PENURUNAN KADAR BESI (Fe) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AERATOR PNEUMATIC SYSTEM PADA AIR SUMUR GALI (STUDI KASUS: DI DESA SUKARAME BANDAR LAMPUNG)

Besi atau ferum (Fe) merupakan metal berwarna putih keperakan. Zat besi terdapat dimanamanabaik di dalam air maupun di dalam tanah terutama air sumur gali di desa SukarameBandar Lampung. standar kadar besi yang di perbolehkan dalam air bersih menurutPeraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No.82 tahun 2001 sebesar 1 mg/l. Penelitian inidilakukan untuk mengetahui Penurunan Kadar Besi (Fe) dengan menggunakan AeratorPneumatic System dengan metode batch dengan kecepatan udara 2,5 l/menit dan 3,5 l/menitpengambilan sampel dilakukan tiap 30 menit dengan waktu 0,30,60,90,120, dan 150 menit.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa penurunan kadar besi (Fe) dengan Aerator PneumaticSystem pada kecepatan udara2,5 l/menita dalah 56,34% pada menit ke 120, sedangkandengan kecepatan udara 3,5 l/menit adalah 56,32 % pada menit ke 90.Kata Kunci : penurunan kadar besi (fe), air sumur gali, aerator pneumatic system Reduction Of Iron Levels ( Fe ) With Pneumatic System Using Aerator In Shallow WaterWell (In The Village Sukarame Bandar Lampung).
