    Human anatomy is one of the subject matter of biology which deals with human body parts. Students need a picture to explain the material object. Therefore, should made in a medium of learning that makes the material easy to understand, such as by using the facilities that already exist by using computer technology. This thesis aims to overcome this problem, ranging from providing visual object that is not boring in teaching and learning through the interactive nature of which is given to teachers can easily convey the material. The author uses Macromedia Flash 8 media in making the application. In addition, the system development methodology that author use is Waterfall methodology. Applications are also tested and evaluated using questionnaires. Based on the questionnaire, the respondents agreed that the application meets user needs. The author hopes that the application can become an alternative media in the learning process for students and teachers can find a solution to overcomethe problem of learning in the classroom by using the advanced and innovative media in accordance with current technological developments

    Analysis of the Adriatic macrobenthic assemblages along a spatio-temporal gradient. Habitat mapping as a tool to address restoration and recovery of marine resources

    Il mare Adriatico è una delle regioni del bacino Mediterraneo più impattate poiché soggetto a multipli fattori di stress, come cambiamenti climatici e una lunga storia di intenso sfruttamento delle risorse. Allo stesso tempo ospita una grande varietà di endemismi, aree di riproduzione, nursery e foraggiamento. Il drammatico declino delle risorse target e non del mare Adriatico richiede un urgente sviluppo di nuove ed idonee misure di gestione e conservazione degli ecosistemi marini. Il cambiamento delle comunità macrobentoniche di fondo mobile può innescare un’alterazione delle reti trofiche, della qualità delle acque, del riciclo dei nutrienti. Pertanto, un’efficiente gestione degli ecosistemi marini non può prescindere dal recupero degli habitat bentonici. I risultati di questo lavoro di dottorato hanno permesso di evidenziare i principali cambiamenti avvenuti sulle comunità bentoniche dei fondali del largo del mare Adriatico (centro e nord) nel corso di circa 60 anni (1934 – 1998). Si è osservato un declino degli organismi dell’epifauna e delle specie macrobentoniche più fragili con Spugne ed Echinodermi che si sono ridotti fino ad un 90-70%. Tuttavia, lo sviluppo di modelli di preferenza degli habitat dei pennatulacei ha confermato che i fondi mobili del largo Adriatico sono habitat ideali per le specie Funiculina quadrangularis e Pennatula phosphorea. Virgularia mirabilis, invece, predilige le zone sabbiose-fangose del nord e della costa occidentale. Una dettagliata descrizione morfologica di P. phosphorea e Pteroeides spinosum è stata condotta per cercare di fornire uno strumento che possa agevolare il riconoscimento di specie ancora oggi spesso confuse a causa di descrizioni finora poco dettagliate. La tesi è stata disegnata al fine di fornire utili elementi scientifici a supporto del progetto “Adriatic Marine Ecosystem Recovery” (AMER), avente lo scopo di avviare processi utili al recupero degli ormai sovrasfruttati e degradati habitat marini del mare Adriatico.The Adriatic Sea is one of the most depleted regions of the Mediterranean Sea due to a cumulative impact of multiple stressors, such as climate change and a long history of intense exploitation. At the same time it hosts a variety of endemism, of vulnerable marine ecosystems and essential fish habitats. Severe decline of target and by-catch species call for urgent conservation measures. The ecological importance of soft bottoms macrobenthic community have been increase and their changes can lead to an alteration of food-webs, reduction of water quality, or nutrient cycling. An efficient ecosystem-based management focusing on the recovery of key benthic habitats is needed to promote recovery of stocks and to develop a sustainable exploitation of marine resources. The results of this PhD work gives a picture of the main changes occurred on macrobenthic soft bottoms communities of the north and central Adriatic Sea during 60 years (1934 – 1998). Overall change are the decline of epifauna organisms and of the most fragile macrobenthos species with sponges and echinoderms declined by 90-70% since the 1900s. However, the study of the spatial and bathymetric distribution of Adriatic sea-pens and the development of suitability habitats models have confirmed that the soft bottoms of the central offshore Adriatic Sea are favourable bottoms for Funiculina quadrangularis and Pennatula phosphorea. Virgularia mirabilis prefers the northern basin and the sandy-muddy occidental coastlines. A detailed morphological description of P. phosphorea and Pteroeides spinosum was also provided as a useful tool to sea-pens classification, usually misidentify because a lack of clear available taxonomical descriptions. The thesis has been designed in order to provide useful scientific elements to support the ‘Adriatic Marine Ecosystem Recover’ (AMER) project, which main aim is provide processes to promote recovery of depleted and overexploited fish stocks and habitats of the Adriatic Sea

    Persepsi Nelayan Tentang Profesi Nelayan di Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau

    Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2015, yang berlokasi di Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan karakteristik nelayan di Desa Sungai Selodang tentang profesi nelayan; 2) Menganalisis persepsi nelayan di Desa Sungai Selodang tentang profesi nelayan; dan 3) Menganalisis hubungan karakteristik nelayan dengan persepsi nelayan tentang profesi nelayan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode survei dengan penentuan responden secara sensus.Berdasarkan karakteristik nelayan yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa nelayan di Desa Sungai Selodang merupakan nelayan tradisional yang sangat berpengalaman dengan tingkat pendapatan sedang (mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari keluarga nelayan). Persepsi nelayan tentang profesi nelayan di Desa Sungai Selodang dilihat dari tiga kriteria yaitu, persepsi tentang wilayah perairan, penangkapan dan pendapatan berada pada kategori cukup baik dan secara keseluruhan persepsi nelayan tentang profesi nelayan berada pada kategori cukup baik, artinya profesi nelayan masih cukup disenangi atau diharapkan sebagai aktivitas nafkah nelayan. Hubungan antara persepsi nelayan dengan karakteristik nelayan berupa umur, jumlah tanggungan, pengalaman USAha, dan pendapatan memiliki hubungan negatif (berlawanan arah), sedangkan karakteristik nelayan berupa pendidikan memiliki hubungan positif (searah) dengan persepsi nelayan. Kemudian, semua variabel karakteristik nelayan (umur, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, pengalaman USAha, dan pendapatan) memiliki hubungan yang tidak signifikan (tidak nyata) dengan persepsi nelayan

    Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Materi dan Hasil Belajar Pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 02 Mojokerto Kecamatan Kedawung Kabupaten Sragen Tahun Pelajaran 2010/2011

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 02 Mojokerto dengan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Sebagai subjeknya adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 02 Mojokerto Kecamatan Kedawung Kabupaten Sragen yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, pencatatan arsip, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif yang mempunyai tiga komponen yaitu reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, ada peningkatan hasil belajar IPA tentang mendeskripsikan bagian-bagian bunga setelah diadakan tindakan kelas dengan penerapan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning. Hal itu dapat ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar pada setiap siklusnya. Pada pra siklus nilai rata-rata siswa 57,9 dan siklus I mengalami peningkatan niai rata-rata siswa 62,7 pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 70,8. Dengan demikian, dapat diajukan suatu rekomendasi bahwa pembelajaran IPA dengan penerapan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 02 Mojokerto Kecamatan Kedawung Kabupaten Sragen

    IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA PADA KONTEKS PENGKONDISIAN PH TANAH UNTUK TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada tuntutan pendidikan saat ini yang menekankan pada pembentukan karakter siswa yang lebih aktif agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan dunia nyata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai implementasi pendekatan problem based learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran kimia pada konteks pengkondisian pH tanah untuk tanaman bawang merah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasi-experiment dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest, non equivalent group design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIA yang berjumlah 32 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah format penilaian Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), format penilaian sikap siswa, format penilaian kinerja siswa dan butir soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PBL tipe Tan fase 1 tergolong ke dalam kategori sangat baik, fase 2, 3, 4 dan 5 tergolong dalam kategori baik. Hasil belajar siswa pada aspek sikap berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 95,37 dan keterampilan berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 80,47, dan berdasarkan uji statistik menggunakan SPSS versi 23 penguasaan konsep meningkat secara signifikan dengan rata-rata nilai N-gain pada kategori sedang (nilai N-gain = 0,5).;---This research is motivated by the current educational demands which emphasizes on character building of students which have to more active to solve real-world problems. The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the implementation of problem based learning (PBL) in the context of soil pH conditioning for growing onions learning. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental with study design is pretest-posttest, non equivalent group design. This study was conducted in one of the high schools in the city of Bandung with students of class XI-MIA with total of 32 people, as research subjects. The research instrument used in this study was the assessment Student Worksheet (LKS), assessment sheet of students' character, student performance assessment sheet and problem-set sheet. The result showed that learning implementation of PBL approuch type Tan on phase 1 is fell in very good, phase 2, 3, 4 and 5 is fell in good category. Results on the aspects of attitudes which are fell in the very good category has an average value of 95.37 and skills aspect that are fell in good category has an average value of 80, 47, and based on statistical tests using SPSS version 23, mastery of concepts increased significantly with an average value of N-gain in the medium category (grades N-gain = 0.5)

In this cases, a study case for planning of integrated information system development using EAP with applying value chain model and analisys approaches and tools is performed on AKPER Harum Jakarta. The result in this cases study is the enterprise model, information resource catalog documentation, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture and implementation plans. Result also provide a foundation for overcoming separate of legacy system, of data integration, and lack of support from information system for the business functions
