    Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru

    : Organizational climate and job satisfaction is one of the factors that affect the performance of the teacher. The level of teacher performance related to organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers in performing their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance and to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The method used in this study are correlational survey, while data collection used questionnaires to variable organizational climate, job satisfaction and performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling of 51 respondents. The results of this study it can be concluded that the organizational climate is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of direct influence of organizational climate on teacher performance is (0.7401> 0.2759) = 55%. Job satisfaction is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of job satisfaction directly influences the performance of teachers is (0.7192> 2.759) = 51.73%. Organizational climate and job satisfaction jointly direct and significant impact on the level of teacher performance. The magnitude of the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction together with the teacher's performance in school is (0.7994> 0.2759) = 63.9% theoretical The model developed in this study turned out to have been tested empirically on a junior secondary school in Lhokseumawe at significant level, meaning an empirical model of organizational climate and job satisfaction can be received as a model teacher performance

    Linear Superiorization for Infeasible Linear Programming

    Linear superiorization (abbreviated: LinSup) considers linear programming (LP) problems wherein the constraints as well as the objective function are linear. It allows to steer the iterates of a feasibility-seeking iterative process toward feasible points that have lower (not necessarily minimal) values of the objective function than points that would have been reached by the same feasiblity-seeking iterative process without superiorization. Using a feasibility-seeking iterative process that converges even if the linear feasible set is empty, LinSup generates an iterative sequence that converges to a point that minimizes a proximity function which measures the linear constraints violation. In addition, due to LinSup's repeated objective function reduction steps such a point will most probably have a reduced objective function value.     Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Telaga mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur drama dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes kemampuan dan kuensioner (angket). Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan peserta didik mengidentifikasi unsur drama, rata-rata 67 dengan kategori kurang, Hal ini dibuktikan dari kemampuan mengidentifikasi tema rata-rata 70 dikategorikan kurang, kemampuan mengidentifikasi alur drama rata-rata 71 dikategorikan kurang, kemampuan mengidentifikasi penokohan rata-rata 68 dikategorikan kurang, kemampuan mengidentifikasi latar rata-rata 72 dikategorikan cukup, kemampuan mengidetifikasi dialog rata-rata 58 dikategorikan sangat kurang, kemampuan mengidentifikasi amanat rata-rata 60 dikategorikan sangat kurang. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan peserta didik mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur drama rata-rata 67 dikategorikan kurang. (2) Faktor-faktor penghambat peserta didik mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur drama dikategorikan cukup dipengaruhi oleh faktor peserta didik, faktor sekolah, faktor sarana dan prasarana. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru berhubungan dengan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei korelasional, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya dipergunakan kuisioner terhadap variabel iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di madrasah tsanawiyah se Kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratifietrandom sampling terhadap 51 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7401 0,2759) = 55 %.Kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7192 2,759) = 51,73%.Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di sekolah adalah (0,7994 0,2759) = 63,9%.Model teoritik yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini ternyata telah teruji secara empiris pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kota Lhokseumawe pada taraf signifikan, berarti model empiris iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat terima sebagai model kinerja guru.Kata Kunci:Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Gur

