The rate of convergence of estimate for Hurst index of fractional Brownian motion involved into stochastic differential equation

We consider stochastic differential equation involving pathwise integral with respect to fractional Brownian motion. The estimates for the Hurst parameter are constructed according to first- and second-order quadratic variations of observed values of the solution. The rate of convergence of these estimates to the true value of a parameter is established.Comment: 20 page

Functional limit theorems for generalized quadratic variations of Gaussian processes

AbstractIn this paper, we establish functional convergence theorems for second order quadratic variations of Gaussian processes which admit a singularity function. First, we prove a functional almost sure convergence theorem, and a functional central limit theorem, for the process of second order quadratic variations, and we illustrate these results with the example of the fractional Brownian sheet (FBS). Second, we do the same study for the process of localized second order quadratic variations, and we apply the results to the multifractional Brownian motion (MBM)

The references usually mobilized by the different dimensions of teachers' identity are national and even universal ; however, since the beginning of the 1980's, the idea of a school project, certain operations like the priority zones for education (Zones d'éducation prioritaires) and above all decentralization, have introduced a new set of justifications at school level. Our general point is focused on the problem of the denationalization of the teachers' competences : how do teachers cope with the multiplicity of the frames of references currently constituted by the classroom, the school, the city, the district, the region, the nation. . . while preserving the feeling of their own personal permanency through the diversity of the situations they meet ? The goal of this study is to determine whether and to what extent inservice training with its various contents and collective or individual types of access allows or not for this process of the construction of an identity. The resort to inservice training observed through the study of two contrasting populations is used here as a tool to analyse the social cohesion of a professional group wavering between two major poles : the subject matter and the school.
