Впровадження хмарних сервісів в управління вітчизняним дошкільним навчальним закладом

Management of pre-school educational institution (PEI) is a comprehensive, mul-tidimensional, resource-demanding process conditioned by the modern society that is developing dynamically and imposes new requirements to its subjects: readiness for more productive and creative work, cooperation in information-saturated environment, constant self-development, and competitiveness support, etc. Broad prospects thus are provided through using new technologies, including cloud services (CS). The article represents the results of a survey that involved 227 PEI managers from eight regions of Ukraine and was aimed at identifying the state of CS use in their professional activity (awareness, readiness, experience, etc.). Advantages and possibilities of using Google CS, which are the most appropriate in modern Ukrainian PEI management realities, are defined. The technique of PEI managers training for using CS in their professional activity, as the essential condition for CS effective implementation in practice of PEI management, is developed and represented.Керівництво дошкільним навчальним закладом - це комплексний, багаторівневий, ресурсоємний процес, обумовлений сучасним суспільством, що динамічно розвивається та висуває нові вимоги до своїх суб'єктів: готовність до більш продуктивної та творчої роботи, співпраця в інформаційно насиченому середовищі, постійний саморозвиток, підтримка конкурентоспроможності тощо. Широкі перспективи в даному контексті відкриваються за рахунок використання нових технологій, у тому числі хмарних сервісів. У статті представлено результати опитування, в якому взяли участь 227 керівники ДНЗ з восьми регіонів України, спрямованого на визначення стану використання хмарних сервісів у їх професійній діяльності (рівень обізнаності, готовності, досвіду тощо). Визначено переваги та можливості використання хмарних сервісів Google, найбільш доцільних в умовах вітчизняних реалій управління ДНЗ. Розроблено та представлено методику підготовки керівників ДНЗ щодо використання хмарних сервісів у професійній діяльності, як важливу умову ефективного впровадження хмарних сервісів в управління сучасним ДНЗ

Актуальные направления научных исследований информатизации дошкольного образования в Украине

The authors examine the expediency and importance of informatization of preschool education; outline the main normative basis of Ukrainian in this area. The goals and directions of informatization of preschool education are defined, including the introduction of ICT in educational process and management, the formation and development of digital competence of preschool education participants. A number of problems and contradictions of informatization of preschool education is defined. The urgent directions in the research of problems of informatization of preschool education are appointed.Авторами розглянуто доцільність і важливість інформатизації дошкільної освіти; окреслено основні вітчизняні нормативні засади в цій сфері. Визначено цілі та напрями інформатизації дошкільної освіти, в тому числі впровадження ІКТ в навчальний процес та управління, формування і розвиток ІК-компетентності суб'єктів дошкільної освіти. Визначено низку основних проблем і протиріч в аспекті інформатизації дошкільної освіти. Окреслено актуальні напрями досліджень проблеми інформатизації дошкільної освіти.Авторами рассмотрен вопрос целесообразности и важности информатизации дошкольного образования, обозначены основные государственные документы в этой сфере. Определены цели и направления информатизации дошкольного образования, среди которых – внедрение ИКТ в учебно-воспитательный процесс и управление ДОУ, формирование и развитие цифровой компетентности субъектов дошкольного образования. Определен ряд проблем и противоречий информатизации дошкольного образования. Выделены перспективные направления научно-педагогических исследований проблем информатизации дошкольного образования

Pedagogical experiment on the ict-competence development of the head of the pre-school institution

