[์˜๋ฌธ]This study was researched based on screening test data accumulated from 1994 to 2001 for studying of risk factor related with liver disease and prediction model of liver disease./In the existing study related with liver, the main current is the studing on liver cancer, not on liver disease, previous step into liver cancer./As a result of estimating prediction model through the risk factors of liver disease and the growth curve on the basis of data, it is shown that most of the risk factors about liver disease are also those about well as liver cancer./Moreover all the items in screening test have the possibility to become risk factors./By examining frequency of screening test and liver disease prevalence rate, we can conclude that the more a man takse screening test, the lower the prevalence rate is./The shows that it can be the prevention of liver disease to pay attention to the health steadily and take screening test regularly./In addition, to investigate liver disease prevalence from the viewpoint of the future, this study presumed risk factor through the various growth curve analysis and examined logistic regression, descion tree and neural network from those estimators./In the case of neural network using growth curve estimator of /, accuracy of liver disease was 72.55% and sensitivity was 78.62%. On the other hand in the case of liver disease prediction model using recent screening test data estimator, accuracy was 72.09% and sensitivity was 71.72%. Technological advancements have made it possible to produce new sounds, and composers have taken to creating music in novel ways using audio engineering and computer technology. As a result, electronic music and computer music have now become trailblazers opening new horizon in music composition in this era of digital multimedia. The composer Donoung Lee has been active in the field of computer music by formulating interrelationships between music and technology. In Butterfly Effect, he uses Max, a visual programming language for music and multimedia, to modulate the sounds of acoustic instruments, creating different sounds through a digital signal processor. This work can also be considered as an example of interactive music in that the music is technologically controlled through a device called a MIDI controller. This type of composition applies various electro-acoustic effects by combining different parameters to the sound source of a percussion performance, and it can generate numerous acoustic phenomena. Such a complex and full sound mass created by precise combinations of multiple variables can also be found in earlier live electro-acoustic music composed by Donoung Lee. This paper specifically focuses on the piece Butterfly Effect, as the original meaning of the Butterfly Effect is reflected in his unique compositional techniques. The paper includes a comprehensive examination of how acoustic changes take place in this piece through the various components of it. It also examines the roles and meanings of the acoustic changes by focusing on the temporal and spatial rearrangement of the modulated sounds in this work. This piece of musical composition comprehensively reflects the musical outlook, knowledge and capacity of the experimental and adventurous composer Donoung Lee. This study posits a tremendous number of possibilities for the handling and utilization of novel musical materials, and describes the unlimited potential toward music creation given the rapidly changing technological advances.     Effect of Age at Menopause on Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular mortality in Korean Women

    We analyzed the data from the KoGES(Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study) population-based cohort, linked to the Statistics Koreasโ€™s death data to investigate the relationship of menopausal age with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular mortality risk among Korean women. This study included 48,117 women out of 136,725 participants in the cohort, excluding women with hysterectomy and uterus history. Menopause age was divided into four groups: early and premature menopause (before 45 years old), relatively early menopause (45-49 years old), normal menopause (50-54 years old), and late menopause (after 55 years old). The Cox Proportional Hazards Model was used to adjust for potential confounding variables such as age, income, region, drinking, smoking, physical activity, chronic disease (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia), body mass index, menarche age, and first pregnancy age. Our results showed that for total mortality, after controlling for potential confounders, the risk of death was significantly higher in women with early and premature menopause (<45) than in the reference group (50-54)(HR=1.60, 95% CI:1.24-2.06). The women with relatively early menopausal population(45-49) also had an significantly increased risk of total mortality (HR=1.21, 95% CI:1.02-1.44). The hazard ratio of late menopause population(55โ‰ฆ) was 1.18(95% CI:0.95-1.48). The analysis results of cardiovascular mortality showed that the early and premature menopausal women had significantly higher risk of cardiovascular mortality compared to those with the reference group (Hazard Ratio=2.18, 95% CI: 1.05-4.54). However, insignificant hazards ratios were estimated for relatively early menopausal women, and late menopausal women were 1.15 (95% CI:0.62-2.12), and 0.99 (95% CI:0.45-2.20), respectively. It was confirmed that the earlier the menopause, the higher the risk of death from heart disease. Cerebrovascular disease mortality was decreased in the early and premature menopause group(HR=0.32), and was increased in the relatively early menopause group(HR=1.76), and late menopause group(HR=1.52), while these results were not statistically significant. In conclusion, out study suggests that early menopausal age is associated with an increased risk of death from heart disease in Korean women, but such association was not apparent for cerebrovascular disease mortality. In addition, menopause before the age of 50 had an effect on an increased risk of all-cause mortality, but similar increased risk was observed among women with late menopause at age later than 55.
