    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN PROBLEM SOLVING PADA SISWA SMK

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa SMK menggunakan pendekatan problem solving. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi pada kelas XII Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara A. Metode yang digunakan pada pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi, tes. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pendekatan problem solving pada hasil belajar siswa dan nilai yang didapat siswa pada setiap siklusnya terus meningkat. Persentase hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai diatas 7 pada sebelum diberi tindakan adalah 13% dan setelah diberi tindakan persentasenya terus mmeningkat pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus pertama persentasenya adalah 56% Kemudian pada siklus kedua persentasenyaa adalah 81%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan problem solving memiliki pengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa dimana pengaruh tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai siswa pada hasil belaajarnya terus meningkat pada setiap siklusnya

    The aims of research to determined the total microbial of cuko pempek by preservatives such as flour stems, leaves and flowers kecombrang and to determine the organoleptic properties of the color, flavor and aroma cuko pempek before and after 12 days of storage. This research has been conducted in labaratorium Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Palembang and the laboratory of Research and Industry Standards Palembang in July until August 2016. This study uses a randomized block design (RAK) arranged as factorial with the addition of flour treatment factor stems, leaves and flowers kecombrang on making cuko pempek which consists of three groups and consists of nine treatment factors were repeated three times. The parameters were observed in the study include chemical analysis (pH), microbiological (TPC and Gram Strain) and organoleptic (color, taste and aroma) cuko pempek based preference level using hedonic scale. Concentration flour stems, leaves and flowers kecombrang very significant effect on the number of microbes and organoleptic cuko pempek after storage. Treatment K3C3 (flour interest kecombrang 3%) had the lowest total microbes after 12 days of storage with the value of the average 1,10x 10² sel/g. best value preference level of the color, flavor and aroma cuko pempek after 12 days of storage are in treatment K3C3 (flour flower kecombrang 3%) with the average value color 3,55, flavor 4,00 dan aroma 3,75

    ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN BEPIKIR KRITIS MATEMATIK SISWA SMP DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

    The ability to think critically is one of the highest levels of ability. Developing critical thinking skills in students is still considered important to be improved in schools so that students are able and accustomed to facing various problems around it. This study aims to analyze the critical thinking skills of junior high school students who are in excellent classes and regular classes. This research was conducted in Bandung Barat. In this study students are given a test in the form of questions with critical thinking skills, the problem is used to compare between the superior class and ordinary class. Assessment of the problem using several factors of critical ability include 1) students can not understand the problem correctly, 2) students rush in doing the problem, 3) the students cannot choose the problem-solving strategy correctly and 4) the students work on the problem systematically. Then the matter of critical thinking skills of mathematics is analyzed using quasi-experimental research method to analyze students' critical thinking ability that influence learning result. This study shows the differences in critical thinking ability of junior high school students who are in excellent class and ordinary class. This study shows that superior classes are better in mathematical critical thinking ability than a regular class. The results of this study can add knowledge about critical thinking mathematics junior high school students who are in the class and ordinary class and used to facilitate for educational practitioners in the development of critical mathematical thinking skills
