    NILAI-NILAI ISLAM WASATHIYAH PADA TEMA ISLAM NUSANTARA DALAM BUKU TEKS SKI TINGKAT MTS

    Abstract: These research aims to identify and explain Wasathiyah Islamic Values ​​(NISWA) on the theme of Nusantara Islam in the MTS Level SKI Student Book published by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015 and 2020 as well as to explain the similarities and differences along with the factors that cause them. As a library research, the data collection technique of this research is through documentation with content analysis techniques in analyzing the data. The results showed that there was NISWA in the two Student Books. This study also shows that there are similarities in the context of NISWA development which include the quantity and type of NISWA, one-to-one correspondence with several NISWA, the spirit of dynamics and creativity through the development of NISWA, the use of a consistent cultural approach and the selection of figures in the learning materials. The difference is seen in the total quantity of NISWA and the focus of its development in each chapter. The factors that cause differences in the development of NISWA in the two Student Books are the direction of the basic paradigm, reference sources and the distinction of Islam Nusantara in the form of material about Islamic boarding schools which is only found in the 2020 Student Book Published

    Menghadap ka’bah sebagai kiblat umat Islam adalah salah satu syarat sah sholat. Untuk itu diperlukan penghitungan arah kiblat secara akurat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap penerapan metode penentuan arah kiblat bagi Remaja Masjid Fathul Jannah Perumahan Medan Baru, Kota Bengkulu. Untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan tersebut digunakan metode ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi. Ceramah dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang teknik-teknik penentuan arah kiblat baik secara teoritis maupun secara praktik. Diskusi dilakukan terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan oleh Tim Pengabdi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa metode penentuan arah kiblat dapat dipahami oleh Remaja Masjid Fathul Jannah Perumahan Medan Baru, Kota Bengkulu baik secara teoritis maupun aplikasinya. Hasil perhitungan secara teoritis maupun aplikasi menunjukkan kecocokan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan arah Masjid Fathul Jannah Perumahan Medan Baru, Kota Bengkulu sudah sesuai yakni pada arah Barat Laut atau arah 295,2905° (secara teoritis) dan arah 295° (secara aplikasi) meskipun bangunan masjid tidak persis sejajar dengan arah kiblat tersebut

    SENTRALISASI LISENSI PERANGKAT LUNAK DAN INTERKONEKSI DATA

    oai:prosiding.perhapi.or.id:article/67ABSTRAK Industri 4.0 adalah istilah yang diberikan untuk industri “pintar” dimana mesin/perangkat digabung dengan koneksi jaringan. Tren industri 4.0 adalah otomatisasi dan koneksivitas data termasuk cloud computing. Sekarang, dan masa mendatang di industri 4.0, komputer terhubung satu sama lain untuk akhirnya membuat keputusan tanpa keterlibatan manusia. Industri pertambangan merupakan salah satu industri yang paling membutuhkan koneksi karena lokasi site terpisah dengan head office. Sebagai pelaku industri pertambangan yang memiliki site lebih dari satu dan tersebar dari Indonesia bagian Barat sampai dengan bagian Timur, PT ANTAM Tbk (ANTAM) memerlukan koneksi antara ­site dengan head office. Salah satu rangkaian pekerjaan ANTAM adalah collecting database eksplorasi, pemodelan geologi dan estimasi sumberdaya serta distribusi block model sumberdaya ke site. Database eksplorasi tersebut digunakan untuk update model geologi dan estimasi sumberdaya setiap triwulan semua komoditas dari tiap site yang sedang aktif kegiatan eksplorasinya. Lisensi software-software yang digunakan oleh ANTAM untuk pemodelan dan estimasi sumberdaya tersebut terpusat di server di head office, sehingga tidak ada lisensi software yang standalone di computer user. Hal tersebut membuat siapapun dandimanapun lokasinya bisa menggunakan lisensi-lisensi yang tersedia dengan koneksi ke server. Hasil update block model sumberdaya kemudian di distribusikan ke site sebagai guidance. Tim di site juga melakukan pengolahan terhadap block model tersebut menggunakan software tertentu dengan lisensi yang tersedia di server melalui koneksi internal ANTAM dari site ke head office di Jakarta. Meskipun dalam pengolahan update block model sumberdaya tidak seluruhnya otomatis, karena masih memerlukan justifikasi resource estimator atau Competent Person, namun dalam pengerjaannya bisa kapanpun dan dimanapun karena lisensi yang terpusat dan dapat digunakan oleh siapapun yang memerlukan. Sentralisasi lisensi perangkat lunak dan interkoneksi data yang dilakukan oleh ANTAM membuat distribusi data eksplorasi dan update block model sumberdaya tiap komoditas ANTAM yang tersebar dari Indonesia bagian Barat sampai bagian Timur tidak terkendala jarak dan waktu, khususnya untuk update block model. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun, serta siapapun yang memerlukan dapat menggunakan lisensi software yang tersedia di server. Key words: industri 4.0, koneksivitas, lisensi, server, database eskplorasi, block model sumberdaya  ABSTRACT Industry 4.0 is a name given to the idea of smart industry where machines are augmented with the web connectivity. The trend is towards automation and data connectivity includes cloud computing. Now, and into the future as Industry 4.0 unfolds, computers are connected and communicate with one another to ultimately make decisions without human involvement. Mining industry is one of industry that really needs connectivity because the location of site is separate to its head office. As a mining industry with more than one of sites that spread from west part to east part of Indonesia, PT ANTAM Tbk (ANTAM) needs connectivity between sites and head office. One of working cycle of ANTAM is exploration database collecting, geological modeling, resource estimation and distribution the resource block model to sites. The exploration database will be used to update the geological model and estimate the resources every quarter for each commodity of each site which is actively explore. The licenses of ANTAM’s software to do modeling and estimate the resources are centralized in a server in head office, so there is no standalone software license in user computer. Centralized licenses make anyone and everywhere can utilize the licenses using connection to the server. The updated block model distributed to sites as guidance. Team on sites work on the block model use certain software with licenses that centralized in the server through ANTAM’s connection from sites to head office. Although in estimate the resources not fully automation due to still need justification from resource estimator or Competent Person, but in the process could be everywhere and anytime because of centralized licenses. Centralized software licenses and data interconnection of ANTAM make distribution of exploration data and updated block model for each commodities of ANTAM that spread from west part to east part of Indonesia is not a problem, especially for updating the block model.     Immunobioinformatics analysis and phylogenetic tree construction of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in Indonesia: spike glycoprotein gene

