Study on The Effect of Social Support And QOL in The Disabled People Living at Home : Part 1
Get PDFJ市とY町に居住する在宅要介護者とその介護者を対象に、看護ニードと介護状況の実態、さらに社会的サポートが要介護者と家族のQOLに与える効果を明らかにすることを目的として調査を実施し、在宅要介護者本人のアンケートと、介護者から回答してもらったサービスの利用状況を中心に分析をおこなった。それにより、Y町ではJ市に比べて公的サービスが活用され、在宅要介護者、介護者にこれらのサービスが評価されていたこと、さらにY町ではADLがいい状態で保たれており、J市においてももっと社会的サポートを受けることでADLが改善し、寝たきりにならずにすむ人も増えるのではないかということが推測された。We studied the disabled people at home and their families living in J-city and Y-town to clarify the actual condition of care needs and quality of life (QOL) of patient and their families. In this study we analyzed a questionnaire for the disabled people and a result their families answered about the use of public services. It was speculated as follows: 1) Public services are used in Y-town morethan J-city. 2) These services are appreciated in Y-town. 3) Activities of daily living (ADL) are kept in a right condition in Y-town more than J-city. 4) ADL are improved and the bed-bound peoples diminish by appropriate use of the social supports in J-city.departmental bulletin pape
