    Peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Melalui Pendekatan Pendidikan Responsif Gender di Kabupaten Sumenep

    This article aims to discuss increasing the human development index through a gender-responsive education approach. This article uses a library research approach with content analysis techniques. The results showed that the HDI of Sumenep Regency was still relatively low, namely that males were at 72.32% while females were at 58.38%. This figure illustrates that there are still significant differences between males and females. One of the indicators is the school average of 6.60% for boys and 4.63% for girls. This fact is still detrimental to women. Then the Gender Empowerment Index (IDG) in Sumenep is 60.99% better than other districts in Madura. IDG Sumenep data from 2010 to 2019 shows a fairly good increase, even better than other districts in Madura. However, this gap is still a development problem in the field of education in Sumenep.  This study shows the revitalization of the human development agenda in the field of gender responsive education, especially in rural areas and islands. Development challenges in Sumenep are still faced with cultural praxis, some of which are not yet in favor of gender equality. The Sumenep government should be able to increase the human development index through gender responsive education, by making this study a recommendation to the relevant agencies. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan library research dengan teknik konten analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IPM kabupaten Sumenep masih relatf rendah yaitu laki-laki berada pada angka 72.32 % sementara perempuan 58.38 % angka ini menggambarkan bahwa masih terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Salah satu indikatornya adalah rata-rata sekolah laki-laki 6.60 % dan perempuan 4.63%.  Fakta ini masih merugikan perempuan. Kemudian indek pemberdayaan Gender (IDG) di Sumenep adalah 60.99% lebih baik dari kabupaten lainnya di Madura.   data IDG Sumenep dari 2010 sampai 2019 menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup baik, bahkan lebih baik dari kabupaten lain di Madura. Kendati demikian kesenjangan ini masih menjadi persoalan pembangunan dalam bidang pendidikan di Sumenep. Studi ini menunjukkan revitalisasi agenda pembangunan manusia di bidang pendidikan yang responsif gender, terutama di wilayah perdesaan dan kepulauan. Tantangan pembangunan di Sumenep masih dihadapkan pada praksis  budaya yang sebagian diantaranya belum berpihak pada kesetaraan gender. Pemerintah Sumenep seyogyanya dapat meningkatkan indek pembangunan manusia melalui jalur pendidikan responsive gender, dengan menjadikan kajian ini sebagai rekomendasi kepada dinas terkait.     MODEL PENGAJARAN KEJUJURAN MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI (TIK) DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL-AZHAAR LUBUKLINGGAU

    Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan model pengajaran kejujuran menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dengan menyasar enam indikator: disiplin, amanah, komitmen, konsisten, adil, dan berkata benar. Melalui enam indikator tersebut tingkat kejujuran seseorang diukur; apakah seseorang dapat dikategorikan sebagai seorang yang jujur atau sebaliknya. Model pengajaran ini sangat cocok diterapkan di pondok pesantren atau sekolah berasrama. Karena model ini mengharuskan adanya peran maksimal orang tua dan pendidik secara simultan dan berkelanjutan. Di pesantren atau di asrama peran orang tua digantikan oleh pembimbing akademik selaku pengasuh dan sekaligus berperan sebagai pendidik yang bertindak sebagai model karakter yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (action research) menggunakan metode eksprimen semu (quasi experiment) dan berpedoman pada konsep penelitian tindakan yang dikembangkan oleh Kurt Lewin, dengan melaksanakan tiga siklus treatment. Masing-masing siklus dilakukan selama satu bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Pengajaran Kejujuran Menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berpengaruh sangat signifikan. Di mana nilai karakter jujur sebelum treatment ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata1,71, dan karakter jujur setelah treatment ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata 3,58. Peningkatan ini sangat drastis karena nilai-nilai kejujuran diinternalisasikan secara massif dengan melibatkan pembimbing akademik sebagai model atau figur dan kolaborator sebagai pengamat. Di samping itu penelitian ini melibatkan hampir semua media dan program pondok yang sudah ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka direkomendasikan agar lembaga pendidikan umum maupun swasta, khususnya yang berasrama dapat menggunakan model pengajaran kejujuran menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK).This study aimed to develop a model of honesty teaching by using Informationand Communication Technology (ICT) by targeting the six indicators: discipline, responsible, commitments, consistent, fair, and honest. Through the six indicators measured someone’s honesty; whether a person can be categorized as an honestman, or otherwise. This teaching model is very suitable to be applied in a pesantren or a boarding school. Because this model requires the maximum role of parents and educators simultaneously and continuously. In boarding schools or in the dorm role of parents is replaced by counselors as care giver role is as an educator who acts as a model for the character you want. This research is action research by using quasi-experimental methods and guided by the concept of action research developed by Kurt Lewin, to carry out three cycles of treatment. Each cycle is done for one month. The results showed that Honesty Teaching Modelby Using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is very significant effect. Where the value of honest character before treatments are indicated by an average value of 1.71, and honest character after treatment is indicated by an average value of 3.58. This increase drastically because the values of honesty internalized massively involving academic supervisor as models or figures and collaborators as observers. Besides, this study involved almost all the media and the pesantren (boarding school) program that already exists. Based on these results,it is recommended that the public and private educational institutions, especially the boarding school can use the teaching model of honesty by using Information and Communication Technology (ICT).</p

