teknik Elektronika Industri SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental Design dan menggunakan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design dimana dalam desain ini terdapat dua kelas yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Kedua kelas tersebut yakni kelas eksperimen dengan model blended learning dan kelas kontrol dengan model pengajaran langsung, yang selanjutnya akan diberikan posttest untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah mendapatkan perlakuan yang berbeda. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Elektronika Industri 1 dan siswa kelas X Teknik Elektronika Industri 2 SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh model blended learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa lebih tinggi daripada model pengajaran langsung yang biasanya digunakan di SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t sebesar 4.133. Tabel distribusi t ditentukan pada α = 0.05:2 = 0.025 (uji dua sisi) dengan df = 63. Maka ttabel sebesar 1.998. Dari data tersebut 4.133 > 1.998, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian menolak H0 dan menerima H1, maka terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran blended learning dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pengajaran langsung. Karena peningkatan hasil belajar menggunakan model blended learning lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pengajaran langsung, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model blended learning memiliki pengaruh lebih tinggi terhadap proses belajar mengajar dibandingkan dengan model pengajaran langsung; (2) Sesuai dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan observasi yang dilakukan oleh pengamat, maka penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengunakan model Blended Learning terhadap pembelajaran pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan diode semikonduktor sebagai penyearah kelas X TEI di SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto dapat dinyatakan terlaksana dengan baik dengan hasil observasi penelitian mendapat nilai rata-rata keterlaksanaan sebesar 80%. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Blended Learning, Hasil Belajar, keterlaksanaan penelitian.   Abstract The aim of this study are reveal: (1) the effect of blended learning model about student’s study output higher than direct learning model in basic electrical lesson at tenth grade of industry electrical engineering SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto; (2) the study increase the responsibility with blended learning model at tenth grade of industry electrical engineering SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto. This study is an experimental study that use the Quasi Experimental Design method and applying the Nonequivalent Control Group Design where in this design have two class that haven’t same treatment. That two class is experiment class that applies blended learning model and control class that applies direct learning model, that later will be given posttest to know the result of student’s study output after have a difference treatment. The object of this study is student at tenth grade of  industry electrical engineering 1 and student at tenth grade of  industry electrical engineering 2 in SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto year of study 2015/2016. With the trial criteria is: (1) the effect of blended learning model about result of student’s study output higher than direct learning model that usually applies at SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto. This is can see for t value = 4.133. t distribution table determined at α = 0.05:2 = 0.025 (two-way test) with df = 63. So ttable = 1.998. for that data 4.133 > 1.998, so it can be concluded that the test results reject H0 and accept H1, then there is an increase in student learning outcomes that uses blended learning with the result of student’s study output who use the direct learning model. Because to improvement of result of study output using blended learning model is better than the result of student’s study output using the direct learning model, it can be concluded that the model of blended learning has a higher effect about learning process  than the direct learning model; (2) according to the study that has been done  and observation by observer, then the study has been done that applies a blended learning model about lesson at basic competence semiconductor diode rectifier application at tenth grade of TEI in SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto can indicated materialize with good with average study observation of value at 80%.     Blood pressure and cardiovascular risk in relation to birth weight and urinary sodium: An individual-participant meta-Analysis of European family-based population studies

    Background: Although the relation of salt intake with blood pressure (BP) is linear, it is U- shaped for mortality and cardiovascular disease (CVD). This individualparticipant meta-analysis explored whether the relation of hypertension, death or CVD with 24-h urinary sodium excretion (UVNA) or sodium-to-potassium (UNAK) ratio was modified by birth weight. Methods: Families were randomly enrolled in the Flemish Study on Genes, Environment and Health Outcomes (19852004) and the European Project on Genes in Hypertension (1999- 2001). Categories of birth weight, UVNA and UNAK (2500-4000, >4000 g; 4.6 g; and 2, respectively) were coded using deviation-from-mean coding and analyzed by Kaplan- Meier survival functions and linear and Cox regression. Results: The study population was subdivided into the Outcome (n = 1945), Hypertension (n = 1460) and Blood Pressure cohorts (n 1/4 1039) to analyze the incidence of mortality and cardiovascular endpoints, hypertension and BP changes as function of UVNA changes. The prevalence of low/medium/high birth weight in the Outcome cohort was 5.8/84.5/9.7%. Over 16.7 years (median), rates were 4.9, 8 and 27.1% for mortality, CVD and hypertension, respectively, but were not associated with birth weight. Multivariable-adjusted hazard ratios were not significant for any endpoint in any of the birth weight, UVNA and UNAK strata. Adult body weight tracked with birth weight (P< 0.0001). The partial r in the low-birth-weight group associating changes from baseline to follow-up in UVNA and SBP was 0.68 (P = 0.023) but not significant in other birth weight groups. Conclusion: This study did not substantiate its prior hypothesis but showed tracking of adult with birth weight and suggest that low birth weight increases salt sensitivity
