Customer loyalty towards Terengganu Equestrian Resort / Mohd Azraf Zakaria
Customer loyalty is one factor the successful of the organization to achieve competitive advantages in the business. There are five types of factors that contributed customer loyalty which are facilities, location, services offering, physical environment and employees. High motivation among employees, well maintained facilities, good information regarding location and provide quality services can make the customers become loyal to the organization. The aim of this study to investigate the relationship of the independent variables: facilities, location, services offering, physical environment and employees toward customer’s loyalty at Terengganu Equestrian Resort, (TER), Terengganu Darul Iman. Data were collected from 50 respondents and they are randomly selected from customers at TER.
The study revealed the independent variables that contribute to the customer’s loyalty. The descriptive statistic was use to discuss on the profile of respondents, Cronbach’s Alpha was used to test the reliability coefficient all independent variables and dependent variables while Pearson Correlation matrix was use to see the strength of interrelated that present independent and dependent variables among all mentioned. Results obtained from the Pearson Correlation analysis revealed that the five factors which are facilities, location, services offering, physical environment and employees were strongly related to customer loyalty. Achievement of facilities was moderately positive related to customer loyalty and location was also found to be positive. Services offering also show the positive result and moderate related to customer loyalty. It also same happen to physical environment with moderate and positive correlation with customer loyalty. The ranking show employee is weak but also positive related to customer loyalty. Finally, the study recommends among other things that the organizations should provide the facilities can accommodate large number of customers, provide several signboard that give information about TER, hire contractor to ensure the environment well maintained and give their staff extensive training toward managing customer and how to build a good relationship with customers
Modified inter prediction H.264 video encoding for maritime surveillance
Video compression has evolved since it is first being standardized. The most popular CODEC, H.264 can compress video effectively according to the quality that is required. This is due to the motion estimation (ME) process that has impressive features like variable block sizes varying from 4×4 to 16×16 and quarter pixel motion compensation. However, the disadvantage of H.264 is that, it is very complex and impractical for hardware implementation. Many efforts have been made to produce low complexity encoding by compromising on the bitrate and decoded quality. Two notable methods are Fast Search Mode and Early Termination. In Early Termination concept, the encoder does not have to perform ME on every macroblock for every block size. If certain criteria are reached, the process could be terminated and the Mode Decision could select the best block size much faster. This project proposes on using background subtraction to maximize the Early Termination process. When recording using static camera, the background remains the same for a long period of time where most macroblocks will produce minimum residual. Thus in this thesis, the ME process for the background macroblock is terminated much earlier using the maximum 16×16 macroblock size. The accuracy of the background segmentation for maritime surveillance video case study is 88.43% and the true foreground rate is at 41.74%. The proposed encoder manages to reduce 73.5% of the encoding time and 80.5% of the encoder complexity. The bitrate of the output is also reduced, in the range of 20%, compared to the H.264 baseline encoder. The results show that the proposed method achieves the objectives of improving the compression rate and the encoding time
Internal and external determinants of non-performing loans in Malayan Banking Berhad / Mohamad Azrul Azraf Mohamad Noor
The main purpose of this paper is to determine the internal and external factors of nonperforming loans in Malayan Banking Berhad over the period from 1997 to 2016. This study would like to determine how the internal factors, return on assets (ROA) and net profit margin (NPM) and external factors, gross domestic product growth (GDP), inflation rate (INF) and unemployment rate (UNEMP) influence the level of nonperforming loans in Malayan Banking Berhad specifically. To obtain the results, regression analysis was applied with NPL to stated independent variables. Empirical results of regression shows that only unemployment rate is statistically significant with the NPL while the other factors, return on assets, net profit margin, gross domestic product growth and inflation are statistically insignificant which are contrary to the study expectation. Even though, most of the predictor variables' regression result are insignificant, those results are normal as the findings from the previous researchers conclude the same result as stated. The findings of the previous researchers are referred as the guidelines in determining the type of independent variables to be included. Then, some comparisons between the current regression result and previous findings are done in order to ensure that those results are significant and accurate
Lipoid proteinosis: identification of a novel nonsense mutation c.1246C>T:p.R416X in ECM1 gene from Bangladesh
Lipoid proteinosis is a rare multisystem genodermatosis inherited as autosomal recessive trait. We report a case of
lipoid proteinosis in a 10-year-old boy born to first-degree consanguineous parents presented with marked hoarseness
of voice, accelerated photoaging appearance, enlarged and erythematous tongue with restricted movement and
widespread dermatoses. Biopsy of oral mucosa revealed Periodic acid-Schiff (PAS)-positive amorphous eosinophilic
hyaline deposits. Mutational analysis revealed a homozygous nonsense mutation with C to T substitution at nucleotide
position 1246(c.1246C>T) in exon-8 of the extracellular matrix protein 1 gene leading to a stop codon. Both the
parents were unaffected heterozygous carriers. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of lipoid proteinosis with
evidence of a novel nonsense genetic mutation from Bangladesh
BioSimulators: a central registry of simulation engines and services for recommending specific tools
Computational models have great potential to accelerate bioscience, bioengineering, and medicine. However, it remains challenging to reproduce and reuse simulations, in part, because the numerous formats and methods for simulating various subsystems and scales remain siloed by different software tools. For example, each tool must be executed through a distinct interface. To help investigators find and use simulation tools, we developed BioSimulators (https://biosimulators.org), a central registry of the capabilities of simulation tools and consistent Python, command-line and containerized interfaces to each version of each tool. The foundation of BioSimulators is standards, such as CellML, SBML, SED-ML and the COMBINE archive format, and validation tools for simulation projects and simulation tools that ensure these standards are used consistently. To help modelers find tools for particular projects, we have also used the registry to develop recommendation services. We anticipate that BioSimulators will help modelers exchange, reproduce, and combine simulations

