我国大学生就业能力的结构问题及要素调适
以USEM模型和自行研制的\"国家大学生学情调查研究\"模型集数据库(NCSS)为基础,根据我国大学生的特点编制了本土化的就业能力量表,通过NCSS最近三年(2015—2017年)的数据库对我国本科生的就业能力现状及发展趋势进行分析,并重点就2015年数据库的106所本科高校的120 322名本科大学生进行就业能力及其影响因素分析,发现我国大学生就业能力的总体指标逐年提升,但学科内化力不良;就业能力各因子呈现不同的个体差异;自我就业认知是影响就业能力最重要的个体因素;大学生就业能力的培养更受制于第二课堂的设计;个性化教育培养是弥补个体差异的重要因素。基于此,我国高校应该挑战传统单一的教学方式与内容,改善学生的学科内化力;尊重学生的个体差异性,推动人才的个性化培养;创设职业生涯规划的支撑性环境,助力大学生明确未来发展方向;打破人才培养等同于教学尤其是课堂教学的传统认知,加强第二课堂学以致用设计以形成良性氛围
A Statistical Observation of Crowns and Bridges in 1989 Part 2 Bridges
A study was made of 203 bridges which had been fabricated for patients at the Prosthodontic Clinic of Matsumoto Dental College during 1989. Some of results were as follows; 1) 47.8% of the patients were males and 52.2% were females. 2) 93.1% of the patients were between 20 and 69 years old. 3) 62.2% of the bridges were fabricated as 3-unit bridges. 4) 74.9% were fabricated as 1-pontic bridges. 5) There were fewer bridge retainers for the lower anterior segment than for other segments. 6) 50.4% of bridge retainers were fabricated as full cast crowns. 7) 51.7% were fabricated for non vital teeth. 8) Of pontics, 28.0% were replaced for the upper incisor segment
A Statistical Observation of Adhesion Bridges and Splints
A study was made of 158 adhesion bridges and splints, including 33 recalled cases, which had been fabricated for patients at the Prosthodontic Clinic of Matsumoto Dental College from 1982 to 1989. Some of results are as follows. In the 158 cases, 1) 93.7% involved adhesion bridges. 2) 48.1% involved anterior bridges. In the 33 recalled cases, 1) Ni-Cr alloy was used in 67% of the cases. 2) Ester phospholic resin was used in 63% of them. 3) 33% of the cases involved exfoliation

A study was made of 945 crowns which had been fabricated for patients at the Prosthodontic Clinic of Matsumoto Dental College during 1987. Some of results are as follows; 1) 43.69% of the patients were males and 56.31% were females. 2) 87.16% of the patients were between 20 and 59 years old. 3) Crowns of the upper abutment teeth were more numerous than for the lower abutment teeth. 4) 71.96% of the crowns were fabricated for nonvital teeth. 5) 45.19% of the crowns were fabricated as full cast crowns, 21.59% as facing crowns (20.32% as porcelain fused to metal crowns, 1.27% as resin facing crowns), 10.79% as jacket crowns (9.42% as resin jacket crowns, 1.38% as porcelain jacket crowns), 21.80% as partial coverage crowns, and 0.63% as dowel crowns

花卉的消費直接或間接反應出國家文明與經濟成長的程度,花卉產業具多樣性之特性,無論是切花、盆花及景觀苗木,皆可以不向型態行銷全世界。依據101年版台灣農業統計年報資料,台灣花卉種植面積約11,930公頃,近10年來之平均年產值約124億元,是一項高附加價值之農業產業,以100年資料分析每公頃平均產值高達約132萬元,居所有農作物之冠,為最具國際競爭力之旗艦作物。然而,2003年後台灣花卉年產值雖然維持穩定但卻無法持續成長,可見花卉產業發展面臨瓶頭。其原因除全球經濟景氣及國際競爭壓力外,研發成果不符產業需求或趕不上產業變遷.實為影響產業發展之主要因子。有鑑於此,政府於2009年整合農業單位及學校的相關研究人員,組成花卉研究團隊,針對九大重點作物(蝴蝶蘭、文心蘭、蕙蘭、石斛蘭、火鶴花、洋桔梗、菊花、粗助草及.馬拉巴栗)進行研發,期能提供花卉產業所需之關鍵技街,解決產業發展瓶頭
自染色木质素改性聚丙烯腈纤维的热湿性能
为了尽可能地降低纤维染色过程中造成的污染,高效快速地达到纤维染色的目的,利用木质素对聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维进行改性,并对改性纤维的色牢度以及相关热湿性能进行了研究。结果表明,利用木质素改性PAN纤维,其染色牢度达到使用标准,随着木质素的添加,纤维的回潮率、热收缩性能以及水接触角均有所降低
Modulation Frequency of Carrier-wave Speckle Pattern Correlation Fringe
针对载波电子散斑干涉(CESPI)偏转物面调制法出现的载波相关条纹的调制频率(f)的合理取值问题,通过CESPI迈克尔逊测量系统光路图分析了偏转角(Δα)与调制频率之间关系,根据散斑大小与散斑空间位移间的相关约束条件,推导出载波相关条纹调制频率的极大值公式;根据载波相关条纹图的频谱分离要求,推导了载波相关条纹调制频率的极小值公式.为了有效提高调制频率,提出了一种基于偏转参考镜面的调制方法,并建立了几何光路模型进行理论分析.实验结果表明:该方法能克服散斑尺寸对调制频率的约束,可以有效提高载波相关条纹的调制频率,特别适用于大载荷形变的CESPI测量.For purposes of studying the question how to choose the modulation frequency(f)of carrier-wave speckle pattern correlation fringes rationality when deflexion object surface modulation method was used in carrier-wave electronic speckle pattern interferometry(CESPI)measuring,the relationship between the deflexion angle(Δα)and the frequency was analysed by the beam path of CESPI Michelson measuring system.Then the maximum value formula was deduced based on rectrained condition between speckle size and speckle pattern spatial displacement.And the minimum value formula was deduced based on the spectral separability requirement.For the modulation frequency raise,a modulation method based on deflexion reference mirror was proposed.The geometric optics model was developed to analyze the method in theory.Results of examples showed that the modulation method could overcome the shortage that the speckle size limited the modulation frequency.It could increase the frequency effectively and be particularly applicable to out-of-plane displacements caused by big loads.福建省自然科学基金(2012D115); 福建省科技重点项目(2013H0039); 福建省教育厅科技项目(JA12289;JK2012047
