    Perangkat mobile sudah menjadi bagian keseharian sebagian besar penduduk. Berbagai macam perangkat lunak pun bermunculan untuk memanfaatkan kesempatan tersebut, termasuk perangkat lunak berbentuk permainan. Untuk mempermudah pengembangan permainan pada perangkat mobile salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan class library dalam pengembangan permainan tersebut. Class library dapat membantu penyeragaman modul-modul yang berbeda sehingga dapat membantu pengimplementasian aturan main dari permainan ke modul-modul yang berbeda. Class library diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian fungsionalitas untuk menguji seluruh fungsi yang ada. Seluruh fungsi dapat dijalankan dengan baik, namun proses integrasi modul web service dan sosial ke class library mengalami kesulitan karena Unity mengharuskan beberapa komponen class library tersambung dengan objek Unity. Hal ini membuat class library tidak dapat dipisah menjadi independen dari Unity sehingga modul web service dan sosial tidak dapat menggunakan class library dengan sempurna. Modul epic battle dapat mengimplementasikan fitur transisi dan aturan main pertarungan dari class library karena modul tersebut juga berbasis Unity sehingga tidak mengharuskan pemisahan class library. =============================================================================================== Mobile device has become a part of the mass’ daily lives. A lot of softwares appeared to use that chance, including game softwares. To ease the development of games in mobile devices, one of the solution is to use class library in the development of the game. Class library can help to uniform the different modules, so it can help the implementation of the main gameplay to the different modules. Class library is tested with functionality testing to test all the available functions. All functions can be run smoothly, but the integration process from the web service module and the social module experienced some difficulties because Unity needs to have some class library components attached to the Unity objects. This makes the class library inseparable into an independent entity from Unity so that the web service module and the social module cannot use the class library perfectly. The epic battle module can implement the transition feature and the battle gameplay from the class library because that module is also Unitybased, hence needing no separation from the class library

    Engine performance characteristics and evaluation of variation in the length of intake plenum

    In the engine with multipoint fuel injection system using electronically controlled fuel injectors has an intake manifold in which only the air flows and, the fuel is injected into the intake valve. Since the intake manifolds transport mainly air, the supercharging effects of the variable length intake plenum will be different from carbureted engine. Engine tests have been carried out with the aim of constituting a base study to design a new variable length intake manifold plenum. The objective in this research is to study the engine performance characteristics and to evaluate the effects of the variation in the length of intake plenum. The engine test bed used for experimental work consists of a control panel, a hydraulic dynamometer and measurement instruments to measure the parameters of engine performance characteristics. The control panel is being used to perform administrative and management operating system. Besides that, the hydraulic dynamometer was used to measure the power of an engine by using a cell filled with liquid to increase its load. Thus, measurement instrument is provided in this test to measure the as brake torque, brake power, thermal efficiency and specific fuel consumption. The results showed that the variation in the plenum length causes an improvement on the engine performance characteristics especially on the fuel consumption at high load and low engine speeds which are put forward the system using for urban roads.     Increase in the CO2 emission in atmosphere due to the combustion of fossil fuels has caused serious global warming. Electricity generation, tranportation, and industrial waste are the main sectors indentified to contribute to the emission of CO2 in Malaysia. In dealing with this issue, the absorption of CO2 into industrial waste was experimentally studied by the utilization of mechanical grinding method. This research is to aim a development of new mineral carbonation process that has a high efficiency in the capture and storage of CO2 with low energy consumption. In the first stage of this study, the behavior of CO2 absorption on electric arc furnace and ladle furnace slag was studied by low energy mechanical milling It was found that the absorption is occured during milling. CO2 was stored into the slag mainly as CaCO3. Thus this indicates that the CO2 can be stored permanently inside the slag with this method. In the next stage, the effect of dissolution of metal element into water on the behavior of CO2 absorption was investigated by leaching test experiment. It was found that , concentration value of Fe in pure water is higher but in river water the concentration is lower, the dissolve concentration decreased with the increased in the number of the leaching time. Concentration will be increased at the earlier stage before it decreased at final of concentration. This case because the liquid became saturated and cannot be to dissolved. After the pH steeply increased gradually at an early stage of the elution of slag, it slightly decreased. The pH decreased with the increased in the number of elution. The changes of pH in leaching test it seemed to depend on the content of CaO in the slag.     Linking de novo assembly results with long DNA reads by dnaasm-link application