    Accommodation of "Merdeka Belajar" Spirit in Islamic Boarding School Nurul Huda Pakandangan Sumenep

    Merdeka Belajar gives freedom to develop the students’ talent without the obstacles of formal rules that shackle the creativity of students. The study of independent learning in the context of an empirical boarding school is very rarely done. Even though pesantren are considered to be independent in learning. This study aims to describe clearly how Islamic boarding schools accommodate the free spirit of learning in their education system. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview data networks, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is accommodation of an independent spirit of learning at the Nurul huda Pakandangan Islamic boarding school with three main things, firstly accommodation of an educational vision that leads to an independent spirit of learning by integrating religious and scientific knowledge. Facilitating the development of the potential of students as a whole with skills. empowerment of knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes and assessments based on national and global standards. Secondly, Students can freely determine their competence while remaining teacher-minded. Third is the accommodation of educational innovation in the service program in accordance with the educational goals of the pesantren which requires them to return to the community. Fourth Islamic boarding schools are gender responsive by accommodating equality education.Merdeka belajar memberikan kebebasan dalam mengembangkan bakat dalam diri siswa tanpa adanya hambatan aturan formal yang membelenggu kreativitas peserta didik. Kajian merdeka belajar dalam kontek pesantren secara empiris sangat jarang dilakukan. Kendatipun pesantren dianggap telah lama merdeka dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara tegas bagaimana pesantren melakukan akomodasi spirit merdeka belajar dalam sistem pendidikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jejaring data wawancara mendalam, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya akomodasi spirit merdeka belajar di pesantren Nurulhuda pakandangan dengan tiga hal utama, pertama akomodasi visi pendidikan yang mengarah pada spirit merdeka belajar dengan mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan sains. Memfasilitasi pengembangan potensi anak didik secara utuh dengan skill-skill. pemberdayaan ilmu pengetahuan, ketrampilan, pengalaman, sikap dan penilaian berdasarkan standar nasional dan global. Kedua bentuk pesantren mu’allimin pencetak jiwa guru, dimana santri secara bebas dapat menentukan kompetensinya dengan tetap berjiwa guru. Sesuai dengan jiwa kebebasan yang menjadi salah satu jiwa pesantren. Ketiga adalah akomodasi Inovasi pendidikan dalam program pengabdian sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan pesantren yang mengharuskan untuk kembali kepada masyarakat, membangun konstruksi sumber daya manusia di tengah kultur masyarakat, dan mengabdi sambil melatih kompetensi santri untuk bisa hidup di tengah masyarakat dengan baik.     This study aims to develop a model of honesty teaching using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in educational institutions of Islamic boarding School. The development of this model is intended to find a teaching model-implementable applicable and adaptable to the circumstances of the boarding school with programs that already exist, structured and based on Islamic values. This study also aims to answer the problems of degradation of morals, ethics and morals recently joined struck boarding school as a result of global transformation so quickly, ahead of human mental readiness in the face. This study uses action research collaborative participatory and quantitative analytical descriptive with one independent variable and one dependent variable. One independent variable is a business act or treatment, which is "Honesty Teaching Model Using Information and Communication Technology", and the dependent variable is the influence of the action; namely the improvement and enhancement of the value of honesty. The subjects of this study are 55 students of Al-Azhaar Islamic Boarding School consist of class one junior and senior high school by involving four teachers as counselors and four collaborators as observers. Measuring devices or media used in this study are instruments in the form of pre-test and post-test as well as programs for the teaching that has taken place in Al-Azhaar Islamic Boarding School with some additions such as honesty canteen and honesty kitchens. As for the character you want to repair in this action research are the values of honesty through six indicators, namely; (1) Discipline (2) Responsibility, (3) Commitments, (4) Consistent (5) Fairness, and (6) Says True. The results of this study stated that "Honesty Teaching Model Using Information and Communication Technologies" very significant influence on attitudes and behavior improvement honest. Where the results of paired t-test between the average value of the pre-test and post-test showed a statistically differ greatly. Thus, the results of this research can be developed and used as a teaching model, especially in Islamic boarding school or in educational institutions boarding.     Conservation of geosites as a tool to protect geoheritage: the inventory of Ceará Central Domain, Borborema Province - NE/Brazil

    The Ceará Central Domain, in the northern Borborema Province/NE Brazil, encompasses important geological records (geosites) which allow understanding a relevant period of the Earth’s evolution, mainly associated to Neoproterozoic Brazilian/Pan-African Cycle and West Gondwana amalgamation, besides Neoarchean to Ordovician records. The presented geoheritage inventory aims to characterise the geosites with scienti c relevance of Ceará Central Domain. By applying a method for large areas, the nal selection resulted in eight geological frameworks represented by 52 geosites documented in a single database.     Liraglutide Activates mTORC1 Signaling and AMPA Receptors in Rat Hippocampal Neurons Under Toxic Conditions

    The aim of the present study was to determine whether treatment with liraglutide, a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, would alter mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) signaling and/or α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazole-4-propionic acid (AMPA) receptor activity under dexamethasone-induced toxic conditions. Western blot analyses were performed to assess changes in mTORC1-mediated proteins, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and various synaptic proteins (PSD-95, synapsin I, and GluA1) in rat hippocampal cultures under toxic conditions induced by dexamethasone, which causes hippocampal cell death. Hippocampal dendritic outgrowth and spine formation were measured using immunostaining procedures. Dexamethasone significantly decreased the phosphorylation levels of mTORC1 as well as its downstream proteins. However, treatment with liraglutide prevented these reductions and significantly increased BDNF expression. The increase in BDNF expression was completely blocked by rapamycin and 2,3-dioxo-6-nitro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[f]quinoxaline-7-sulfonamide (NBQX). Liraglutide also recovered dexamethasone-induced decreases in the total length of hippocampal dendrites and reductions in spine density in a concentration-dependent manner. However, the positive effects of liraglutide on neural plasticity were abolished by the blockade of mTORC1 signaling and AMPA receptors. Furthermore, liraglutide significantly increased the expression levels of PSD-95, synapsin I, and GluA1, whereas rapamycin and NBQX blocked these effects. The present study demonstrated that liraglutide activated mTORC1 signaling and AMPA receptor activity as well as increased dendritic outgrowth, spine density, and synaptic proteins under toxic conditions in rat primary hippocampal neurons. These findings suggest that GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R) activation by liraglutide may affect neuroplasticity through mTORC1 and AMPA receptors
