The village already has been in existence since the kingdoms era in the archipelago, whichwas then formalized by the Dutch colonial government, as a law community unit or “inlandsegemeenten”. For fulfilling the living needs, the village has a wealth and income regulatedaccording to a self-developed institutional system. Then with the creation of Law No.6 aboutthe village, the regulations about the village wealth and income are made according to theselaws, including the allocation of village fund. For optimizing the fund allocation distribution,a confinual control is needed either by the government or the surrounding community. Thisstudy uses the yuridic normative method. The control consequence theory among othersincludes the yuridic power theory, the control type theory, the control authority theory, thecommunication theory, the publicity theory and the power arrogance theory. With optimalcontrol it is expected that the allocation of the village fund can become a part of the villageeconomic activities and contribute to the national developments

The purpose of this study was to describe job satisfaction at Raden Mattaher General Hospital Jambi. The method used in this study is a Quantitative Approach, namely data collected through a survey method with a structured list of questions. Based on the data collected in this way, it will be possible to explain the description of employee job satisfaction at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi Province. The results of this study indicate that the seven indicators that affect employee satisfaction at the Raden Mattaher General Hospital in Jambi Province must be further improved so that good satisfaction is realized, because of the seven indicators of fair and proper remuneration, placement according to expertise, the severity of the work, the atmosphere and work environment, the equipment that supports the implementation of the work, the attitude of the leader in his leadership, the nature of the work is monotonous or not, only one thing that does not affect satisfaction is the lightness of the work indicator. The suggestion of this research is that the leadership of the Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi Province must be optimal in applying satisfaction factors to their employees so that they can work as they should and can increase work loyalty

Feature Selection for Human Grasping Activity Using Pearson's Correlation Techniques

The algorithm of feature selection is the collective of search technique to categorize features into their evaluation score. There are many methods to determine the feature extraction in human grasping analysis such as statistical features, PCA-best matching unit (PCA-BMU) and sum of movement (SuM). Feature selection is important in order to increase the classification accuracy by removing redundant features. In analyzing the human grasping data, only the best features are selected in order to make classifying more accurate, less redundant and quickly identifiable, especially for the objects grouping. Pearson's correlation or simply known as the angular separation is capable to measure the similarity of two vectors rather than the distance or the dissimilarity between them. Advantages of the Pearson's correlation are that it is easy to work out and it's easy to be interpreted

. This study aims to assess the effect of dose of herbicide glyphosate and paraquat on the NT system to soil chemical properties, weeds characteristics of soybean yield. The design used is a randomized completely block design (RBD) factorials consisting of 2 (two) factors herbicide and dose with 3 (three) replication times. The variables properties of chemical, characteristics of weed, components and yield of soybean. The study results showed that all doses and types of herbicides provided increased pH, total soil-N, 1.50 kg dose ba ha-1 gave the value of K-dd are better than the doses of 0.75 and 2.25 kg ha-1. 2.25 kg dose b.a. ha-1 increased the percentage of weed control and dry weight weed is lower, improving yield and yield components of soybean. Herbicide glyphosate and paraquat have the same ability in improving soil chemical properties, improve weed control and reduce the percentage of dry weight of weeds and increase yield and components and yield of soybean. Interaction between 2.25 kg dose b.a. ha-1 and the herbicide glyphosate give a percentage higher weed control and dry weight weed is lowe

According data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in 2014, there are about 57.8 million actors of MSMEs in Indonesia. In 2017 and the next few years it is estimated that the number of MSME perpetrators will continue to grow. MSMEs have an important and strategic role in national economic development. In addition to its role in economic growth and employment, MSMEs also play a role in distributing development outcomes. So far, MSME has contributed 57,60% Gross Domestic Product (PBD) and employment rate about 97% of all national work force (MSME Business Profile by LPPI and BI 2015). SMEs have also been proven not affected by the crisis. When the crisis hit the period of 1997-1998, only MSMEs were able to remain strong. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics shows that after the economic crisis of 1997-1998 the number of MSMEs has not decreased, it has been increasing, even absorbing 85 million to 107 million workers until 2012. In that year, the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is 56,539,560 units. Of this amount, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of 56,534,592 units or 99.99%. The rest, about 0.01% or 4,968 units is a major undertaking. Examples of MSME policies of Blora district government regarding the role of MSMEs in development, especially in Blora district itself. Government at the central, provincial, to district / municipal levels are required to improve the welfare of their citizens through various efforts and innovation. To be able to achieve these goals, there are stages and processes that must be passed. So it takes seriousness with all related parties and inter-regional cooperation ties. Application of populist economy in order to realize the development and welfare of the community. The real form of the populist economy is in the form of support to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME), so that the production of MSMEs is not only marketed in the local market but also outside the region and growing. Moreover, if supported by the use of information technology, product marketing is no longer limited by time and place

Comparative study of stress-strain characteristic of peat soil

This paper shows the stress-strain behavior of peat from the perspective of geotechnical engineering based on laboratory test. Stress happens when a load applied to a certain specimen and deformed the specimen while strain is the response from applied stress on a specimen. Peat is known as an ultimate soft soil in engineering terms because it has low shear strength and compressibility. This research is concerned about the stress-strain behavior of hemic peat. The undisturbed samples were collected at Parit Sulong and Parit Nipah, Batu Pahat, Johore, Malaysia. Normal stresses are 12.5kPa, 25kPa, 50kPa and 100kPa. The shear rate to determine the stress-strain on peat is 0.1mm/min. It is a drained condition test. Both results from each method that obtained were compared based on the relationships of stress-strain. Parit Sulong has higher stress-strain than Parit Nipah. If shear stress increased, shear strain also increased. The result shows that, direct simple shear test of stress-strain that tested on hemic is more relevant than a direct shear box because DSS shear the entire specimen of peat while DSB only shear at the center of the specimen. Geotechnical engineers can use the direct simple shear method to understand efficiently about the stress-strain behaviour of pea
