    Other Spaces in Legal Pedagogy

    There is an increasing focus upon the material and metaphoric spatial dimensions of various academic disciplines, including law. This essay considers the spatial dimensions of legal pedagogy, focusing on Critical Race Theory (CRT). The essay first explains the critical program in law and how CRT grows out of it. The essay then suggests that the critical program, and especially CRT, is as much a human geographic or spatial construct as it is a social, political or historic one, and briefly describes the nature of human geography and legal geography. It next considers how metaphors for understanding CRT\u27s position in legal pedagogy are found in some of Foucault\u27s work on geography. In Des Espaces Autres ( Other Spaces ), Foucault argues that there are three distinct social spaces in society: real spaces, utopias, and heterotopias. What unites them, Foucault suggests, is a space that includes elements of all of these spaces, a space that he calls the mirror. Applying this frame, this essay posits that CRT, both the explicit courses on the topic and the discipline itself, should be re-mapped , that is, barriers to its inclusion in the broader legal pedagogy should be eliminated. In this way, CRT can function as a Foucauldian mirror rather than a heterotopia in legal pedagogy

    改革开放以来中国社会学得与失——现代化、社会资本、理论与学科

    改革开放以来,中国社会学恰好经历了恢复与重建的40年。在这40年中,中国社会学的建设既包括对既有积累的继承与发展,还涉及对当下现实的学科回应;与中国社会的改革与开放并行,在向国外同行的学习中,还需要与国外同行交流。在四条线索同时演进的历史进程中,中国社会学到底得失如何?为反思改革开放以来中国社会学的得与失,北京大学费孝通讲堂于2018年12月邀请中国人民大学社会与人口学院李路路教授、上海大学社会学院张文宏教授、厦门大学社会与人类学院胡荣教授和华东师范大学社会发展学院文军教授,从自己擅长的学科出发,对专业领域的得失进行了评说。其中,李路路、张文宏、胡荣,都是改革开放初期社会学恢复与重建时南开班的学员,是中国社会学恢复与重建的亲历者。伴随中国改革开放40年,中国社会的巨大变迁交织了两个基本过程,其一是现代化,其二是社会转型,外生的和内生的因素同时在这两个过程中发生作用。当中国完成了由低收入国家向中等收入国家的跨越,开始了迈向高收入国家的新征程时,如何认识中国社会变迁的过程和趋势?作为现代化和社会变迁研究的资深学者,李路路对此的评价特别值得期待。改革开放以来的社会学也伴随了人类社会从局部社会因信息技术的应用而快速迈向高度互联社会的历史进程。对这一进程,社会学至少贡献了"社会资本"概念。由社会资本发展出来的,既有理论,也有方法。尽管对社会资本的探讨可以追溯到几十年之前,可是这一领域的真正发展是在20世纪80年代以后,对应的正好是改革开放以来中国社会学的发展阶段,也是中国社会学恢复与重建中同步引进的社会学最新成果。这项引进的得失如何,作为参与者,张文宏有他的判断。在探讨专门领域的同时,参与中国社会学恢复与重建的学者们也希望在理论上有所建树。社会学是脱胎于社会哲学的学科,在180多年的发展历史中,其在理论上的分化已经造成了众多的社会困惑,欧陆社会思辨的社会思想型理论和美国社会实证的科学检验型理论的分野与冲突同时存在于中国社会学的发展之中。胡荣用自己在理论上的探索试图评说中国社会学的得失,也是一家之言。改革开放以后,在社会学恢复与重建之初,费孝通先生提出了社会学学科建设的五脏六腑之说。当然,学科建设远不只是社会学自己的事情,与相邻学科、与社会、与政府、与市场,有着千丝万缕的联系与关系。文军作为改革开放以来社会学恢复与重建后的第二代学者,完全可以跳出初期亲历者的情感牢笼,站在更加客观的立场上,在学科层次看待改革开放以来中国社会学的得与失。改革开放以来社会学的发展,涉及学科领域的众多事项,从机构到机制,从教学到科研,从会议到出版,从传承到发展,可谓千头万绪。这里仅仅是希望从内部人的视角,以两个专门领域以及理论和学科建设层面来管窥学科建设与发展的得与失。文章在最终成文时,均有改动或重撰,借此抛砖引玉,以对学术建设与发展有所贡献。2017年上海市教委人文社会科学重大项目“社会转型的中国实践与转型社会学的建构”(201701070005E00041)阶段性成

