响应面法提取公石松总黄酮工艺优化研究
目的:采用响应面法优化公石松总黄酮微波提取工艺。方法:先摸索液料比、反应时间、微波功率、反应温度四个微波提取条件,然后依据Box-Benhnken试验设计拟用四因素三水平方法,以公石松总黄酮提取率为响应值进行响应面试验,最后对不同公石松样品的总黄酮进行对比分析。结果:得出最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比30∶1(ml·g-1)、反应时间6.72 min,微波功率699.99 W,反应温度90℃,公石松总黄酮的提取率可达到1.02%。结论:微波提取工艺优化后公石松总黄酮的提取率可达1.02%;公石松叶子中的总黄酮含量高于茎,成熟期的总黄酮含量高于未成熟期。福建省教育厅中青年教师教育科研项目(编号:JAT171141);;漳州卫生职业学院课题项目(编号:ZYZ201701
Effects of La~(3+) on H~+ Transmembrane Gradient and Membrane Potential in Rice Seedling Roots
The effects of LaCl 3 on membrane potential and transmembrane proton gradient for rice ( Oryza sativa ) seedling roots were studied. Highly purified plasma membranes were isolated by aqueous two phase partitioning method. Both the gradient of transmembrane proton and membrane potential were stimulated by certain low concentration of LaCl 3 and depressed by high concentration of LaCl 3. Permeation and characterization of TiO_2/PVA hybrid membranes
通过纳米TiO2粒子填充改性制备了新型TiO2/PVA杂化膜。红外光谱表明纳米TiO2表面的羟基与聚乙烯醇(PVA)链上的羟基存在较强的氢键作用。扫描电镜显示当TiO2的质量分数低于1.5%时,在PVA中分散均匀。X射线衍射显示纳米TiO2的加入降低了膜的结晶度。通过对含水质量分数低于20%的水/乙醇体系的脱水研究了该杂化膜的渗透性能,考察了TiO2粒子填充量、料液质量分数和温度与膜分离性能之间的关系。渗透通量J随着TiO2、水质量分数和温度的升高而增加,分离因子随着温度和水质量分数的升高而下降,在TiO2质量分数为1.5%时分离因子达到最佳值。40℃下分离质量分数85%的乙醇水溶液,分离因子可达1 590,渗透通量为0.049kg/(m2.h)。Novel nanometer-sized TiO2 filled polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) membranes were prepared.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) indicates that there is a strong hydrogen-bond interaction between PVA and TiO2.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) shows that TiO2 particles are well distributed in the membrane matrix when TiO2 mass fraction is less than 1.5%.X-ray diffraction(XRD) reveals that the crystallinity of the hybrid membrane is lower than that of the PVA membrane.The permeation properties of the membrane was studied through the dehydration of water/ethanol system,of which water mass fraction is less than 20%,and the effects of TiO2 mass fraction,feed water mass fraction and temperature on the permeation properties of the membrane were investigated.The results show that the permeation flux J increases with increasing TiO2 mass fraction,feed water mass fraction and temperature.Meanwhile,the separation factor α decreases with increasing the feed water mass fraction and temperature.Separation factor arrives at an optimal value when TiO2 mass fraction is 1.5%.The separation factor and permeation flux reach 1 590 and 0.049 kg/(m2·h) respectively for the separation of mass fraction 85% ethanol/water solution at 40 ℃.国家自然科学基金资助项目(50573063);; 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项
Electrochemiluminescence Imaging Hydrogen Evolution Reaction on Single Platinum Nanoparticles Using a Bipolar Nanoelectrode Array
本文制备了嵌于多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)膜中直径为200 nm,间距为450 nm的高密度(5.7 × 108 cm-2)的金纳米电极阵列,纳米电极分布规则,尺寸高度均一。我们将该金纳米电极阵列作为双极电极阵列,可将电极一侧的电化学法拉第信号在另一侧电极上转化成电致化学发光(ECL)信号,从而实现对单个铂纳米颗粒上氢气析出反应(HER)进行亚微米空间分辨率的电化学成像。本文介绍的方法为高空间分辨率成像电催化材料、能源材料以及细胞过程的局部电化学活性提供了一个良好的平台。A high-density (5.7 × 108 cm-2) nanoelectrode array with the electrode diameter of 200 nm and the interelectrode distance of 450 nm were fabricated. The nanoelectrode array consisted of gold nanowires embedded in a porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) matrix, having regular nanoelectrode distribution and highly uniform nanoelectrode size. The gold nanoelectrode array was used as a closed bipolar nanoelectrode array combined with electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method to map the electrocatalytic activity of platinum nanoparticles toward hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) by modifying the catalysts on single nanoelectrodes. Results show that HER on single bipolar nanoelectrodes could be imaged with the sub-micrometer spatial resolution. 2018年安溪珠塔内窑调查报告
2018年5月至7月,厦门大学历史系考古专业、福建博物院文物考古研究所及安溪县博物馆等单位联合组成\"安溪古窑址调查队\",对安溪珠塔内窑进行了全面的调查,基本了解珠塔内窑古窑址分布与保存情况,采集了一批明末清初的青花瓷器、白瓷与窑具标本,并发现部分窑炉遗迹,为研究闽南地区青花瓷窑业发展提供了第一手资料

A Text Filtering Module Based on Concept-expanded
该文在介绍文本过滤的背景及向量空间模型的同时,提出了基于语义词典对用户模板进行扩充的文本过滤模型,该模型首先对文本进行分析,把文本表示成向量空间中的向量形式,在形成用户初始模板之后,对用户模板进行同义词扩充,形成扩充后的用户模板,以此模板来进行文本过滤。在用户反馈的基础上,自适应地修改该模板,以适应用户变化的需求及改善系统过滤性能。实验表明,这样的确可以提高系统覆盖面,提高系统效率。In this paper we first give some information about the text filtering and VSM(Vector Support Machine),then we introduce a model that build a concept-expanded-based profile.We use this concept-expanded profile to sift the information which may be of the user's interest.In the model,the profile is represented as a vector in the vector space.We use the synsets in WordNet to expand the profile automatically.The enrichment of profile with semantically-related terms can enhance recall,as it permits matching relevant text that could not contain any of the old profile terms.A filtering system should be able to adapt to user's interest changes,so we automatically modify the user model to recognize the changes.Experimental results show that the methods can improve the text filtering performance.国家863高技术研究发展计划项目(编号:2001AA114110);; 福建省科技计划重点项目(编号:2001H023
A Text Filtering Module Based on Lexical Chain
在介绍文本过滤的背景及传统基于关键词的向量空间方法不足之处的同时,引入了词汇链的概念,提出了基于词汇链表示文本的文本过滤模型,该模型首先对文本进行分析,把文本表示成词汇链的形式,在形成用户初始模板之后,以此模板来进行文本过滤。在用户反馈的基础上,自适应地修改该模板,以适应用户变化的需求及改善系统过滤性能,实验表明,这样的确可以提高系统精度。In this paper we first give some information about the text filtering and the defects in VSM(Vector Support Machine),then we introduce the concept of lexical chain,give a model that build a profile based on lexical chain.We first analyse the text,then express the text with lexical chain.We use this lexicalchained profile to sift the information which may be of the user's interest.A filtering system should be able to adapt to user's interest changes,so we automatically modify the user model to recognize the changes.Experimental results show that the methods can improve the text filtering performance.国家"863"计划项目(2001AA114110);; 福建省科技计划重点项目(2001H023
