Quantum teleportation of optical images with frequency conversion
We describe a new version of continuous variables quantum holographic
teleportation of optical images. Unlike the previously proposed scheme, it is
based on the continuous variables quantum entanglement between the light fields
of different frequencies and allows for the wavelength conversion between the
original and the teleported images. The frequency tunable holographic
teleportation protocol can be used as a part of light-matter interface in

多元化工业公司在生命周期不同阶段的业务单元策略
The paper considers the models of organisational development of multidisciplinary companies and their business units. It is shown that the existing models need to be supplemented with two enlarged managerial competencies – management of incremental (modification) innovations and management of radical innovations. The proposed model of a business unit assumes that their development is structured as a progressive passage of the organisation through the stages of housing and communal services by developing the necessary managerial competencies for the next stage. The developed general models are used to form models of organisational development of the “Severgroup” multidisciplinary corporation and its business units. The strategic portfolio of business units, its parameters and position within the framework of the matrix of housing and communal services of the industry are determined. The result of the study was the formulation of two strategies – “growth to the core” and “growth to the peak”. Models of organisational development of the corporation (changes in the composition and characteristics of the portfolio of business units) and models of transfer of managerial competencies have been developed for each strategy.В статье рассмотрены модели организационного развития многопрофильных компаний и входящих в них бизнес-единиц. Показано, что существующие модели необходимо дополнить двумя укрупненными управленческими компетенциями – управлением инкрементальными (модификационными) инновациями и управлением радикальными инновациями. Предлагаемая модель бизнес-единицы предполагает, что их развитие структурируется как поступательное прохождение организацией этапов жизненного цикла организации путем развития необходимых для следующего этапа управленческих компетенций. Разработанные общие модели использованы для формирования моделей организационного развития многопрофильной корпорации «Севергрупп» и входящих в нее бизнес-единиц. Определен стратегический портфель бизнес-единиц, его параметры и позиция в рамках матрицы жизненный цикл организации – жизненный цикл отрасли. Результатом проведенного исследования стала формулировка двух стратегий – «рост к ядру» и «рост к пику». Quantum memory for images - a quantum hologram
Matter-light quantum interface and quantum memory for light are important
ingredients of quantum information protocols, such as quantum networks,
distributed quantum computation, etc. In this Letter we present a spatially
multimode scheme for quantum memory for light, which we call a quantum
hologram. Our approach uses a multi-atom ensemble which has been shown to be
efficient for a single spatial mode quantum memory. Due to the multi-atom
nature of the ensemble it is capable of storing many spatial modes, a feature
critical for the present proposal. A quantum hologram has a higher storage
capacity compared to a classical hologram, and is capable of storing quantum
features of an image, such as multimode superposition and entangled quantum
states, something that a standard hologram is unable to achieve. Due to optical
parallelism, the information capacity of the quantum hologram will obviously
exceed that of a single-mode scheme.Comment: 5 pages, 3 figure
Characteristics of the electric field accompanying a longitudinal acoustic wave in a metal. Anomaly in the superconducting phase
The temperature dependence of the amplitude and phase of the electric
potential arising at a plane boundary of a conductor when a longitudinal
acoustic wave is incident normally on it is investigated theoretically and
experimentally. The surface potential is formed by two contributions, one of
which is spatially periodic inside the sample, with the period of the acoustic
field; the second is aperiodic and arises as a result of an additional
nonuniformity of the electron distribution in a surface layer of the metal. In
the nonlocal region the second contribution is dominant. The phases of these
contributions are shifted by approximately \pi /2. For metals in the normal
state the experiment is in qualitative agreement with the theory. The
superconducting transition is accompanied by catastrophically rapid vanishing
of the electric potential, in sharp contrast to the theoretical estimates,
which predict behavior similar to the BCS dependence of the attenuation
coefficient for a longitudinal sound.Comment: 9 pages, 6 figure
