    弧齿锥齿轮具有设计加工参数复杂的特点,在对弧齿锥齿轮高速干切削技术参数进行搜集和评价的基础上,基于Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库开发平台建立了弧齿锥齿轮高速干切削机床、刀具、夹具、工件、加工参数的数据库,利用Visual Basic 6.0开发了应用程序,并实现了数据库的查询、添加、修改、删除等基本操作功能。使用该数据库系统,可快速获取弧齿锥齿轮加工所需的各项技术参数,对提高切削效率和加工质量,降低加工成本起到很大的促进作用

    以亚甲基蓝为光敏剂,研究了左旋海松酸丁醇胺盐(简称ASL)在95%乙醇中的光敏氧化反应。结果表明,ASL经光敏氧化反应生成左旋海松酸环过氧化物丁醇胺盐(简称ASLP);由于溶解度低,小于1 g.(100 mL)-1,以及对含有碱性基团的亚甲基蓝的弱吸附作用,ASLP在反应过程自动结晶析出,分离与纯化方法简单易行;光敏剂、反应溶剂无需任何处理,可以直接回收使用。Abstract:Photo-sensitized ox idatio n reactio n of 2-amino-2-methy l-1-propanol salt of levopimaric acid (ASL)in 95 % ethanol was studied by using methy lene blue as a sensitizer .It demonstrated tha t 2-amino-2-methy l-1-propanol salt of levopimaric acid transannular perox ide (ASLP)were synthesized and easily precipitated from solution because of its lower solubility <1 g·(100m L)-1 under temper ature less than 60 ℃.Without chemical abso rption of methylene blue containing basic g roups , ASLP can be easily separated and purified using simple filtration and recrystallization techniques, and sensitizer and solvent can also be reused without any treatment.广西青年科学基金(桂科青0728016);广西林产化学品开发与应用重点实验室开放基金(GXFC08-13);广西高校人才小高地科研基

    研究松香的主要成分枞酸在磷钨酸季铵盐[π-C5H5N(CH2)15CH3]3PW12O40/H2O2催化反应体系中的氧化反应,考察催化剂用量、H2O2用量和反应温度对枞酸氧化转化率的影响,并通过紫外光谱、红外光谱以及气质联用谱对氧化产物进行结构表征。结果表明,在温和条件下,磷钨酸季铵盐能较好地催化过氧化氢对枞酸的氧化反应,枞酸的共轭双键已被破坏,枞酸氧化产物主要为脱氢枞酸、7-羟基-脱氢枞酸和7-羰基-脱氢枞酸;在本实验最佳的反应条件(枞酸5 mmol,催化剂0.084 g,30%H2O20.9 mL,温度30℃,反应时间5 h)下,枞酸的氧化转化率大于95%。Abstract :Oxidation reaction of abietic acid (one of the main compo nents of rosin )in quaternary ammonium phospho tung state [ π- C5H5N(CH2)15CH3] 3PW12O40 / H2O2 catalyst system was studied .Effects of dosage of catalyst , volume of H2O2 , reactio n tempera ture o n conversion of abietic acid were investigated, and the composition and structure of oxidation product were analy zed by IR, UV and GC/ MS spectra .The experimental results showed that ox idation reaction of abietic acid with H2O2 was easily carried out by using quaternary ammonium phosphotungstate as ca taly st under normal conditio ns;dehydroabietic acid , 7-hy dro xy- dehydroabietic acid and 7- dicarbonyl -dehydroabietic acid as the main compositions of ox ida tio n product were found , .mo re than 95 % conversion fo r oxidation of abie tic acid w as achieved under the optimum conditions(5 m mol of abietic acid, 0.084 g of catalyst , 0.9 mL of 30% of H2O2 , temperature 30 ℃ and reaction time for 5 h).广西青年科学基金(桂科青0728016);广西林产化学品开发与应用重点实验室开放基金(GXFC08-13);广西高校人才小高地科研基

    探讨了以乙酸乙酯替代丙酮为溶剂,从松脂中分离左旋海松酸的新工艺。结果表明,在乙酸乙酯中,松脂树脂酸与丁醇胺反应,生成粒径大、粘度小、易于转移、过滤和洗涤的聚针晶形胺盐沉淀;减压过滤得到的胺盐粗产物具有溶剂残留量少、色泽浅、分散性好的特点,仅用95%乙醇重结晶提纯2次,就可获得纯度为95%的左旋海松酸胺盐;左旋海松酸胺盐和左旋海松酸的得率高于以丙酮为溶剂的传统工艺。A new technology was developed for improving the isolation of levopimaric acid from Pine Oleoresin by amine salt method with ethyl acetate as a substitute for acetone. The isolation effect of levopimaric acid in different solvents was investigated. The results indicated that when butanolamine was mixed with resin acids of Pine Oleoresin in ethyl acetate, a big needle-shaped precipitate with low viscosity formed gradually and could easily be transferred, filtered and washed. The solid collected by suction filtration is a white desiccated amine salt crude product. By only twice re-crystallization from 95% alcohol, the crude product gave a crystal containing up to 95 % butanolamine salt of levopimaric acid.     STUDY ON THE GENETIC DIVERSITY OF AMPHIOXUS

