Development of Speed Training Equipment and Dollyo Chagi's Taekwondo Kick Speed Endurance Using Pyongyo
The purpose of the study. The context of this research is that coaches and trainers must be able to adapt to competition as a result of the continuously changing technological landscape in the coaching process . Staying focused throughout training is the trainer's responsibility. This is important because, in addition to monitoring training progress, the trainer's role during sessions also requires the ability to evaluate programme results. To train the speed and endurance of kicks for taekwondo players , this research aims to design a speed and endurance training tool for Dollyo kicks. Chagi uses sensors, LEDs and digital accounting.
Materials and methods. The following processes form a research methodology called research and development, which include: potential and problems; data collection; product design; design validation; design revision; product trials; product revision; and mass production.
Results. Based on research, 93% of Taekwondo I experts are good at stage I, and 95% are very good at stage II. The assessment for stage I was 75% good, while stage II was 95% very good, according to Taekwondo II experts. Electrical expert I gave a good rating of 74% for stage I and a very good score of 95% for stage II. The Phase I assessment for Electrical Expert II was 90% very good, and the Phase II assessment was 95% very good.
Conclusions. In small group testing, 71% of trainer evaluation methods were considered very good; large group testing was 89.37%; and product testing was 89.37%

Dynamic ergosterol- and ceramide-rich domains in the peroxisomal membrane serve as an organizing platform for peroxisome fusion
We describe unusual ergosterol- and ceramide-rich (ECR) domains in the membrane of yeast peroxisomes. Several key features of these detergent-resistant domains, including the nature of their sphingolipid constituent and its unusual distribution across the membrane bilayer, clearly distinguish them from well characterized detergent-insoluble lipid rafts in the plasma membrane. A distinct set of peroxisomal proteins, including two ATPases, Pex1p and Pex6p, as well as phosphoinositide- and GTP-binding proteins, transiently associates with the cytosolic face of ECR domains. All of these proteins are essential for the fusion of the immature peroxisomal vesicles P1 and P2, the earliest intermediates in a multistep pathway leading to the formation of mature, metabolically active peroxisomes. Peroxisome fusion depends on the lateral movement of Pex1p, Pex6p, and phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphateâbinding proteins from ECR domains to a detergent-soluble portion of the membrane, followed by their release to the cytosol. Our data suggest a model for the multistep reorganization of the multicomponent peroxisome fusion machinery that transiently associates with ECR domains

[Departement_IRSTEA]GT [TR1_IRSTEA]32 - GECOTER / INCENDIESNowadays, there exists a great demand for fire risk maps. This demand is reflected in a wide variety of needs, depending on the application (urban, rural, construction, farmland.......). However the studies on the matter are rather heterogeneous, the concepts used cover different meanings (concept of risk, of hazard, and vulnerability...). So it becomes necessary to clarify these aspects. The objectives of this study presented in this article are: -to clarify the concept of fire risk, -to list in an exhaustive way all the needs for risk assessment and cartography, -to inventory the methods used so far, -including for other natural risks, -to identify the data and the information systems currently available.

[Departement_IRSTEA]GT [TR1_IRSTEA]31 - RURAMEN / CERESThe fire as a physical risk is rather well known. The complete knowledge of the risk requires now that the vulnerability with fire is studied. Knowledge concerning this question being relatively poor, we reflected, in this report requested by the ministry for ecology, with a methodological approach of the vulnerability. Three tracks are explored: insurances, land market and socio-economy of the firms. We end to the report that the conscience of the fire hazard is very thin and that the risk generates only little consequence material. It is thus difficult to justify heavy regulations (for example Risks zonings).L'incendie en tant qu'aléa physique est assez bien connu.

Also, a prototype module for data capture and interactive mapping of wildfire has been developed by the MTDA agency. This paper discusses this work. The main text presents the method for investigating the causes of wildfire within the French Mediterranean context while the data capture and interactive mapping module serving to provide a location-tracking (géoréférencé) database features in a box insert
