Determination of the Working Liquids Technical Condition By Analysis of Digital Speckle Images Parameters
The article discusses the practical realization for the optical control method of technical working fluids condition by the analysis of digital speckle images parameters is discussed. The experimental research results on the application of this method for estimation of aviation fuel and motor oil technical condition are presented.

Two dimensional electron gas driven by strong alternating electric field
2D Fermi liquid driven by uniform alternating electric field at zero
temperature may remain in quantum coherent non-equilibrium state. We develop a
quasistatic approximation for strong and slow ac-fields and solve the problem
of driven disordered 2D electron gas in high non-overlapping Landau levels. The
broadening of Landau level has the Lorentz form and is inversely proportional
to the amplitude of the ac-field. In the absence of electron-phonon interaction
the electron distribution function is constant within the last Landau level and
the diagonal dc-conductivity is zero. For weak electron-phonon interaction the
dc-conductivity is anisotropic. A kinetic transition from the phonon cooling to
the phonon heating is predicted.Comment: 8 pages, 1 figure REVTE
Using the Target-Visualization Method to Process Hyperspectral Images
Processing hyperspectral images allows you to decode images and recognize objects in the scene on the base of analysis of spectrums. In some problems, information about the spectra may not be sufficient. In this case, visualization of data sets may use, for object recognition, by use additional non-formalized external attributes (for example, indicating the relative position of objects). Target visualization is a visualization adapted to a specific task of application. The method discussed in this chapter uses a way to visualize a measure of similarity to the sample. As a result of the transformation, the hyperspectral (multichannel) image is converted into a single-channel synthesized image in grayscale, on which the objects of interest for the problem under consideration are selected. By changing the brightness and contrast of the synthesized image, it is possible to interactively adjust the results of automatic processing
The Novelty of Human Cancer/Testis Antigen Encoding Genes in Evolution
In order to be inherited in progeny generations, novel genes should originate in germ cells. Here, we suggest that the testes may play a special “catalyst” role in the birth and evolution of new genes. Cancer/testis antigen encoding genes (CT genes) are predominantly expressed both in testes and in a variety of tumors. By the criteria of evolutionary novelty, the CT genes are, indeed, novel genes. We performed homology searches for sequences similar to human CT in various animals and established that most of the CT genes are either found in humans only or are relatively recent in their origin. A majority of all human CT genes originated during or after the origin of Eutheria. These results suggest relatively recent origin of human CT genes and align with the hypothesis of the special role of the testes in the evolution of the gene families
The Nature of Gamma-ray Bursts in the Framework of the Byuon Theory
Two models of gamma-ray bursts using the theory of byuons (TB) are considered. This theory describes a “life” of special unobservable discrete objects from which the surrounding space and the world of ultimate particles are formed. Basic axioms and some conclusions of this theory are discussed. It is shown that basic problems with nature of gamma-rays bursts can be solved in the framework of this theory not only for bursts connected with supernova explosions but also for those without explosions
