Projekt vypracovaný v rámci bakalářského studia oboru Strojní inženýrství předkládá návrh technologií použitelných při výrobě jezdce, který je součástí aretačního mechanismu vyráběného firmou TOKOZ a.s., a podává zhodnocení jejich vhodnosti. Zvažovanými technologiemi jsou odlévání, vstřikování kovového prášku (MIM), kombinace nekonvenčních metod dělení materiálu a ohýbání, konvenčního stříhání a ohýbání, stříhání a kontinuálního ohýbání tvarovými válci a přesného stříhání a ohýbání. Na základě porovnání parametrů jednotlivých technologií zejména z hlediska požadované přesnosti, nákladů na výrobu jednoho kusu a časové náročnosti byla jako nejvhodnější varianta zvolena z hlediska produktivity kombinace konvenčního stříhání a ohýbání a z hlediska přesnosti výroby kombinace přesného stříhání a ohýbání.Project drawn up as a part of bachelor studies of mechanical engineering branch brings suggestion of technologies that are usable for manufacturing of slider, which is a part of turn restrictor mechanism produced by the company TOKOZ, and presents assessment of its suitability. Considered technologies are casting, metal injection molding (MIM), combinations of non-conventional methods of material separation and bending, conventional cutting and bending, cutting and roll forming and precision cutting and bending. Upon a comparison of attributes of these technologies especially in term of precision requests, one piece manufacturing expenses and manufacturing time demands was chosen as the most suitable option with regard to productivity combination of conventional cutting and bending and with regard to manufacturing precision combination of precision cutting and bending.

Design of Progressive Stamping Tool

Import 05/08/2014V bakalářské práci je řešena problematika návrhu postupového lisovacího nástroje pro konkrétní ocelový díl. Technologie použitá pro výrobu ocelového dílu je plošné tváření a je popsána v teoretické části. Jedná se o tři základní metody, kterými jsou stříhání, ohýbání a tažení. Hlavním cílem praktické části je navrhnout postupový lisovací nástroj co možná nejlépe vzhledem k technologičnosti výlisku a konstrukce. Na počátku je navržen nástřihový plán, plánovaná výrobní kalkulace a následně vypracována technická dokumentace. Nástroj bude podle těchto podkladů vyroben a odzkoušen. Po odladění funkce nástroje a vylisování odpovídajících vzorků bude připraven pro sériovou výrobu do lisovny kovů.The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the issue of drafting a design of progressive stamping tool for specific steel parts. The technology used for the production of steel part is surface forming and it is described in the theoretical part. There are three basic methods such as cutting, bending and pulling. The main aim of the thesis is to propose progressive stamping tool as best as possible due to technological stamping part and design. Cutting plan, planned production calculation and subsequently technical documentation is proposed at the beginning. The tool will be made and tested in accordance with these documents. After testing of the functionality of the tool and pressing of samples it will be ready for serial production at a stamping department.345 - Katedra mechanické technologievýborn

VÝZNAM SLEDOVÁNÍ ZMĚN POMĚRU TUK/BÍLKOVINA V MLÉCE HOLŠTÝNSKÝCH DOJNIC

Milk samples of 24 pure-bred Holstein cows were taken during lactation and changes in milk fat to milk protein ratio and quality of rennet gel were evaluated. The cows were either fi rst (n=12) or second (n=12) calvers, in the same phase of lactation. The individual milk samples were taken on average on the day 25, 45, 73, 101, 133, 166, 199, 224, 253 and 280 of lactation and the following mean values of the F/P ratio were found: 1.91; 1.45; 1.38; 1.28; 1.22; 1.14; 1.26; 1.21; 1.09; 1.18. High values in the fi rst phase suggest a great energy defi ciency. The quality of rennet gel was also worst in the fi rst phase of lactation.V průběhu laktace byly odebírány vzorky od 24 čistokrevných holštýnských dojnic a hodnoceny změny poměru tuk/bílkovina a kvality sýřeniny. Dojnice se nacházely ve stejném počtu na první a druhé laktaci a byly ve stejném stádiu laktace. Odběr individuálních vzorků mléka probíhal v průměrném 25., 45., 73., 101., 133., 166., 199., 224., 253. a 280. dni laktace. Při jednolivých odběrech byly zjištěny tyto průměrné hodnoty poměru tuk/bílkovina: 1,91; 1.45; 1,38; 1,28; 1,22; 1,14; 1,26; 1,21; 1,09; 1,18. Vysoké hodnoty v první třetině laktace naznačují velký energetický deficit. V první třetině laktace byla též zjištěna nejhorší kvalita sýřeniny

Travelling Salesman Problem Applied to Black Sea Ports used by Czech Ocean Shipping Companies

Graph theory offers useful tools for solving problems in transportation. This article concerns the Travelling Salesman Problem. This classic transport problem is addressed in terms of Czech shipping companies and the ports on the Black Sea. Using mathematical software, a Hamiltonian cycle with the smallest sum of the weights of the edges along these ports is found and discussed. Algorithms based on graph theory are used to find the economically most advantageous path. The start and end of the route are located in Prague because Czech companies currently operating in maritime transport have headquarters located there

The determination of impact of malt grist moisture on porosity and permeability using measurement of differential air pressure

ArticleThis article is focused on determination of malt grist and spent grains porosity and permeability using measurement of differential pressure of the air passing through the layer of malt grist and spent grains. For preparation of malt grist were used different disintegration equipment (two roller mill and disc mill). The method of differential pressure measuring is used for the determination of porosity of malt grist layer, defined as fraction of the volume of voids over the total volume. Measurement confirmed the logical assumption; the higher-pressure difference is above and below the spent grain layer, the lower value of porosity

Import 02/11/2016Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat nákupní chování na zbožových vyhledávačích. Pomocí marketingového výzkumu byla získána primární data. Pro získání primárních dat bylo zvoleno online dotazování. Získaná data byla následně vyhodnocena. Výstupem výzkum je analýza nákupního chování. Výstup výzkumu tvoří jednotnou analýzu nákupního chování na zbožových vyhledávačích. Na základě provedené analýzy byly vyhotoveny návrhy a doporučení, které mohou být aplikovány e-shopy i zbožovými vyhledávači.The purpose of a bachelor thesis is to analyse the purchasing behaviour on the comparison shopping websites. Basic data were found by doing a marketing research. In order to get that basic data an online questionnaire was used. That data were evaluated afterwards. The outcome of this research is an analysis of purchasing behaviour. The result of the research forms integrated analysis of purchasing behaviour on the comparison shopping websites. Electromobility in EU

Předložena diplomová práce se zabývá elektromobilitou v EU, její historií a enviromentální politikou. Pomocí PEST analýzy se zaměřuje na klíčové faktory, které mají výrazný vliv na prodej elektromobilů. Jsou zde srovnávány země EU spolu s Norskem. Na základě vyhodnocení této analýzy je představen návrh pro podporu elektromobility v ČRCountries of the EU Are compared with Norway.