L’objectiu d’aquest TFG és realitzar un pla de variabilitat d’una òptica localitzada a Terrassa, Espanya. Es realitzarà un anàlisi del sector òptic espanyol mitjançant un estudi de mercat i un pla de marketing sobre els serveis i els productes que s'ofereixen.S’investigaran els mitjans mitjançant els quals podrem arribar als clients.
L’atenció al client es realitzarà segons la tipologia de clients, amb l’objectiu de poder cubrir tots els segments de la població i crear una estratègia de marketing segons les tendències del mercat. Això afectarà en la decoració, distribució de l’òptica , estratègies de preu i publicitat.

An analysis of the Spanish optical sector will be carried out through a market study and a marketing plan on the services and products that will be offered. This means through which we can reach customers will be investigated.
Customer service will be offered and carried out according to demand and availability, with the aim of being able to cover all segments of the population and create a marketing strategy equivalent to market trends. This will affect the decoration, optics distribution, price strategies and advertising.

Hifdzu nafs dan hifdzu ard : Analisis Upaya UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) Dalam Menanggulangi Kasus Rasisme di Sepakbola Eropa 2016-2018
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui upaya dari UEFA dalam penganan rasisme di tahun 2016-2019. Berikutnya adalah untuk mengetahui kebijakan UEFA dalam aktivitas sepakbola Eropa.dan yang terakhir adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kebijakan UEFA dalam penanganan kasus rasisme tersebut. Sepakbola merupakan olahraga yang di gemari hampir seluruh penduduk didunia. Hal itu tidak dapat di pungkiri dengan banyaknya media elektronik yang memberitakan pertandingan tersebut terlebih lagi di Eropa. Di Eropa sepakbola di atur oleh organisasi bernama Union of Ueropean Football Associations atau biasa disebut UEFA. Dalam pertandingan sepakbola ada tindakan rasisme. Rasisme disepakbola merupakan hal yang tidak terpuji dalam penelitian ini yang berjudul “upaya UEFA dalam penanganan rasisme di sepakbola eropa di era Aleksander Caferin tahun 2016-2018” dengan rumusan masalah bagaimana upaya UEFA dalam penangan kasus rasisme disepakbola eropa tahun 2018-2019. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah organisasi internasional, rasisme dan maqashid syari’ah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dimana data yang didapat melalui media elektronik, jurnal dan juga buku yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa upaya dilakukan dalam penanganan kasus rasisme dilakukan oleh UEFA dengan menggunakan media, staff, pelatih dan suporter adapun klub sepakbola dan juga organisasi di bawah naungan UEFA juga turut menangani kasus rasisme. Selain itu, revisi dari UEFA DISCIPLINARY REGULATION guna memperbaiki pasal sebelumnya yang masih kurang dalam menangani kasus raisme. Hukuman berupa larangan bermain, pengosongan stadion, denda hingga pengurangan poin dilakukan agar dapat menangania kasus rasisme tersebut. Upaya ini menunjukan bahwa kuatnya upaya yang dilakukan oleh UEFA yang mana diharapkan dapat menanggulangi kasus rasisme disepakbola Eropa