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis; Kompetensi Aparatur Desa dan Wistleblowing System terhadap Pencegahan Fraud dalam pengelolaan Anggaran Dana Desa. interaksi Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Kompetensi Apartur Desa dan Wistleblowing System terhadap Pencegahan Fraud dalam pengelolaan Anggaran Dana Desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, Kompetensi Aparatur Desa tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pencehagan Fraud, Sedangkan Washblowir berpengaruh terhadap Pencegahan Fraud. Untuk Variabel Moderasi menunjukan bahwa Kesadaran Spiritual dapat memoderasi Kompetensi aparatur terhadap Pencegahan Fraud, namun Kesadaran Spriritual tidak memoderasi Washblowir System terhadap Pencegahan Fraud.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Wistleblowing, Kecerdasan Spiritual, dan Dana Desa. This study aims to test and analyze; Competence of Village Apparatus and Wistleblowing System on Fraud Prevention in managing the Village Fund Budget. the interaction of Spiritual Intelligence on the Competence of Village Apartments and the Wistleblowing System on Fraud Prevention in the management of the Village Fund Budget. This research is an empirical study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results showed that partially, Village Apparatus Competence had no effect on Pencehagan Fraud, while Washblowir had an effect on Fraud Prevention.     General problems which occur in urban areas, mainly in big cities of Indonesia, are due to river pollution activities in surround river communities. This study which conducted in downstream of Ciliwung River, the capital Jakarta, is experiencing tremendous pollution caused by household waste. Therefore, this study attempted to answer how is water pollution in Ciliwung River downstream, what factors affect people's behavior in utilizing and conserving water quality of Ciliwung River downstream, and effective ways to control pollution in the Ciliwung River to consider aspects of community participation. The approach of this study is a quantitative analysis of SEM. The results of analysis show that the household activities are the major contributor of pollution. Also, there are direct and indirect influences significantly between the variables of society behavior of the Ciliwung riverbanks and the existing pollution.     ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh fleksibilitas akuntansi, tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan dan risiko litigasi terhadap real earning management, serta melihat pengaruh kualitas audit terhadap hubungan antara fleksibilitas akuntansi, tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan dan risiko litigasi dengan real earning management. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 156 perusahaan manufaktur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 42 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM dengan bantuan AMOS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas akuntansi, tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan dan risiko litigasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap real earning management, serta kualitas audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap hubungan antara fleksibilitas akuntansi, tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan dan risiko litigasi dengan real earning management.Kata Kunci:            Fleksibilitas Akuntansi, Tingkat Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan, Risko Litigasi, Real Earning Management, Kualitas Audit.ABSTRACTThis research purpose to examine influence of accounting flexibility, level of disclosure of financial statement and litigation risk to real earning management, this research also explore the role of audit quality to the relationship between accounting flexibility, level of disclosure of financial statement and litigation risk to real earning management. This research is done at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with population of 156 of manufacturing companies. The technical of sample taken by using the purposive sampling method, with 42 sample companies. The technique of data analysis use the SEM analysis with the aid of AMOS version 22.     Organism-sediment interactions govern post-hypoxia recovery of ecosystem functioning

    Hypoxia represents one of the major causes of biodiversity and ecosystem functioning loss for coastal waters. Since eutrophication-induced hypoxic events are becoming increasingly frequent and intense, understanding the response of ecosystems to hypoxia is of primary importance to understand and predict the stability of ecosystem functioning. Such ecological stability may greatly depend on the recovery patterns of communities and the return time of the system properties associated to these patterns. Here, we have examined how the reassembly of a benthic community contributed to the recovery of ecosystem functioning following experimentally-induced hypoxia in a tidal flat. We demonstrate that organism-sediment interactions that depend on organism size and relate to mobility traits and sediment reworking capacities are generally more important than recovering species richness to set the return time of the measured sediment processes and properties. Specifically, increasing macrofauna bioturbation potential during community reassembly significantly contributed to the recovery of sediment processes and properties such as denitrification, bedload sediment transport, primary production and deep pore water ammonium concentration. Such bioturbation potential was due to the replacement of the small-sized organisms that recolonised at early stages by large-sized bioturbating organisms, which had a disproportionately stronger influence on sediment. This study suggests that the complete recovery of organism-sediment interactions is a necessary condition for ecosystem functioning recovery, and that such process requires long periods after disturbance due to the slow growth of juveniles into adult stages involved in these interactions. Consequently, repeated episodes of disturbance at intervals smaller than the time needed for the system to fully recover organism-sediment interactions may greatly impair the resilience of ecosystem functioning.

    Extent and structure of health insurance expenditures for complementary and alternative medicine in Swiss primary care

    BACKGROUND: The study is part of a nationwide evaluation of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) in primary care in Switzerland. The goal was to evaluate the extent and structure of basic health insurance expenditures for complementary and alternative medicine in Swiss primary care. METHODS: The study was designed as a cross-sectional evaluation of Swiss primary care providers and included 262 certified CAM physicians, 151 noncertified CAM physicians and 172 conventional physicians. The study was based on data from a mailed questionnaire and on reimbursement information obtained from health insurers. It was therefore purely observational, without interference into diagnostic and therapeutic procedures applied or prescribed by physicians. Main outcome measures included average reimbursed costs per patient, structured into consultation- and medication-related costs, and referred costs. RESULTS: Total average reimbursed cost per patient did not differ between CAM physicians and conventional practitioners, but considerable differences were observed in cost structure. The proportions of reimbursed costs for consultation time were 56% for certified CAM, 41% for noncertified CAM physicians and 40% for conventional physicians; medication costs – including expenditures for prescriptions and directly dispensed drugs – respectively accounted for 35%, 18%, and 51% of costs. CONCLUSION: The results indicate no significant difference for overall treatment cost per patient between CAM and COM primary care in Switzerland. However, CAM physicians treat lower numbers of patients and a more cost-favourable patient population than conventional physicians. Differences in cost structure reflect more patient-centred and individualized treatment modalities of CAM physicians
