Sequences of dipole black rings and Kaluza-Klein bubbles
We construct new exact solutions to 5D Einstein-Maxwell equations describing
sequences of Kaluza-Klein bubbles and dipole black rings. The solutions are
generated by 2-soliton transformations from vacuum black ring - bubble
sequences. The properties of the solutions are investigated. We also derive the
Smarr-like relations and the mass and tension first laws in the general case
for such configurations of Kaluza-Klein bubbles and dipole black rings. The
novel moment is the appearance of the magnetic flux in the Smarr-like relations
and the first laws.Comment: 26 pages, 1 figur
On prioritizing bills to implement the new economic mechanism
The paper first examines how Lao PDR selects bills for drafting, in which foreign donors play a significant role, and then, explores reasons for Lao's acquiescence. The paper concludes with suggestions and principles for prioritizing the bill-drafting task
Some social factors in Aid to Dependent Children cases: a study of some social factors involved in fifty-seven Aid to Dependent Children cases closed in 1949 and 1950 in the Warwick public assistance office of the Rhode Island Department of Social Welfare.

Lie algebra and invariant tensor technology for g2
Proceeding in analogy with su(n) work on lambda matrices and f- and
d-tensors, this paper develops the technology of the Lie algebra g2, its seven
dimensional defining representation gamma and the full set of invariant tensors
that arise in relation thereto. A comprehensive listing of identities involving
these tensors is given. This includes identities that depend on use of
characteristic equations, especially for gamma, and a good body of results
involving the quadratic, sextic and (the non-primitivity of) other Casimir
operators of g2.Comment: 29 pages, LaTe
Market Analysis of Plant-based Drugs C. The Cannabis Market
An estimated quarter of a billion people, or around 5 per cent of the global adult population, used drugs at least once in 2015. Even more worrisome is the fact that about 29.5 million of those drug users, or 0.6 per cent of the global adult population, suffer from drug use disorders. This means that their drug use is harmful to the point that they may experience drug dependence and require treatment. The magnitude of the harm caused by drug use is underlined by the estimated 28 million years of "healthy" life (disability-adjusted life years (DALYs)) lost worldwide in 2015 as a result of premature death and disability caused by drug use.Of those years lost, 17 million were attributable solely to drug use disorders across all drug types. DALYs attributable to morbidity and mortality resulting from all causes of drug use have increased overall in the past decade.Yet, with fewer than one in six persons with drug use disorders provided with treatment each year, the availability of and access to science-based services for the treatment of drug use disorders and related conditions remain limited
Killing for Trophies: An Analysis of Global Trophy Hunting Trade
As the trophy hunting industry has grown over the last few decades, governments, conservationists, and animal welfare advocates are keen to understand its global economic and conservation impacts with data as supporting evidence. Unfortunately, little credible research had been done to understand the global trophy industry's extent and impact..This report is a result of a comprehensive analysis of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Trade Database. This analysis can serve as a baseline for more study on how trophy hunting is changing and how the global industry ultimately affects animals and their populations, both regionally and globally
Superconformal Tensor Calculus in Five Dimensions
We present a full superconformal tensor calculus in five spacetime dimensions
in which the Weyl multiplet has 32 Bose plus 32 Fermi degrees of freedom. It is
derived by the dimensional reduction from the 6D superconformal tensor
calculus. We present two types of 32+32 Weyl multiplets, vector multiplet,
linear multiplet, hypermultiplet and nonlinear multiplet. Their superconformal
transformation laws and the embedding and invariant action formulas are given.Comment: 31 pages, LaTeX, PTPTeX style, no figures, typos correcte
