Peran Industri Rumah Pada Usaha Catering Kurnia Jaya Terhadap Pendapatan Karyawan Menurut Presfektif Ekonomi Islam di Kecamatan Medang Kampai Kota Dumai

The research aims to analyze the role of the home industry Catering Kurnia Jaya on employee income and welfare from the perspective of Islamic economics. The research method used is qualitative, involving a population of 10 employees. The subject of the study is the owner of Catering Kurnia Jaya, located in Medang Kampai District, Dumai City. The analysis used in this study includes reduction analysis and triangulation analysis. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. The results show that Catering Kurnia Jaya significantly contributes to increasing the income and economic well-being of employees' families. This business operates according to Islamic economic principles, emphasizing justice, sustainability, and fair redistribution. Employee income fluctuations occur due to seasonal factors and market competition. This study highlights the importance of household industries in alleviating poverty and enhancing the local economy, with Catering Kurnia Jaya serving as an example of significant contribution to employee income and welfare

PENGARUH HARGA PUPUK, MODAL, HARGA JUAL, LUAS LAHAN, JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PETANI KELAPA SAWIT DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga Pupuk, Modal, Harga Jual, Luas Lahan, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Kelapa Sawit Dalam Perspektif Islam. Data penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber pertama baik dari individu maupun perorangan seperti hasil hasil pengisian kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Package For Sosial Science) 22. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Harga pupuk, modal, harga jual, luas lahan, dan jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tanjung Pasir Kecamatan Kualuh Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Dalam perspektif Islam, segala hal yang berkaitan dengan pertanian diperbolehkan dengan catatan berlandaskan Al-quran dan hadis, tidak berlebihan dan berpegang pada prinsip keadilan baik itu bagi pihak petani, pekerja maupun produsen kelapa sawitnya

PERSEPSI SISWA, ORANG TUA, DAN GURU TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS VII-A DI MTSN 2 BANJARMASIN

Mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa, orang tua, dan guru terhadap penggunaan E-learning dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII-A di MTsN 2 Banjarmasin merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian yang berupa deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan sumber data penelitian ialah 27 siswa, 1 guru Bahasa Indonesia, dan 27 orang tua siswa. Instrumen penelitian ialah angket. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Teknik analisis ialah dengan tahapan menyaring data, menyajikan data, dan menyimpulkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan E-learning memeroleh skor rerata 119,4 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil ini sejalan dengan persepsi orang tua dengan skor rerata 115,72 dengan kategori sangat baik. Persepsi guru juga memiliki kategori baik karena memeroleh nilai rerata 4,25. Berdasarkan hasil persepsi siswa, guru, dan orang tua, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan E-learning memiliki persepsi yang sangat baik dan baik. Selain itu, siswa mengharapkan ada saran lain yang dapat digunakan dalam E-learning

The Effect of Service Quality, Restaurant Environment, and Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Study on Red Chili Restaurant’s Customers in Purwokerto)

The purpose this study to identify and analyze the effect of service quality, environment of restaurant and perceived value on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Red Chili Restaurant, Purwokerto. The sample in this study there were 102 respondents who have used product and service in Red Chili Restaurant, Purwokerto. Data was analyzed using regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. These results indicate that the service quality, environment of restaurant and perceived value have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Then customer satisfaction also has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and suggested to the manager to further enhance the service quality to the visitors

KORELASI ANTARA KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR FIQIH PADA SISWA KELAS IX KMI PONDOK PESANTREN MODERN NURUSSALAM SIDOGEDE BELITANG OKU TIMUR

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kedisiplinan belajar dengan prestasi belajar fiqih pada siswa kelas IX KMI Pondok Pesantren Modern Nurrusalam Sidogede Belitang OKU Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi untuk menguji hubungan antar dua variabel. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah (X) Kedisiplinan Belajar, dan (Y) Prestasi Belajar Fiqih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 101 siswa. sampel yang berjumlah 50 siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk mengumpulkan data kedisiplinan belajar dan raport untuk data prestasi belajar fiqih. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus cronbach’s alpha, instrumen kedisiplinan belajar memiliki koefisien cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,804. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap uji prasyarat, uji hipotesis dan tahap deskripsi data. Tahap uji prasayarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara kedisiplinan belajar dengan prestasi belajar fiqih pada siswa kelas IX KMI Pondok Pesantren Modern Nurrusalam Sidogede Belitang OKU Timur. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan rhitung 0,633 lebih besar dari pada rtabel dengan N 50 pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,279 sehingga rhitung > rtabel (0,633 >0,279 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian peneliti simpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan belajar mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar fiqih pada pada siswa kelas IX KMI Pondok Pesantren Modern Nurrusalam Sidogede Belitang OKU Timur. Testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability testing using the cronbach's alpha formula, the learning discipline instrument has a cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.804. The data analysis technique consists of three stages, namely the prerequisite test stage, hypothesis testing and data description stage. The analysis prerequisite test phase includes normality test and linearity test. Hypothesis test using product moment correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between learning discipline and fiqih learning achievement in class IX students of KMI Pondok Pesantren Modern Nurrusalam Sidogede Belitang East OKU. This is indicated by rcount 0.633 which is greater than rtable with N 50 at a significant level of 5% of 0.279 so that rcount > rtable (0.633 > 0.279 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the researcher concludes that learning discipline has a significant relationship with fiqih learning achievement in class IX students of KMI Modern Islamic Boarding School Nurrusalam Sidogede Belitang East OKU. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (Tps) Dalam Menulis Puisi Pada Siswa Kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Palembang

