    ABSTRACTKUR is a government program launched to help Micro Small Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKM-K) to grow by involving several banks as their channeling institutions. At Bank BRI Syariah KUR is a new product released in 2017 which is a product of working capital and / or investment financing for MSME which has limitations in fulfilling the requirements set by the bank (not yet bankable). In this product, Bank BRI Syariah uses murabaha bil wakalah, where murabahah contract is done before the purchase of goods. The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of murabahah contract implementation on financing product of People's Business Credit and review of DSN MUI's fatwa regarding the implementation of murabahah agreement. Murabahah is a sale of goods for the goods plus an agreed advantage. While wakalah is giving power to the other party to do something. Akad wakalah in murabahah financing has been established in the fatwa of DSN MUI Number 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 about murabahah. The method used in this research is descriptive method, that is method which describe the implementation of murabaha bil wakalah contract on KUR financing product in Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. The type of data used in this study is qualitative, ie data on murabaha bil wakalah contract on KUR financing products in Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data, ie literature related to research problems. Data collection techniques used are through interviews and literature study. The result of the research shows that the procedure of murabahah bil wakalah akad in financing of business credit of the people is done through several phases that is starting with initial selection, document checking, until financing decision is made, then done contract, after which fund disbursement process. Meanwhile, the implementation of murabahah agreement in pemburyaan KUR Mikro iB is not fully in accordance with the Fatwa DSN MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 about murabaha because there is a difference between the implementation of fatwa in the first provision point 9, that is if the bank wants to represent customers to buy goods from third parties, akad sale and purchase murabahah must be done after the goods, in principle become the property of the bank

    Pengaruh Direct Instruction Berbantuan Strategi Modeling The Way terhadap Respon dan Hasil Belajar Materi Hidrokarbon

    This aims of this study were to determine whether there was a significant different of student achievement, determine how much influence of direct instruction models assisted by modelling the way strategy toward student achievement, determine the correlation between response and student achievement of experiment class and control class. This study used quasy experimental research with pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The sample of this research were X B as experimental class which taught using direct instruction models through modelling the way strategy and X C as control class wich taught using conventional method. Achievement test, questionnaire response, observasion sheet and interview guidelines ware used as the research instrument. According to independent-t test toward student achievement data, there was no significant difference of student achievement between those clasess (Asym.sig.(2-tailed) of 0,342). Learning using direct instruction models through modelling the way strategy gave 14,80% effect on improving student achievemen influenced by teacher. According to Person Correlation, there was no correlation between response and student achievement of control class (Sig.(2-tailed) of 0,306). According to Kendall\u27s Correlation, there was no correlation between response and student achievement of experiment class (Sig.(2-tailed) of 0.398)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak rosella merah terhadap sifat sensoris (warna,aroma dan rasa), sifat kimia (aktivitas antioksidan, kadar antosianin, aw, TBA) dan tekstur dodol garut selama penyimpanan.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu faktor, yaitu variasi konsentrasi ekstrak rosellamerah pada dodol garut. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan ANOVA, apabila hasil yang diperoleh ada beda nyata, makadilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada uji sensoris, dodol garut denganpenambahan ekstrak rosella merah 3,4% merupakan dodol garut pilihan terbaik menurut panelis terhadap parameter warna, rasa danaroma. Hasil analisis selama 12 hari terhadap dodol garut dengan ekstrak rosella merah 0% dan dodol garut dengan ekstrak rosellamerah 3,4% berturut-turut mengandung aktivitas antioksidan 9,151–4,920 % dan 14,583–5,141 %, kadar antosianin 0 mg/L dan0,908–0,736 mg/L, aktivitas air (aw) 0,73–0,76 dan 0,72–0,74, ketengikan (TBA) 0,073–0,183 mg malonaldehid/kg bahan dan0,060–0,154 mg malonaldehig/kg bahan, nilai tekstur 13,198–15,315 N/mm dan 13,143–14,879 N/mm

