The aim of the study was to analyze comorbidity in patients who underwent a course of antiviral therapy for chronic hepatitis C with direct antiviral drugs.Materials and methods: 288 patients diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C with stages of liver fibrosis from F1 to F4 according to the METAVIR scale, various genotypes, who underwent antiviral therapy with direct antiviral drugs in the period from 2018 to 2021, were under observation, with an analysis of comorbid and multimorbid diseases. Results of the study: most often in these patients, regardless of gender and antiviral therapy regimen, lesions of the gastrointestinal tract were registered in the form of various inflammatory diseases, as well as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. In second place in terms of frequency of occurrence, diseases of the endocrine system were diagnosed, primarily due to the development of metabolic syndrome, as well as damage to the thyroid gland, as an extrahepatic manifestation of chronic HCV infection. Slightly less marked diseases of the cardiovascular system. A relationship was found between the number of comorbid diseases and the body mass index, with an increase in which the stage of liver fibrosis progresses. Conclusions: The frequency of comorbidity and multimorbidity in patients with chronic HCV infection is significantly higher than in uninfected patients. Patients with chronic hepatitis C with advanced stages of liver fibrosis (F3 and F4 according to the MEVIR scale) with overweight and obesity of varying severity are characterized by the highest incidence of comorbidities. A variety of extrahepatic manifestations of chronic hepatitis C determine the polymorbid profile of the patient.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ: Π°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ· ΡΠΎΠΏΡΡΡΡΠ²ΡΡΡΠ΅ΠΉ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΠΈ Ρ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ΅Π½ΡΠΎΠ², ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΠΈΡ

In recent decades, increasing importance in modern diagnostic algorithms is given to techniques that use optical systems, including those with the ability to examine organs in various spectral ranges and in fluorescence modes. The rapid development of modern technologies and their implementation in the field of healthcare requires constant improvement of the organization of medical care to the population. Endoscopic services in Russia began to emerge in the 70s of the 20th century. In the early stages, it was represented by independent diagnostic rooms based on large medical clinics and research centers. Over the past decades, endoscopic methods of diagnosis and treatment have moved far forward. For the successful use of endoscopic technologies in clinical practice, qualified medical personnel are needed, including oncologists, gastroenterologists, and other specialists proficient in endoscopic techniques. The human potential of endoscopy was initially formed by part-timers, most often from surgeons and therapists. In this regard, it is necessary to analyze the activities of specialist doctors who provide medical care in outpatient conditions. The aim of the study was to analyze the activities of gastroenterologists providing outpatient medical care at the federal level and in the pilot regions of the Russian Federation. The multidirectionality of trends regarding the level of burden on gastroenterologists in the subjects of the Russian Federation is established. In all federal districts, a decrease in the number of visits per gastroenterologist and a decrease in the part-time coefficient was observed.Π ΠΏΠΎΡΠ»Π΅Π΄Π½ΠΈΠ΅ Π΄Π΅ΡΡΡΠΈΠ»Π΅ΡΠΈΡ Π²ΡΠ΅ Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΡΠ΅Π΅ Π·Π½Π°ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ Π² ΡΠΎΠ²ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΡ

Achieving sustainable economic growth has become an important point on the global agenda today. Harmonious coordination of sustainable development components, ensuring economic growth, social stability and ecological balance, can be achieved in the long term using the concept of circular economy, which, in turn, serves as a practical tool for transition to green economy. Despite the fact that implementation of circular economy is becoming global and competitive advantages of implementing this concept are becoming more obvious, in general, it has not been widely developed in Belarus yet. The paper reviews conceptual basis of circular agriculture, reveals peculiarities and principal differences from the traditional production model. Based on study of world experience, the importance of state support and scientific support for circular transformation of the industry has been substantiated. Sectoral specifics of plant production and livestock waste use is revealed. The results of agricultural producers survey regarding use of waste in various areas are presented: transfer for processing, sale, use of third-party secondary raw materials. Information, economic and technological barriers retaining circular transformation of Belarusian agriculture are revealed. Prospects of implementing principles of circular economy for large agricultural producers and small farm households have been substantiated. The issues covered in the paper are of interest when preparing projects of state social and economic development programs, sectoral programs for development of agro-industrial complex, strategies for ensuring environmentally safe production and efficient use of natural resources for the period until 2025. Practical use of the proposed results and proposals for implementation of circular economy principles in agriculture will ensure more efficient use of raw materials within production cycles and achieve sustainable development of agriculture in general.ΠΠ° ΡΠΎΠ²ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠΌ ΡΡΠ°ΠΏΠ΅ Π΄ΠΎΡΡΠΈΠΆΠ΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΡΡΠΎΠΉΡΠΈΠ²ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΊΠΎΠ½ΠΎΠΌΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΎΡΡΠ° ΡΡΠ°Π»ΠΎ Π²Π°ΠΆΠ½ΡΠΌ ΠΏΡΠ½ΠΊΡΠΎΠΌ Π³Π»ΠΎΠ±Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΏΠΎΠ²Π΅ΡΡΠΊΠΈ Π΄Π½Ρ. stable angina is a socially significant disease that requires significant financial costs to the health system and patients.Β In recent years the increased heart rate has been considered as a significant risk factor for poor prognosis in stable angina. The aimΒ of the research: assessment of the economic viability of the inclusion of ivabradine in the scheme of treatment of stable angina inΒ terms of health care system of the Republic of Belarus. Material and methods. Markovβs model of ivabradine use in patients withΒ stable angina pectoris has been constructed on the basis of a systematic review of the literature, national surveillance data, localΒ health services market and cardiovascular drugs market estimation. βCost-effectivenessβ and βcost-utilityβ analyses have beenΒ used. The target population of patients suffering from angina pectoris and in need of ivabradine prescription has been estimatedΒ with data from clinical studies and national epidemiological data. The potential effectiveness of ivabradine in the Belarusian patientΒ population has been evaluated. Results. The size of the target patient population with stable angina for the ivabradine prescriptionΒ was 17559 people. The use of ivabradine within 18 months in the target population patient with increased heart rate would allowΒ potentially prevent 366 cases of nonfatal myocardial infarction and unstable angina, 143 cases of cardiovascular death, 391 case ofΒ revascularization. According to the results of the analysis the prescription of ivabradine in optimum dose with a minimum cost perΒ 1 mg is the optimum pharmacoeconomic acceptability in patients with stable angina and high heart rate (70 beats per minute).ΠΠΎΠ»Π΅Π·Π½ΠΈ ΡΠΈΡΡΠ΅ΠΌΡ ΠΊΡΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠΎΠ±ΡΠ°ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ, Π²ΠΊΠ»ΡΡΠ°Ρ ΡΡΠ°Π±ΠΈΠ»ΡΠ½ΡΡ ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎΠΊΠ°ΡΠ΄ΠΈΡ, ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΡΡΡ ΠΊ ΡΠΎΡΠΈΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎ-Π·Π½Π°ΡΠΈΠΌΡΠΌ Π·Π°Π±ΠΎΠ»Π΅Π²Π°Π½ΠΈΡΠΌ, ΡΡΠ΅Π±ΡΡΡΠΈΠΌ Π·Π½Π°ΡΠΈΡΠ΅Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ