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) menulis puisi pada siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) menulis puisi pada siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan desain Posttest-Only Control Design serta populasi penelitian yaitu 177 dan sampel 57 orang (28 kelas X OTP 1 dan 29 kelas X OTP 2). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes esai dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Nilai signifikan = 0,000 > 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Palembang

Kekuatan Pembuktian Rekam Medis Sebagai Alat Bukti dalam Perkara Pidana

Upaya kesehatan merupakan bagian dari kesejahteraan umum yang harus dicapai melalui berbagai upaya kesehatan dalam rangka membangun kesehatan yang menyeluruh dan terpadu yang didukung oleh sistem kesehatan. Rekam medis merupakan berkas yang berisikan tentang tindakan dan pelayanan yang telah diberikan rumah sakit kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rekam medis sebagai alat bukti mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian dan untuk mengetahui nilai kekuatan pembuktian alat rekam rekam medis. Metode penelitian ini adalah memakai metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekam medis sebagai alat bukti mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian sesuai dengan yang diatur dalam UU No.8 Tahun 1981 tentang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP), UU No.44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit, UU No.11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE), UU No.29 Tahun 2004 tentang Praktik Kedokteran dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 269/MENKES/PER/III/20008 tentang Rekam Medis. The Synergy of the Three Pillars of Education in Early Childhood Character Education

Lack of communication, prejudice, and cooperation that occurs internally becomes an obstacle in building children's character. This study aims to inform about the synergy of the three pillars of education in building character education in early childhood. The research method uses inductive qualitative research. The subjects of this study included RA teachers, parents, and the community involved in activities. Data analysis uses source triangulation. The research results obtained that by increasing roles, strategies, and collaboration between schools, parents, and the community, such as starting good communication, fostering trust and collaboration, setting group norms with full awareness, supporting school programs by fulfilling children's rights, and actively and passively support and assist in the form of personnel, ideas, financial contributions, and materials and support learning activities

Strategi pemasaran digital scarlett whitening

The current development of various marketing media means that business actors must be able to execute marketing strategies in various media channels, both directly and digitally. One product that utilizes all communication channels to market its products is Scarlett Whitening. Although it is classified as a new brand, it is already quite popular among Indonesian people. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy for Scarlett Whitening products. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data uses primary data and secondary data. Data is collected by making observations while secondary data comes from the results of searching data in various popular and official databases, as well as scientific publications. The results of the study concluded that there were four main digital strategies carried out by the company, namely Collaboration with Influencers, providing Platforms and marketing on various marketplaces such as Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop and Shopee, making brand ambassadors not only local but also foreign actors who have many fans and implementing promotional strategies such as flash sales, promos in the form of Scarlett Whitening beauty product packages and discounts. This research suggests carrying out marketing innovations in addition to maintaining existing digital marketing strategies. The marketing innovation carried out is collaborative marketing with various well-known products. If this research examines marketing strategy in general, then for future researchers this research suggests conducting research on more specific strategy analysis, for example marketing analysis using influencers. Specific research is expected to produce more in-depth results

Uji Sitotoksitas Rebusan Buah Lerak (Sapindus rarak DC) Terhadap Sel BHK-21

Nowadays traditional herbs are become very popular in the medicine world, and also in dentistry. Lerak fruit (Sapindus rarak DC) is one of herbs which is used as a traditional detergent from long time ago. The latest research shows that right now Sapindus rarak DC infusum could be used for an alternative foaming agent as a detergent in tooth paste because of its active substance content that is Saponin. As one of dental health product, this Sapindus rarak DC infusum must be accompanied by non-toxic characteristic before it distributed in the community. The aim of this research is to find out the cytotoxicity of Sapindus rarak DC infusum to BHK-21 cells using MTT assay. This research using post test only control group design. Each group consist of 7 replications in the 96 well microplate. Cultur cells of BHK-21 prepared in media, were divided into 4 group of well. Add 50 µl of Sapindus rarak DC infusum 0,625%; 1,25%; 2,5%; 5% along with BHK-21 cells. Stored the microplate into an incubator for 24 hours. Measurement of cytotoxicity was an optical density or absorbent and read with ELISA reader 620 nm. Value of absorbent in microplate showed the number of living cells in media culture. The increasing concentration of Sapindus rarak DC infusum i.e. 0,625%; 1,25%; 2,5%; 5% would increase the death cells which that means increasing toxicity. The lowest concentration of Sapindus rarak DC infusum has the lowest cytotoxicity potential toward BHK-21 cells using MTT assay. The minimum concentration of Sapindus rarak DC  infusum which could be used as an alternative foaming agent in toothpaste and not toxic is 1,25%