    转录因子KLF16对非酒精性脂肪肝病脂质代谢的影响

    目的探究转录因子KLF16在非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)中的表达改变以及其对脂质代谢的影响。方法通过高脂饮食诱导小鼠构建NAFLD的动物模型。将小鼠分为正常饮食组(ND)和高脂饮食组(HFD);油酸诱导小鼠肝脏原代细胞构建NAFLD细胞模型。将细胞分为对照组(Control)和油酸诱导组(OA);实时荧光定量PCR (RT-qPCR)和蛋白免疫印迹技术(Western blot)方法检测NAFLD动物和细胞模型中KLF16的表达变化。通过小鼠尾静脉注射腺相关病毒(AAV)和细胞瞬时转染siRNA构建KLF16敲减的体内外模型。油红染色,苏木素伊红染色(HE)等方法检测KLF16敲减前后细胞NAFLD模型中脂质沉积的变化;RT-qPCR方法检测KLF16敲减前后细胞和动物NAFLD模型中脂质代谢关键基因表达的变化;Western blot方法检测KLF16敲减前后细胞NAFLD模型中内质网应激蛋白的表达。结果KLF16在HFD组和OA组表达水平上调,KLF16敲低后OA组脂质沉积加重,肝细胞内TC水平组间无变化(P>0.05),TG水平出现不同程度的上升(P<0.05,P<0.001)。同时引发脂质代谢关键基因的改变,KLF16表达改变也引发OA组中内质网应激蛋白表达改变。结论转录因子KLF16可能通过内质网应激缓解非酒精性脂肪肝病的脂质沉积

    Design and measurements of the high gradient accelerating structures

    The purpose of this thesis was to study on design and measurements of the high gradient accelerating structures. After introducing the main parameters to characterize Linacs we explained the application of the periodic accelerating structure. Then we studied TW accelerating structure operating at K-band frequency in order to linearize longitudinal space phase to increase beam brightness in the framework of the Compact Light XLS project in order to produce hard x-ray. We estimated group velocity as a function of frequency both analytically and numerically. Analytical results have a good agreement with the numerical results. The main parameters such as shunt impedance, quality factor (Geometric factor) and R/Q independently from the operating frequency for the TM010, TM110 and TM011 for a single cylindrical “pill-box” have been determined analytically as they provide accurate model for the accelerating structures. In order to characterize a normal conducting high accelerating structure with maximum gradients operating at X-band with extremely low probability of RF breakdown, an electroformed SW structures has been fabricated and characterized by SLAC and INFN with collaboration of other institute around the world at 11.424 GHz, coated with Au-Ni. We designed a gold plate RF high gradient structure operating at the X- band coated with Au-Ni. Bench measurements have been performed in the Department of SBAI of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. The Slater method for the SW cavity has been employed in order to quantify the electric field inside the structure. Comparing the results with the results exposed from HFSS we report the features that have been quantified, showing good agreement. We continued working on the perturbation effect due to the aperture coupled between a waveguide and a cavity but for our application in SW multi-cell high gradient accelerating structure we studied on theoretical approach for reflection coefficient calculation in a SW cavity coupled to a waveguide. One method was based on circuit theory in which we found the overall Q of a resonant circuit for a cavity coupled to an external waveguide containing the RF generator. Q calculation led to the determining of the shunt impedance and consequently the reflection coefficient calculation. Comparison of the results shows a good agreement with the numerical results carried out by using the numerical code, HFSS. Another method of reflection coefficient calculation has been accomplished. We applied the modified Bethe’s theory presented by Collin and developed by De santis, Mostacci and L.Palumbo for TM01 mode cavities coupled by a small hole with a thickness size comparable to the wavelength. The amplitudes of forward and backward waves due to polarizabilites have been determined and we found equations for reflection and transmission coefficients. We demonstrated that our equation for reflection coefficient calculation is an analogous of the reflection coefficient obtained by Collin for TE10 using the circuit theory

    为了解决无卡轴旋切机圆木旋切过程中进给电机转速与刀刃所处水平位置的数学模型计算耗时的问题,本文采用Mathematica工具对转速函数进行多项式拟合,得出简单且便于单片机运算的拟合函数。同时运用Mathematica比较分析了原函数和各次拟合函数间的转速差及加工后的单板厚度误差。Working principle of log-core veneer lathe had been analyzed in detail,and the mathematical model between the motor speed and the position of the knife-carriage was established,but the model is difficult to calculate.In order to solve the question,this article simulated the complicated speed model with Mathematica software,and educed simulative function that is simple and easy to calculate use single chip.In the meantime,compared the speed-error and thickness-error between simulative function and original function with mathematica software,and measured the time that calculate every simulative function with WAVE software simulator,then chose the fittest simulative function by comparing the thickness-error and calculating time

