Fast spontaneous emission and high F\"orster resonance energy transfer rate in hybrid organic/inorganic plasmonic nanostructures
We report an experimental study of the plasmon-assisted spontaneous emission
and the F\"orster resonance energy transfer between organic molecules and
semiconductor colloidal quantum dots. The localized plasmonic field in the
nanogap between a gold nano-popcorn's tips and a 5-nm separated gold film
supports high photonic density of states and provides pathways for the
light-matter interaction mechanisms. We demonstrate that, besides the total
spontaneous emission rate enhancement factor up to 66 for quantum dots and
molecules, the F\"orster resonance energy transfer efficiency and rate constant
are simultaneously modified. While the energy transfer efficiency is reduced
from 84 to 35 per cent due to the non-radiative quenching effect and fast donor
spontaneous emission rate, the energy transfer rate constant is significantly
increased from 4 to 20 ns-1. Our results have quantitatively elucidated decay
mechanisms that are important toward understanding and controlling of the
light-matter interaction at the nanoscale.Comment: 12 pages, 4 Figures, Submitte
UNSUR HARA MAKRO LAHAN AGROFORESTRI SEKITAR KPH DAMPELAS-TINOMBO DI KECAMATAN DAMPELAS KABUPATEN DONGGALA
The existence of the Dampelas Tinombo KPH (Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan) can be occupied by community members who live around the production forest area. Community access is high, and the potential for forest production is decreasing. It is necessary to think about farmers who live around KPH having activities to utilize agroforestry land. Soil fertility is essential in terms of the capacity of the soil to supply macronutrients to become plant nutrition. The researcher wants to know how to grade the macronutrient of soil in agroforestry land. The research lasted six months using a survey method on agroforestry and cocoa land surrounding the Dampelas-Tinombo KPH area. The research procedure consisted of a field survey to determine purposive sampling. Soil samples were taken from the topsoil to a 0-20 cm depth. Soil samples were taken from the observation point at a distance of 25 meters. At each sampling point, composite soil samples were taken from four angles and combined into one sample to be analyzed in the laboratory. The content of macronutrients N, P, K, Ca, and Mg in agroforestry land is higher than in cocoa land. It is recommended to test the macro S in the farming land around KPH Dampelas Tinombo, and agroforestry development is recommended to be used in the framework of forest plantation in the future
Assessing the usability of the 2006 process evaluation of a grant-making organisation's enhancement of capacity programme
Evaluations can only be effective if evaluators provide clients with improvements that are easy to understand, implement and fit their needs. Often evaluation recommendations are not used because these factors are overlooked once the evaluation has been completed. This evaluation assessed whether the client used the evaluation improvements recommended to them by evaluators. It presents a follow-up evaluation to a Process Evaluation conducted in 2006 on a Grant-making Organisation's Capacity Building Programme. It focuses on the Enhancement of Capacity Programme which is a core training programme within the Capacity Building Programme of the Grant-making Organisation. Furthermore this evaluation provides a programme description, a programme theory and a plausibility assessment of the programme theory