У статті представлено основні компоненти методики розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності (ІК-компетентності) керівника закладу дошкільної освіти (ЗДО) з використання хмарних сервісів Google в управлінні освітньою діяльністю. Наголошено на необхідності інформатизації ланки дошкільної освіти, як невід’ємного складника інформатизації системи освіти та суспільства загалом. Представлено можливості, що відкриває керівникам ЗДО використання хмарних сервісів в аспекті управління різними процесами закладу, зокрема провідною діяльністю – освітньою. Наведено переваги, значущі для вітчизняних ЗДО в умовах сучасних реалій, якими вирізняються сервіси корпорації Google. Наголошено на тому, що для успішного впровадження хмарних сервісів Google в управління освітньою діяльністю ЗДО важливим є розвиток ІК-компетентності керівника, його знань, умінь, навичок, ставлень, ціннісних установок, мотивів щодо впровадження нових технологій та постійного саморозвитку в даному аспекті. Представлено мету і завдання зазначеної авторської методики, підходи, принципи, зміст, форми, методи й засоби її реалізації, наведено приклади типових контрольних практичних завдань, рекомендовані методи діагностики рівня розвитку ІК-компетентності керівників ЗДО з використання сервісів Google загалом та її окремих компонентів зокрема. Зазначено, що навчання за авторською методикою передбачає підвищення рівня розвитку ІК-компетентності керівників ЗДО з використання хмарних сервісів Google в управлінні освітньою діяльністю, про що мають свідчити рівні розвитку кожного з її компонентів. Охарактеризовано показники розвитку цих компонентів (ціннісно-мотиваційного, когнітивного, операційно-діяльнісного, рефлексивного) за трьома рівнями (високим, середнім, низьким). Наведено результати педагогічного експерименту, що підтвердили ефективність авторської методики та доцільність її впровадження у практику управління освітньою діяльністю сучасних ЗДО.The article presents the main components of the methodology for developing information and communication competence (IC-competence) of the head of pre-school education institution (PSEI) to use Google cloud services in educational activities management. The need to digitalize pre-school education as an integral component of digitalization of the education system and society in general is emphasized. The possibilities revealed for PSEI managers through using cloud services in the aspect of managing different processes of the institution, in particular the leading activity – educational, are presented. The advantages distinguished by Google services, that are significant for Ukrainian PSEI in the modern realities, are revealed. It is emphasized that for the successful implementation of Google cloud services in PSEI educational activities management, it is important to develop PSEI managers’ IC-competence, knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, motivations for the introduction of new technologies and constant self-development in this aspect. The purpose and tasks of the given author's methodology, approaches, principles, content, forms, methods and aids of its realization are presented, examples of typical control practical tasks, recommended methods of diagnostics of IC-competence level development of PSEI managers in using Google services. It is stated that training via author's methodology involves increasing the level of PSEI managers’ IC-competence in using Google cloud services in educational activities management, and the levels of development of each of its components should attest it. The indicators of the development of these components (value-motivational, cognitive, operational, reflexive) at three levels (high, medium, low) are characterized. The results of the pedagogical experiment, which confirmed the effectiveness of the author's methodology and the feasibility of its implementation in the practice of educational activities management of modern PSEI are presented

New Trends in Development of Services in the Modern Economy

The services sector strategic development unites a multitude of economic and managerial aspects and is one of the most important problems of economic management. Many researches devoted to this industry study are available. Most of them are performed in the traditional aspect of the voluminous calendar approach to strategic management, characteristic of the national scientific school. Such an approach seems archaic, forming false strategic benchmarks. The services sector is of special scientific interest in this context due to the fact that the social production structure to the services development model attraction in many countries suggests transition to postindustrial economy type where the services sector is a system-supporting sector of the economy. Actively influencing the economy, the services sector in the developed countries dominates in the GDP formation, primary capital accumulation, labor, households final consumption and, finally, citizens comfort of living. However, a clear understanding of the services sector as a hyper-sector permeating all spheres of human activity has not yet been fully developed, although interest in this issue continues to grow among many authors. Personalization of learning through adaptive technologies in the context of sustainable development of teachers education

The article highlights the issues of personalized learning as the global trend of the modern ICTbased educational systems development. The notion, the main stages of evolution, the main features and principles of adaptive learning systems application for teachers training are outlined. It is emphasized that the use and elaboration of the adaptive cloud-based learning systems are essential to provide sustainable development of teachers education. The current trends and peculiarities of the cloud-based adaptive learning systems development and approach of their implementation for teachers training are considered. The general model of the adaptive cloud-based learning system structure is proposed. The main components of the model are described; the issues of tools and services selection are outlined. The methods of the cloudbased learning components introduction within the adaptive systems of teacher training are considered. Design of the educational environment for the preparation of teachers

The notion of the educational environment, as well as its elements and structural characteristics, are examined in the article. The idea of designing an educational environment was presented. The technological, didactic, and social elements of the educational environment design for the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University (TNPU) teachers' professional training are outlined. The characteristics of this environment are taken into consideration, including information saturation and openness, digital change, social practices, and cooperation. On the basis of TNPU, a study on the efficiency of the educational environment for teachers' professional development was conducted. 432 master's degree holders from across the University's disciplines took part in the study overall. The study processed the results statistically using the approach of expert evaluations. The goal of the study was to evaluate the relative significance of each indicator for each element of the educational environment design. The study's findings show how the technological and social aspects of the university's learning environment have undergone major changes that have a big impact on teachers' professional development.The notion of the educational environment, as well as its elements and structural characteristics, are examined in the article.
