Tc-99m NIDP and Tc-99m HMPAO labelled leukocyte scans in tuberculous spondylitis
A study was undertaken to assess the pattern of uptake on bone and labelled leukocyte scans in tuberculous spondylitis. Nine consecutive newly diagnosed cases were
studied with Tc-99m MDP bone scans and Tc-99m HMPAO labelled leukocyte scans. The patients had basic laboratory investigations, plain chest and spine radiographs and
computed tomography of the spine. Static images of bone scans were acquired at 3 hours and labelled leukocyte scans were acquired at 1,3 and 24 hours post-injection. A total of 11 spinal lesions were detected. Six bone scans were done demonstrating eight lesions and all showed abnormally increased activity.Labelled leukocyte scans were done in eight patients involving ten lesions and all except one showed photopaenic defects at the regions of interest. Both bone scan and leukocyte scan provided important information about the extent of the lesions and the combination of their pattern of uptake helped in the diagnosis of tuberculous spondylitis
The Influence of Supportive Leadership Behavior and Organizational Support on The Job Satisfaction of Followers
Supportive leadership is the hope of organizations that wish to be efficient and competitive in services. There is a positive perception of leadership that potentially increases the job satisfaction of members. To achieve job satisfaction under supportive leadership, other variables are needed in achieving goals, including organizational support by subordinates. Therefore, this study examines predictively supportive leadership on job satisfaction and organizational support as moderate variables. Data were obtained from two state Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia with the unit of analysis being ASN employees as many as 75 respondents were obtained randomly as a sample. While the data were collected through google form, the analysis method was using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by SmartPls 3.2 software. Research findings indicate that supportive leadership behavior has a major contribution to employee job satisfaction. However, perceived organizational support as a moderate variable on job satisfaction has a less significant contribution.

This study using quantitative descriptive research that is to know the Quality of Service In Improving Customer Satisfaction. While the survey was conducted on the customers at BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke District. The results of this study indicate that all aspects of Assurance, Reliability, Tangible, and Responsiveness dimensions have been well executed, and have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction on BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the increased dimensions Assurance, Reliability, Tangible, and Responsiveness the higher the customer satisfaction. While Compliance dimenis has a negative and significant impact on customer satisfaction. This means that if the dimensions of Compliance actually implemented according to Islamic Shari'a on BMT Barokatul Ummah, then the level of customer satisfaction will decrease. And for Empathy dimension has negative and insignificant effect to customer satisfaction. This means that the Empathy dimension does not affect customer satisfaction in BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency
PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK GULA MENGGUNAKAN METODE FAILURE MODE EFFECT ANALYSIS DAN FAULT TREE ANALYSIS DI PT. PABRIK GULA GORONTALO
Abstract: Sugar Product Quality Control Using Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis Methods at Pt. Gorontalo Sugar Factory
This research aims to determine the types of sugar defects, factors that influence sugar product defects, and suggestions for improvements in the quality of sugar products at PT. Gorontalo Sugar Factory. The method used in this research, namely Failure Moidei and Eiffict Analysis (FMEiA), is one of the methods that functions to identify the value of failure in a system, design, process or service (seirvicei). Then Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is a technique used to identify risks that play a role in identifying risks that play a role in failure. The results of the research were that there were three defects in white crystal sugar at PT. Gorontalo Sugar Factory, namely inappropriate sugar color, humidity, and inappropriate sugar size or what is usually called grind size. Then it was analyzed using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to obtain a value of RPN, purification with a value of 343, centrifugal & Drying with a value of 252, and packaging with a value of 252. Suggestions for improving sugar defect failure modes caused by machine factors are that it is best to carry out supervision SOP before carrying out the production process and the company should implement maintenance on sugar production machines so that machine performance can be maintained

Effect Of Emulsification And Blending On The Oxygenation And Substitution Of Diesel Fuel For Compression Ignition Engine
Global emission standards are getting more stringent in which the existing diesel engine technologies are on the brink of losing their permit to operate. While there are successful engine side researches that can target the current emission norms, their implementation in existing engines will not be possible due to their higher price tag. With this respect, fuel side improvement with no or minimal modification to engine hardware is the best way to address the issue in the existing engines. The commonly used fuel oxygenators in diesel engines are water, alcohol, biodiesel and the combinations of these. The method of oxygenation and their corresponding results on the combustion, performance and emissions that have been reported in the literatures are widely varied. The current review article targets the blending and emulsification techniques used in the oxygenation and fuel substitution of diesel. Based on the misconceptions about the stability of emulsions, many researchers are found to use the term blending even though the technique they have used is emulsification. While blending of fuels is convenient for fuels which have relatively similar boiling temperature, emulsification technique should be followed for fuel mixtures of varied boiling temperature so that the benefit of micro-explosion can be reflected in the fuel atomization. Secondary atomization resulting from the micro-explosion phenomenon of emulsified fuels and fuel oxygenation are responsible for the improvement of combustion, performance and CO and PM emissions. Latent heat of vaporization is found to be responsible for the reduction of NOx emissions

Validated high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for analysis of zerumbone in plasma
Zerumbone (ZER) is a sesquiterpene derived from Zingiber zerumbet smith, family Zingiberaceae. It has been shown to possess anti-cancer and apoptosis-inducing properties against various human tumour cells as well as in vivo against a number of induced malignancies in mice. In this study a simple, specific and accurate high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of ZER in micro-volumes human plasma (| 1.5 ml) was developed and validated. ZER and its analogue -Humuleneas internal standard were easy recovered by simple one step plasma protein precipitation using acetonitrile and separated in isocratic mobile phase, on reverse phase-C18 column. The effluent was monitored by Photodiode Array (PDA) detector and at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The linearity of proposed method was 2 – 15 ìg/ml. The intra-day and inter-day coefficient of variation and percent error values of the method were less than 15% and mean recovery was more than 90% for both ZER and -Humulene. This method was found to be precise, specific, accurate and robust for detection and analysis of ZER in human plasma
