Proceedings of the 3rd Workshop on Domain-Specific Language Design and Implementation (DSLDI 2015)
The goal of the DSLDI workshop is to bring together researchers and
practitioners interested in sharing ideas on how DSLs should be designed,
implemented, supported by tools, and applied in realistic application contexts.
We are both interested in discovering how already known domains such as graph
processing or machine learning can be best supported by DSLs, but also in
exploring new domains that could be targeted by DSLs. More generally, we are
interested in building a community that can drive forward the development of
modern DSLs. These informal post-proceedings contain the submitted talk
abstracts to the 3rd DSLDI workshop (DSLDI'15), and a summary of the panel
discussion on Language Composition
Introduction to the 28th International Conference on Logic Programming Special Issue
We are proud to introduce this special issue of the Journal of Theory and
Practice of Logic Programming (TPLP), dedicated to the full papers accepted for
the 28th International Conference on Logic Programming (ICLP). The ICLP
meetings started in Marseille in 1982 and since then constitute the main venue
for presenting and discussing work in the area of logic programming
Tarski's influence on computer science
The influence of Alfred Tarski on computer science was indirect but
significant in a number of directions and was in certain respects fundamental.
Here surveyed is the work of Tarski on the decision procedure for algebra and
geometry, the method of elimination of quantifiers, the semantics of formal
languages, modeltheoretic preservation theorems, and algebraic logic; various
connections of each with computer science are taken up
Dagstuhl News January - December 2011
"Dagstuhl News" is a publication edited especially for the members of the Foundation "Informatikzentrum Schloss Dagstuhl" to thank them for their support. The News give a summary of the scientific work being done in Dagstuhl. Each Dagstuhl Seminar is presented by a small abstract describing the contents and scientific highlights of the seminar as well as the perspectives or challenges of the research topic