    运用分子标记技术 ,对厦门现有文昌鱼(BranchiostomabalcheriGray)海域 (蟹口海域、南线海域、黄厝海域 )文昌鱼种群进行遗传多样性研究。通过10个有效引物的RAPD反应 ,共扩增出238条带 ,其中多态性条带为121,占总扩增条带的50.84 %。Nei指数法分析和UPGMA统计分析表明 :厦门3个海域文昌鱼可分为2个组 ,平均遗传距离为0.11。南线海域文昌鱼和黄厝海域文昌鱼的遗传距离为0.07 ,亲缘关系较近 ,聚类于同一组 ;蟹口海域文昌鱼与南线海域文昌鱼和黄厝海域文昌鱼的遗传距离分别为0.12和0.14 ,亲缘关系较远 ,单独为一组 ,结论与3个海域的文昌鱼形态比较结果一致 ,出现遗传分化。Shannon遗传多样性指数统计结果表明 :蟹口海域种群为0.616 ,南线海域种群为0.497,黄厝海域种群为0.391。厦门文昌鱼种群遗传多样性是各种群的遗传特性与该海域各种环境生态因子长期作用的结果 ,三元线性相关分析发现目前主要生态因素是底质和海水深度 ,3个海域中以蟹口海域的自然环境最为优越(其底质为中粗沙或粗中沙、水深8~15m)。根据以上研究结果 ,本文提出了厦门海域文昌鱼资源的保护建议。Amphioxus(Branchiostoma balcheri Gray)is a rare marine species under state level protection(2nd class).RAPD molecular marker technique suitable for analyzing the genetic differentiation of amphioxus was established and used in the investigation on genetic diversity of the amphioxus population in nowadays Xiamen sea areas(Xiekou,Nanxian and Huang-cuo).238bands were amplified from RAPD analysis on10valid oligonucleotide arbitrary primers,of which,121were polymorphic bands(50.84%of the total).Nei indexanalysis and UPGMA statistical analysis indicated that amphioxuses in these3areas could be divided intotwogroups withthe average genetic distance of0.11.The genetic distance between animals in Nanxian and Huangcuo area was0.07and thus could be classified as one group due to close genetic relationships, The population in Xiekou,however,belonged to another group due to its distance,0.12and0.14,fromHuangcuo′s popuˉlation.This resultwas in accordance withthe morphological comparison amonganimals fromthose areas.Shannon's statistics on genetic diversity,showed the indices in populations of Xiekou,Nanxian and Huangcuo,were0.616,0.497and0.391,respectively.This was reasonable because the best environment was found in the Xiekou area with a substrate of mediˉum-coarse or coarse-mediumsand and a water depth8-10m.On the basis of these results suggestions were formulated regarding amphioxus resource protection in the Xiamen sea area.福建省青年科技人才创新项目2001J033

    利用松脂制备的2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇左旋海松酸盐进行光敏氧化反应,合成左旋海松酸跨环过氧化物丁醇胺盐,经酸化、异构化、酯化等步骤得到12-羰基-8-羟基-7,8-二氢枞酸(5a)及其甲酯(5b);研究5a和5b与2,4-二硝基苯肼的缩合反应,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、元素分析仪、1H和13C核磁共振谱对反应产物进行结构表征。结果表明,在浓硫酸催化作用下,5a和5b与2,4-二硝基苯肼发生缩合反应,生成新的化合物12-(2,4-二硝基苯腙基)-8-羟基-7,8-二氢枞酸(6a)及其甲酯(6b);6a和6b存在一个较大π电子共轭体系,其分子结构较稳定。Abstract: 12-carboxy-8-hydroxy -7,8-dihydroabietic acid (5a) and its methyl ester (5b) was prepared through several steps,including acidification,isomerization and esterification,of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol salt of levopimaric acid transannular peroxide,which was obtained from directly photo-sensitized oxidation reaction of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol salt of levopimaric acid isolated from pine oleoresin. The reaction of 5a and 5b with 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine were investigated,and then the products were characterized by means of UV,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,and elemental analysis. The experimental results showed that the new compounds 12-(2,4-dinitro-phenylhydrazono)-8-hydroxy-7,8-dihydroabietic acid (6a) and its methyl ester (6b),which have an extensive π electron conjugation and structural stability, were synthesized by a condensation reaction of 5a and 5b with 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine by using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.广西青年科学基金项目(桂科青0728016);广西林产化学品开发与应用重点实验室开放基金项目(GXFC0813);广西高校松香系列新产品开发人才小高地开放基金项