    Determination of Pseudostellarin B in Pseudostellaria heterophylla by HPCE and Study on Its Fingerprints Analysis

    建立了测定太子参中环肽Pseudostellarin B含量的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)分析方法,对10种不同产地太子参中环肽Pseudostellarin B的含量进行了测定。HPCE工作条件:采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管(内径75μm,有效长度50cm),分离电压为15kV,柱温20℃,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测波长为203nm,缓冲液为20mmol/L硼砂(pH=9.3)溶液。在选定的工作条件下,环肽Pseudostellarin B浓度与其响应信号值之间具有较好的线性相关性(Y=0.6357X+2.546,R=0.9985),加标回收率在93.8%~105.6%之间。在此基础上进行了太子参HPCE指纹图谱研究,采用中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件对不同太子参样品的HPCE指纹图谱进行相似度计算,以系统生成的对照指纹图谱为对照模板,10份样品中有8份的相似度在0.90以上,说明该方法可用于太子参质量控制。A modern HPCE analysis method was developed for determinating cyclic peptide Pseudostellarin B in Pseudostellaria heterophylla(Miq.) Pax.Separation and determination were carried out by HPCE under the following conditions: bared fused silica capillary (50 cm×75 μm i.d.),20 mmol/L borate (pH=9.3)as buffer,the run voltage is +15 kV,detection length of UV at 203 nm,and column temperature of 20 ℃.The results indicated that the developed method was simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of Pseudostellarin B with a good linearity(Y=0.6357X+2.546,R=0.9985),and the recovery ranges of 93.8%~105.6%.Based on this method,the HPCE fingerprints of Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.) Pax were established.The fingerprints were compared by the software of the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint.The fingerprint congruence coefficients of 8 electropherograms in 10 were above 0.90.The method of HPCE fingerprint is reliable and accurate.国家自然科学基金项目(20235020);; 国家科技部攻关项目(2003BA759C

    Application of the three-dimensional visualization and 3D printing technology for the preoperative evaluation of retroperitoneal tumors

    目的探讨三维重建及3D打印技术在腹膜后肿瘤术前评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2015年9月厦门大学附属成功医院收治的50例腹膜; 后肿瘤病人的临床资料,应用人体器官三维建模软件将病人的CT二维图像重建成三维可视化图像,使用人体器官模型3D打印设备,用两色热塑性塑料打印实物模; 型,通过观察肿瘤与腹腔器官、腹部大血管之间的关系进行术前评估并制定手术方案。实施手术,术中比较重建结果与实际的区别。结果50例病人均成功完成三维; 重建,其中10例病人完成3D打印,三维重建结果及3D打印模型能够立体、清晰和实物化的显示肿瘤解剖学位置及与周围器官、血管的毗邻关系,与术中实际情; 况大致相符。50例病人均顺利施行手术,术中无死亡。结论三维重建及3D打印技术能够对腹膜后肿瘤术前进行精准评估,对指导手术具有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of three dimensional; visualization and 3D printing technology in the preoperative evaluation; of retroperitoneal tumors. Methods March 2011 to September 2015,the; clinical data of 50 cases of retroperitoneal tumor patients in Xiamen; University Affiliated successful hospital were retrospectively analyzed.; Xiamen strong science and technology R & D human organ 3D modeling; software will reconstruct 2D CT image visualization into a; three-dimensional visualization image,and then it can print physical; model with the company's XMQB-I human organ model 3D printing equipment; and white thermoplastic. At last,preoperative evaluation and surgical; plan can be made through the relationship between the tumor,organs in; abdominal cavity,and abdominal vascular. During the surgery,make a; comparison between the visualization results with the actual condition.; Results 50 cases of patients were successfully completed the; three-dimensional visualization,including 10 cases of patients; completed. Three-dimensional visualization and 3D printing model can; three-dimensionally,clearly show the adjacent relationship between the; anatomical tumour location and surrounding organs and blood; vessels,broadly in line with the actual surgery. 50 surgeries were; successfully performed,no death during perioperative period. Conclusion; Three dimensional visualization and 3D printing technology can make an; accurate preoperative evaluation of retroperitoneal tumors,which has a; certain application value for guiding surgery.国家自然科学基
