    Given a program f and an input change \Phi, we wish to obtain an incremental program that computes f(x \Phi y) efficiently by making use of the value of f(x), the intermediate results computed in computing f(x), and auxiliary information about x that can be inexpensively maintained. Obtaining such incremental programs is an essential part of the transformational-programming approach to software development and enhancement. This paper presents a systematic approach that discovers a general class of useful auxiliary information, combines it with useful intermediate results, and obtains an efficient incremental program that uses and maintains these intermediate results and auxiliary information.       Objective of this research is to determine direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, and career development on the commitment of diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sample design used is probability sampling which provides equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample member. And the technique for determining the number of samples is proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This technique is used because the population is not homogeneous and proportionally distributed. The research design used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 255 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 5.0 software. This research reveals that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal communication which indicates that the better transformational leadership, interpersonal communication will be more increased; transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on career development which describes that the better transformational leadership, career development will get better; Transformational leadership contributes positively and significantly to organizational commitment through career development which shows an increase in career development then transformation leadership will be better and have an impact on increasing organizational commitment; and interpersonal communication has a positive but not significant role on organizational commitment through career development which shows that good interpersonal communication has neither effect on career development nor impact on the commitment of diplomatic organizations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. &nbsp

    Main Objective: This study examined the effect of transformational leadership on the employee psychological well-being in selected Delta State broadcasting stations. Background Problems: Managers and governments across the globe are concerned about employee psychological health. Organizations in Nigeria have paid little attention to their employees' psychological well-being, and the majority of top executives in the broadcasting industry are unaware of the impact that transformational leadership has on the workforce's psychological well-being. The goal of this research is to investigate transformational leadership and its effect on employee psychological well-being in selected sample of Delta State broadcasting stations. Novelty: Transformational leadership is an effective type of leadership that encourages workers to perform better by increasing their levels of competence and self-reinforcement. Research Methods: The cross-sectional research design approach was used in this study. The participants in this study included 173 management and non-management employees from the Nigerian Television Authority in Asaba (47) and the Delta State Broadcasting Services in Asaba (69) and Warri (57) respectively. Using the SPSS software version 23.0, data was analyzed using linear regression. Findings/Results: According to the findings, transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on employee psychological well-being.     Information technology as boundary object for transformational learning

    Collaborative work is considered as a way to improve productivity and value generation in construction. However, recent research demonstrates that socio-cognitive factors related to fragmentation of specialized knowledge may hinder team performance. New methods based on theories of practice are emerging in Computer Supported Collaborative Work and organisational learning to break these knowledge boundaries, facilitating knowledge sharing and the generation of new knowledge through transformational learning. According to these theories, objects used in professional practice play a key role in mediating interactions. Rules and methods related to these practices are also embedded in these objects. Therefore changing collaborative patterns demand reconfiguring objects that are at the boundary between specialized practices, namely boundary objects.     Metamorphosis: Transforming Non-designers into Designers

    In this paper we make the case that there is today a growing number of educational settings experiencing challenges when it comes to transforming non-designers into designers, and in particular, interaction designers. We see this development as a consequence of an increased awareness and recognition of what broadly could be labeled as a design perspective. We examine the transformational process, the metamorphosis, by which non-designer students become interaction designers. We identify and describe the barriers that make it difficult for the students to move through this transformational process. We also propose some pedagogical approaches that can reduce the barriers and improve the possibility for the transformation to occur. The approach that we have developed and describe consists of three parts. Based on a fundamental understanding of the nature of design, we have developed (i) a tentative transformational model of how non-designers become interaction designers; (ii) a special kind of conceptual framework used to support students in the transformational process; and (iii) design assignments based on real-world design problems. We end the paper with two conclusions. First we argue that there is a challenge in transforming non-designers into designers, but that it is possible if the educational effort is based on an understanding of design and on the transformational process with its barriers. Finally we argue that the experience of trying to turn non-designers into interaction designers is in itself a valuable research approach. Dealing with non-designer students reveals deep insights about the nature of the design process and makes it possible to better formulate what constitutes a designerly approach.