    The outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), has spread worldwide and as a result, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared it a pandemic. At present, there are no approved vaccines against SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, the aim of this study was to predict epitope-based vaccines using bioinformatics approaches and phylogenetic tree construction of SARS-CoV-2 against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, we employed 27 isolates of SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein genes retrieved from GenBank® (National Center for Biotechnology Information, USA) and the GISAID EpiCoV™ Database (Germany). We analyzed the candidate epitopes using the Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource. Furthermore, we performed a protective antigen prediction with VaxiJen 2.0. Data for B-cell epitope prediction, protective antigen prediction, and the underlying phylogenetic tree of SARS-CoV-2 were obtained in this research. Therefore, these data could be used to design an epitope-based vaccine against SARS-CoV-2. However, the advanced study is recommended for confirmation (in vitro and in vivo)

    Renoprotection by Garcinia mangostana L. pericarp extract in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice

    The purpose of this study was to evaluate the renoprotective effect of the Garcinia mangostana L. pericarp extract (GMPE) on plasma creatinine and renal proximal tubules of streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. This study used 36 male Balb/c strain mice. The samples were divided into 6 groups, namely KN (normal control), KD (diabetic control), KM (metformin control), and P (treatment group) comprising: P1 (50 mg GMPE/kg body weight), P2 (100 mg GMPE/kg body weight), as well as P3 (200 mg GMPE/kg body weight). The GMPE and metformin suspension were administered orally for 14 days on the diabetic mice. The diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ multiple at low-dose of 30 mg/kg body weight daily for five consecutive days. On day 15, mice were terminated. Data of plasma creatinine and renal proximal tubule damage levels or the number of swelling and necrosis cells were analyzed. Interestingly and it showed that administration of GMPE could reduce the plasma creatinine level and the ameliorate renal proximal tubules of streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. In conclusion, the renoprotective effect of GMPE in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice was associated with the attenuation in oxidative stress and inflammatory, which also had antidiabetic and antioxidant activities

This review provides an overview of the current literature on the antiviral effects of alpha-mangostin, focusing on its mechanisms of action and its efficacy against various viral infections. The potential application of alpha-mangostin as a therapeutic agent against viral diseases is discussed, along with future research directions and challenges in the development of alpha-mangostin-based antiviral therapies

    Pelatihan Penyusunan Dokumen Sertifikasi Halal Bagi UMKM di Kota Batam

    This service activity has two objectives. First, increasing the understanding of halal certification for MSMEs in Batam City. Second, helping SMEs in Batam City to prepare halal certification documents. This activity is carried out to overcome problems in MSMEs regarding the management of halal certification. This activity is expected to be useful for MSME Managers so that they understand the urgency of halal products, then MSME products are halal certified, and finally as a means of student learning. Based on the results of the assistance, many MSMEs want to take care of halal certification but are still confused about the preparation. This activity contains socialization, training, and mentoring. Assistance is provided to 6 (six) business units.Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, meningkatkan pemahaman sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM di Kota Batam. Kedua, membantu UMKM di Kota Batam untuk menyusun dokumen sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada UMKM mengenai pengurusan sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi Pengelola UMKM sehingga memahami urgensi produk halal, kemudian Produk UMKM tersertifikasi halal, dan terakhir sebagai sarana pembelajaran mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil pendampingan, banyak UMKM yang ingin mengurus sertifikasi halal, namun masih bingung dalam penyusunannnya. Kegiatan ini berisi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan.     Immunobioinformatics of Rabies Virus in Various Countries of Asia : Glycoprotein Gene

    he purpose of this study was to analyze the genomic information of the glycoprotein gene of rabies virus (RABV) in several countries of Asia. The genomics information of vaccine virus strain and some local isolates were retrieved from GeneBank® (National Center for Biotechnology Information, USA). Ten genomics informations are consist of ERA vaccine virus, two viruses from Indonesia, a virus from Myanmar, India, Nepal, South Korea, Japan, Sri Lanka, and Iran. This bioinformatics process the ten genomics data in order to find pattern in 1,575 bp of glycoprotein gene of RABV. In conclusion, this study have revealed the data of homology, B-cell epitope prediction, genetic distance, and molecular phylogenic analysis of RABV in various countries of Asia.