    Currently, third-generation sequencing techniques, which allow to obtain much longer DNA reads compared to the next-generation sequencing technologies, are becoming more and more popular. There are many possibilities to combine data from next-generation and third-generation sequencing. Herein, we present a new application called dnaasm-link for linking contigs, a result of \textit{de novo} assembly of second-generation sequencing data, with long DNA reads. Our tool includes an integrated module to fill gaps with a suitable fragment of appropriate long DNA read, which improves the consistency of the resulting DNA sequences. This feature is very important, in particular for complex DNA regions, as presented in the paper. Finally, our implementation outperforms other state-of-the-art tools in terms of speed and memory requirements, which may enable the usage of the presented application for organisms with a large genome, which is not possible in~existing applications. The presented application has many advantages as (i) significant memory optimization and reduction of computation time (ii) filling the gaps through the appropriate fragment of a specified long DNA read (iii) reducing number of spanned and unspanned gaps in the existing genome drafts.     Pendekatan konstruktif adalah pendekatan pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berpusatkan pelajar manakala inovasi pengajaran pula dikaitkan dengan kaedah pengajaran yang terbaru demi mengukuhkan pemahaman pelajar. Pembelajaran berasaskan pendekatan konstruktif merupakan elemen yang penting dan perlu difahami oleh guru-guru bagi memantapkan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran sesuai dengan peredaran masa dan menjayakan proses tranformasi pendidikan negara. Objektif kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti pemahaman guru-guru bahasa Melayu berkaitan inovasi, mengenal pasti perbezaan yang wujud antara guru lelaki dan guru perempuan dalam mengamalkan inovasi, pengkaji juga melihat adakah wujud perbezaan antara guru baru dan guru yang sudah berpengalaman dalam aspek mengaplikasikan inovasi serta mengenal pasti kekangan-kekangan yang dialami oleh para guru untuk mengaplikasikan inovasi di sekolah. Seramai 63 orang guru bahasa Melayu dari lapan buah kolej vokasional telah dipilih sebagai responden dalam kajian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan perisian Winsteps 3.69.1.11 dengan pendekatan Model Pengukuran Rasch. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahawa guru�guru bahasa Melayu memahami kepentingan inovasi dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Hasil kajian juga menunjukkan guru-guru perempuan lebih banyak menerapkan unsur inovasi dalam pengajaran berbanding guru lelaki. Walaupun begitu, aspek pengalaman tidak menunjukkan perbezaan dari segi pengamalan inovasi sama ada guru baru ataupun guru yang sudah berpengalaman. Pengkaji juga mengenal pasti beberapa kekangan yang dialami oleh guru-guru untuk mengamalkan inovasi ini. Sebagai langkah untuk menangani masalah berkenaan, beberapa cadangan telah dikemukakan oleh pengkaji bagi memastikan guru-guru dapat merealisasikan proses pengajaran berkesan dengan penerapan inovasi mengikut model pendekatan konstruktif. Pengkaji berharap, kajian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai satu panduan kepada pelaksana kurikulum bagi memastikan budaya inovasi sentiasa menjadi amalan dalam kalangan guru demi mengangkat profesionalisme guru di Malaysia

    Abstract This article discusses the educational module of muallaf in Malaysia. Some modules that have been implemented in several academic institutions such as Darul Hidayah MAIWP Education Module, Hidayah Centre Education Module, Baitussalam Education Module, PERKIM Islamic Da'wah Institute (IDIP) and Islamic Studies Institute, National PERKIM Islamic Studies Class and Sabah Islamic Institute and Da'wah Institute (IPDAS). The method used in this study is in the form of quality through library research and analyzed using content analysis and comparison by looking at the modules of muallaf education centres that have been used. The analysis of this muallaf module is fundamental to see the suitability of the level and ability and effectiveness of the convert to follow the syllabus that has been provided. The results of the study found that there is a syllabus that has been drafted over for 5 years and needs to be re-evaluated so that it can be updated and in line with current changes and needs. This writing will be an essential reference for institutions, researchers as well as the country. Beberapa modul yang telah dilaksanakan di beberapa institusi pendidikan muallaf seperti Modul Pendidikan Darul Hidayah MAIWP, Modul Pendidikan Hidayah Centre, Modul Pendidikan Baitussalam, Institut Dakwah Islamiah PERKIM (IDIP) dan Institut Pengajian Islam, Kelas Pengajian Islam PERKIM Kebangsaan dan Institut Pengajian Islam dan Dakwah Sabah (IPDAS). Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah berbentuk kualitatif melalui kajian perpustakaan serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis kandungan dan perbandingan dengan melihat kepada modul-modul pusat pendidikan muallaf yang telah digunakan. Analisa terhadap modul muallaf ini sangat penting untuk melihat kesesuaian tahap dan kemampuan serta keberkesanan muallaf untuk mengikuti silibus yang telah disediakan. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat silibus yang telah dirangka melebihi tempoh 5 tahun dan perlu kepada penilaian semula agar ia dapat dikemas kini dan sejajar dengan perubahan dan keperluan semasa.