    The demand of mirabow wood is increasing nowdays, where as the existence species in the nature is getting reduced. Therefore, it\u27s preservation efforts are urgent to be done. Seed size was correlated with it\u27s vigor, where heavy seeds relatively have a better vigor, compare to the light one. The research was aimed to determine the effect of seed size to percentage of germination, average days to germinate, germination value and germination power of mirabow seeds. The research was conducted in greenhouse of Agriculture Faculty Lampung University on November 2013 to January 2014. The research was arranged in Complete Random Design (CRD), with 3 treatments and 4 replications. Seed are classified based on the weight of seed is heavy weight, medium weight, and light weight. Each unit of experiments was used 100 mirabow seeds. The observed variables were consisted of germination percentage, average day to germination, germination value, and germination power. Data analysis methods used were homogeneity of variance, variance analysis, and least significant of difference test at 5% significant level. The results showed that seed size of mirabow has a positive effect to the germination. The heavy weight of seed (> 3.49 grams) gave a better response for germination percentage 80.250% and germination value 1.595 %/day compared with the medium weight (2.36--43.49 grams) and light weight (< 2.36 grams)

    Kajian Pengaruh Variasi Konsentrasi Karaginan-konjak Sebagai Gelling Agent Terhadap Karakteristik Fisik, Kimia Dan Sensoris Permen Jelly Buah Labu Kuning (Cucurbita Maxima)

    Permen jelly adalah permen yang dibuat dari sari buah dan bahan pembentuk gel, berpenampilan jernih transparan sertamempunyai tekstur dengan kekenyalan tertentu. Labu kuning memiliki kandungan antioksidan tinggi berupa senyawa Ξ²-karotenyang baik bagi kesehatan dan berperan penting sebagai pangan fungsional. Pemanfaatan labu kuning yang masih belum optimalmendorong adanya upaya diversifikasi produk olahan pangan berbahan dasar labu kuning salah satunya yaitu permen jelly. Dalampembuatan permen jelly digunakan campuran karaginan-konjak yang berperan sebagai gelling agent. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi campuran karaginan-konjak terbaik berdasarkan karakteristik fisik, kimia dan sensoris permenjelly labu kuning (Cucurbita maxima) yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satufaktor yaitu variasi konsentrasi karaginan-konjak. Permen jelly labu kuning dibuat menjadi 3 formulasi dengan variasi konsentrasikaraginan-konjak 1,2; 1,8 dan 2,4% dengan perbandingan karaginan-konjak 2:1. Dari hasil organoleptik yang meliputi parameterwarna, aroma, rasa, tekstur dan overall, permen jelly dengan penambahan konsentrasi karaginan-konjak sebanyak 1,8% adalah yangpaling disukai oleh panelis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari permen jelly dengan konsentrasi karaginan-konjak terbaik yaitu 2,4%,diperoleh kadar air sebesar 19,602%; aktivitas air (aw) 0,627; pH 4,53 serta aktivitas antioksidan 3,948%. Permen jelly dengankonsentrasi karaginan-konjak terbaik ini juga memiliki hasil analisis tekstur yang meliputi kekerasan, elastisitas dan kelengketanberturut-turut sebesar 1179,286 gf; 5,155 mm dan 98,781 gf

    Analysis of User Readiness Level of E-Government Using Stope Framework

    The Village Information Administration System (VIAS) is one of the many IT service implemented by the Bondowoso district. The successful implementation of an IT service like VIAS can be seen from the extent to which the level of readiness of the user adopts the service. To determine the extent to which the user readiness level can be performed a measurement using the relevant method. STOPE Framework is one of the method that can be used to measure the extent to which the IT service user readiness and can provide recommendations based on the result of the evaluation. Measurement of user readiness in this study using STOPE Framework and determination of a 4 point scale based readiness level issued by the Centre for International Development/CID (Harvard Cyber Law). Data analysis result show VIAS user readiness level is at level 4(completely ready). This indicates that the VIAS user is ready to use the Village Information Administration System based on approach using STOPE Framework
