Service Quality in Community Health Centre
The present study has been conducted to understand the level of awareness of people toward quality of services available at CHC level. In order to achieve the objective of this research work, the researcher applied SERVQUAL model through five factors such as Tangibility, Assurance, Responsiveness, Reliability and Empathy. In this way, primary data have been collected from 25 patients at Madina CHC. Further, the collected data have been analysed with the help of Likert five point scale and other statistical tools and techniques. The results of this study suggested that CHC administration should make some more efforts to improve the service quality in terms of Empathy and Reliability
Heterogeneous network optimization using robust power-and-resource based algorithm
In order to meet the increasing mobile data-traffic, spatial densification of network with several low-power nodes, the high-power macro BS and HetNet are the major key enabling solution. However, the HetNet is unplanned in nature, causes irregularities and interferences that without any user association rules. The appropriate deployment of the femto-cell in HetNet can provide effective traffic offloading, where the alleviate mobbing in the macro-cells can decrease the power consumption therefore it optimizes the user experience. Moreover, the protection is also important for the macro and femto cell users in a network through maintaining the min-max level of interferences. In this paper, we proposed RPRA that comprises two robust approach such as robust power-controller and the robust channel-allocation approach, which can improve the spectral efficiency and user experiences at lower network coverage areas via eliminating the week coverage zones. Also provide high user rate connection by effective interference in an efficient spectrum, lowering in transmission power and cost-effectiveness via less time delay. To show the effectiveness of our proposed model we have compared with several existing techniques and we got significant improvement in throughput, also reduction in time delay and transmission power
Patients Awareness and Satisfaction in Government Hospital: A Study of Madina and Kahanaur CHCs in Rohtak District
The present research study has been conducted to gain knowledge about awareness level of patients and their satisfaction towards facilities and services provided in government hospitals. In order to achieve the objective of this research work, the researchers collected primary data from 100 respondent patients (50 from Madina and 50 from Kalanaur CHCs). In this connection, level of awareness and satisfaction level of patients have been measured with the help of Likertâs five point scale measurement. The obtained results of this study suggested that some efforts should be made by the CHCsâ staff to improve the satisfaction level of patients
AN EFFICIENT MICROWAVE ASSISTED MULTICOMPONENT SYNTHESIS OF SOME 7-AMINO-3-(SUBSTITUTED PHENYL)-5-(SUBSTITUTED PHENYL)-[1,2,4]TRIAZOLO[4,3A]PYRIMIDINE-6-CARBONITRILE DERIVATIVES
A series of 7-amino-3-(substituted phenyl)-5-(substituted phenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo [4,3a] pyrimidine-6-carbonitrile derivatives were synthesized from 4-amino-2-hydroxy (OR mercapto)-6-(substituted phenyl)-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile, hydrazine hydrate and aromatic aldehydes. The derivatives were obtained in good yields by the microwave-assisted one-pot protocol in very short reaction time. The synthesized compounds were studied for QSAR by subjecting to a prediction of biological activities applying computer programme PASS. It is found that 7-Amino-3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-5-(2,4-dichloro-phenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine-6-carbonitrile is a promising anticonvulsant agent; which can be synthesized by an efficient, promising, and green synthetic method with high yield
CoRoT reveals a magnetic activity cycle in a Sun-like star
The 11-year activity cycle of the Sun is a consequence of a dynamo process
occurring beneath its surface. We analyzed photometric data obtained by the
CoRoT space mission, showing solar-like oscillations in the star HD49933, for
signatures of stellar magnetic activity. Asteroseismic measurements of global
changes in the oscillation frequencies and mode amplitudes reveal a modulation
of at least 120 days, with the minimum frequency shift corresponding to maximum
amplitude as in the Sun. These observations are evidence of a stellar magnetic
activity cycle taking place beneath the surface of HD49933 and provide
constraints for stellar dynamo models under conditions different from those of
the Sun.Comment: Brevia text and supporting online material, published in Scienc
Methods to Reduce Communication Workload for UAM Operations
Implementation of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations, or air passenger transportation systems within densely populated metropolitan areas, seeks to mitigate increasing traffic congestion. However, the development and integration of UAM operations into the national airspace system comes with its own unique challenges, such as vehicle requirements, flight planning and scheduling, and coordination between UAM flights and air traffic controllers. In particular, verbal coordination will play an integral part in the determined success of UAM operations and its ability to meet projected high consumer demands. In order to meet demands and higher traffic volumes on UAM routes, verbal communication between the UAM pilot and controller must be streamlined to reduce the controller's workload while helping to maintain safety within a given airspace. One method of reducing verbal workload are Letters Of Agreement (LOAs) that outline responsibilities and procedures for operations in an airspace. These LOAs will specify the operations, procedures, and routes for UAM flights. The proposed study will examine the usability of two route formatting styles for LOAs; (i) Verbal route descriptions and (ii) Tower En Route Control (TECs) routes. Verbal route descriptions will include the route name and associated visual cues on the route. The TEC route versions will include relevant waypoints and charts outlining the route with waypoints marked. The study will be part of a UAM X1 human in the loop (HITL) simulation. Controller participants will handle traditional air traffic including moderate levels of UAM traffic on current and modified helicopter routes within the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Scenarios will be counterbalanced and repeated to test both route formatting versions. After each trial, participants will rate the usability of the LOA used in the previous trial via a subjective questionnaire. We expect that controllers will prefer the LOA with TEC routes due to simplicity and visual elements available
