Strategi Adaptasi Orang Minang terhadap Bahasa, Makanan, dan Norma Masyarakat Jawa
Suku Bangsa Minangkabau adalah suku yang terkenal dengan kebiasaan merantau. Salah satu tempat di Semarang yang banyak ditemukan orang Minangkabau adalah Sekaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi adaptasi orang Minang terhadap bahasa Jawa, makanan Jawa dan norma masyarakat Jawa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi adaptasi orang Minang terhadap bahasa Jawa adalah dengan lebih sering menggunakan bahasa Indonesia untuk berkomunikasi dengan orang Jawa agar mengurangi adanya kesalahpahaman, serta tetap berusaha untuk belajar bahasa Jawa. Strategi adaptasi orang Minang terhadap makanan Jawa adalah dengan memilah-milah makanan yang pedas sesuai dengan selera atau dengan memasak sendiri. Orang Minang yang mempunyai tempat USAha warung makan khas masakan Minang meyesuaikan menu dengan selera masyarakat sekitar. Strategi adaptasi orang Minang terhadap norma masyarakat Jawa adalah dengan berusaha mematuhi segala tata tertib yang ada dan menyesuaikan dengan tradisi Jawa serta menggunakan panggilan Jawa yang sering digunakan oleh orang Jawa. The Minangkabau is well-known for its migration habit. One of the places in Semarang with many Minangkabau people is Sekaran. The study was conducted to examine the adaptation strategies of Minang people to Javanese people, Javanese food and the Java community norms. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The results showed that the Minang adaptation strategies for the Javanese language is by more often by using the Indonesian language to communicate with Javanese in order to reduce the misunderstandings, though they are still trying to learn the Javanese language. Adaptation strategies of Minang people to Javanese food is by sorting out the spicy foods according to their taste or cook for themselves. Minang people who have a small restaurant usually cook dishes tailored to the taste of the surrounding communities. Adaptation strategies of Minang people is by trying to comply with Javanese norm all the discipline, and adjust to the traditions of Java and using Javanese calls that are often used by the Javanese
Digitalisasi Pasar Tradisional: Perspektif Teori Perubahan Sosial
Perubahan sosial pada pasar tradisional merupakan salah satu bentuk realitassocial. Banyak kajian yang membahas mengenai Perubahan sosial pada pasartradisional. Teori yang digunakan dalam menganalisis Perubahan sosial dalammasyarakat adalah teori Perubahan social dari William F. Ogburn. Teoritersebut menyatakan adanya pengaruh kebudayaan material (material)terhadap kebudayan immaterial. Pemasangan CCTV dan billboard digitaldalam pasar tradisional merupakan salah satu bentuk adanya Perubahan unsurmaterial yang mempengaruhi perilaku social penjual dan pembeli di dalampasar. Habitus Pengembangan Desa Wisata Kuwu: Studi Kasus Desa Wisata Kuwu Kecamatan Kradenan Kabupaten Grobogan
This research aimed to find out the tourism potency, practice (habitusand domain capital), supporting and inhibiting dimensions, strategy, and theeffect of Kuwu Tourism Village Development in Kradenan Subdistrict ofGrobogan Regency of Central Java using Pierce F Bourdieu's Practical Theory and Robert K. Merton's Structural Functionalism Theory. This study was a qualitative research using case study strategy. The data source ofresearch included informant, archive and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Technique of collecting data used in thisresearch was in-depth interview and observation. The result of research show that many tourism potentials had not been explored yet in Kuwu Village,either social or cultural. Habitus and economic capital, social capital, cultural capital, and symbolic capital of Kuwu villagers could be utilized inKuwu tourism village domain to develop Kuwu tourism village. But in fact, the habitus and capital the Kuwu villagers had, had not been utilized anddeveloped optimally. The supporting dimensions in Kuwu tourism villagedevelopment included the presence of Bledug Kuwu natural phenomenon,social cultural potency, and accessible road. Meanwhile, the inhibitingdimension derived from government, community, physical condition andexternal parties (investor and Non Governmental Organization). The tourismdevelopment strategy was taken by regency government and villagegovernment, in which the development still focused on Bledug Kuwu tourismobject. The effect of Kuwu Tourism Village viewed from social economicaspect occurred only in some people obtaining additional income from theirparticipation in becoming food sellers, parking personnel and etc in BledugKuwu. The social cultural effect was the preserved Javanese traditional artwith the organization of art performance in Bledug Kuwu Tourism object. Theenvironmental effect could be seen only in the Kuwu (Krajan) Hamlet people who had disposed the rubbish in the permanent rubbish place
