    Scale Invariant and Rotation Invariant Image Watermarking

    The scheme proposed is an improved version of the image watermarking scheme in "Scale-Invariant Image Watermarking via Optimization Algorithm for Quantizing Randomized Statistics". The previous watermarking scheme was scale invariant but not rotation invariant.
