Optimización de tráfico de red mediante compresión, multiplexión y tunelado: análisis y caracterización

Hoy en día Internet da soporte a multitud de servicios interactivos y aplicaciones en tiempo real, que necesitan ser enviados con alta frecuencia y bajo retardo entre los dos extremos de la comunicación. Esto se traduce en un tipo de tráfico caracterizado por altas tasas de paquetes pequeños, en los que la cabecera supone un alto porcentaje del tamaño total. Se produce así un elevado "overhead" que eleva el consumo de ancho de banda. El objetivo es analizar la eficiencia del tráfico cuando se utilizan técnicas de compresión, multiplexión y tunelado de paquetes. Desde el grupo de investigación CeNITEQ se ha propuesto al IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) un método de optimización de tráfico para su estandarización a nivel global. Para lograr este objetivo, es necesario realizar una batería de pruebas, con tráfico real, cuyo análisis permitirá comprobar las mejoras obtenidas. Para ello se utilizará una implementación en fase de pruebas de un protocolo de multiplexión, realizada por el grupo de investigación. 国家的“浮现”与“正名”——网络空间主权的层级理论模型释义

Digitaalinen port-folio ja yrittäminen Internetissä

Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli nykyaikaisia Internet-ohjelmointitekniikoita hyväksi käyttäen rakentaa yrittämisenkin mahdollistava digitaalisen port-folion sisältävä Internet sivusto. Työssä keskitytään peksin.net-nimisen sivuston rakentamiseen ja käydään läpi ajax-tekniikalla luodun sisällöntuotanto-sivuston ja julkisen sivuston pohjapiirrustukset ja toteutus. Opinnäytetyön taustalla on perehtyminen Internetin ja Internetjulkaisun historiaan sekä teoriaan. Toinen tärkeä teoreettinen perehtymisen kohde oli yrittäminen Suomessa ja Internetissä. Peksin.net-sivuston toteutuksessa käytettiin ajax-tekniikkaa. Ajax-tekniikka on usean Internet-julkaisussa käytetyn tekniikan fuusio. Ajax-tekniikka sisältää JavaScript-ohjelmointikielen palvelinkutsujen käyttämistä asynkronisesti eli tahdistamattomasti, sekä xml-tiedostojen käyttämistä tiedon siirron työkaluina Internet-palvelimen ja Internet-selaimen välisessä kommunikaatiossa. Ajax-tekniikalla toteutettu Internet-sivusto käyttäytyy tietokoneohjelman tapaan, täten saamalla aikaan rivakamman ja interaktiivisemman käyttäjäkokemuksen verrattaessa perinteiseen tapaan toteutettujen Internet-sivustojen käyttökokemukseen. Opinnäytetyö oli luonteeltaan oppimis- ja kehittämistehtävä, jonka lopputuloksen olisi tarkoitus toimia luojansa ammattitaitoa ja luovuutta markkinoivana työnä ja täten ensijaisesti parantaa opinnäytetyön tekijän mahdollisuuksia työllistyä digitaalisen median alalle. Toissijaisesti opinnäytetyön lopputuloksen olisi myös tarkoitus tarjota luojalleen paremmin suunnitellun ja helpomman mahdollisuuden lähteä yrittämisen polulle. Opinnäytetyön osana tyhjältä pöydältä rakennettu sisällönluonti- ja hallintasivusto osoittautui opinnäytetyötä tehtäessä myös mahdollisesti markkinoitavissa ja myytävissä olevaksi tuotteeksi tältä osin myös helpottaen yrittäjäksi lähtemistä. Opinnäytetyön teoreettinen pohja kumpuaa Internetiä käsittelevistä julkaisuista ja yrittäjyyttä käsittelevistä teoksista. Oppimistehtävän toteutuksessa on käytetty Adobe Dreamweaver-, PhotoShop-, Director- ja Flash-ohjelmistoja sekä kaikkia yleisimpiä Internet-selaimia. Opinnäytetyön tuloksena syntynyt peksin.net-Internet-sivusto on tarkasteltavana osoitteessa http://www.peksin.net.The subject in this thesis was building a state of the art Internet page by using most recent Internet-programming tehcniques that also contains a digital portfolio and even makes it possible to start entrepreneurship in the Internet. Most of the work included in this thesis revolves around the sculpting of a Internet page named peksin.net. Thesis also analyses the blueprints of the ajax-technique based content creation and public pages. One theoritical base for this thesis is the history of the Internet and publishing in the Internet. Another important theoretical baseline for this thesis was entrepreneurship in Finland and in the Internet. In the creation of peksin.net a tehcnique called ajax was used. Ajax-technique is a fusion of multiple techniques often used in Internet publishing. Ajax-technique includes using asynchronous Internet server calls made in JavaScript, as well as using xml-files as means of data transver between the Internet server and the Internet browser. An Internet page created by using ajax-techniques behaves and looks like a properiatary computer application. Behaving that way makes the page work in a more faster and interactive way and gives a much better user experiens when compared to an Internet page created in an classical way. This thesis was mainly a learning and a development task. The final product of the peksin.net page was geared to promote the knowhow and the technical and creative side of the administrator and creator of peksin.net thus firstly better the odds for the creator of peksin.net to find a job from the field of digital media. Seccondly the product of this thesis was made also to ease the way in to the world of enterpreneurship in the Internet by offering a well thought out plan for starting a company. As a part of this thesis there was made an content creation and maintainings page that turned out to be a possibly marketable product for the possible career as a entepreneur. The theoretical base for this thesis hails from publication about Internet and entrepreneurship. The development process was made by using Adobe Dreamweaver-, PhotoShop-, Director- and Flash-programs as well as the most used and popular Internet browsers.
